I came to Mr. Scott after my auto injury. I was in a lot of pain, and was unsure on what to do. To All Current and/or Future Clients,
I've know Richard McKyton off and on since 2002/2003. Overall, he is a decent individual and seems to be a competent attorney. Unfortunately for him and his partner, my specific issue
is with his female office assistant. In this context, I recently stopped into the office on Central Av. just to ask Richard a few questions. Upon walking into their office I made contact with said female assistant and things went south rather quickly when she repeatedly demanded my full last name. Furthermore, she stated something to the effect that if I didn't give her my full last name that I was to get out or she would call the S.P.P D. on me. In turn, I reluctantly decided to comply with said female's unreasonable and somewhat mean spirited demands for me to leave the office.
In closing, I even tried to call the office post incident which was suggested by a male on site, but when said female answered the phone I wasn't able to get past her rude and one-sided interrogative type behavior. End of Review.

Wow--- completely blown away by Nate's skills as a mediator.
My case was extremely complex and went on for many years. We had already been to mediation several times before and parent coordination. We had not been able to have any movement or agreements on our case. Mediation was required to attend before we could go to trial so I didn't think we would reach any kind of agreement. I was so wrong. Nate is extremely skilled at what he does and was able to help us get a full settlement after being in a divorce and custody battle for YEARS. I'm grateful for his creativity and flexibility. He is QUICK thinking on his feet and stayed hours after he was supposed to because he saw we could reach a settlement. I would recommend him highly to anyone as a mediator or as an attorney. You can tell he is there because of his passion and his talent. He is not someone who just collects the money. He brings results.

Since they did a great job on my first case, I’ve continued to have them represent me with my 2nd car accident. Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.
