I was issued a citation that I needed to dispute, but not having gone through the process before, I was unaware how to do so. Edgar provided great guidance and when the time came for my hearing, he was very clear with instructions and advice. He was willing to represent me remotely (small town!) and accurately forecast the expected actions of the police who had issued the citation.

Edgar Diaz, was my lawyer for my child custody case. Edgar is a lawyer who was referred to me through the modest means program. I had an initial phone consultation with Edgar where he was very thorough in going over what I was to expect moving forward with filling for child custody. Paul Ferder is the best attorney. My wife while going through a mental health crisis got arrested. The police only wanted to lock her up. The public defender tried to get her to take a test used for felony sentencing. She had misnomer harassment and resisting arrest. They were going to railroad her right to jail. I fired the public defender and hired the best lawyer in the land. Paul lived up to his reputation. He swooped in and got my wife the best deal possible. No jail time, anger management class, minimal fine, and continued treatment with her doctor. During this nightmarish time for my wife and I Paul was that knight in shining armor that we needed. He is equally as good a man as he is a lawyer. He is a kind and understanding person who fought tooth and nail for my wife. We own him are gratitude and thanks. If you are in need of a lawyer don't take any chances hire Paul Ferder he is the absolute best!

I just stumbled across this website and read the reviews about Walter Todd. All the good things you read in these reviews are true. He never represented me but I worked for him for several years and he is truly a wonderful attorney. He's ethical, has many years of experience and works very hard for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients getting the best possible legal representation and puts in a lot of time on every case. And he's a super-nice guy. Mr Cook was able to assist me legally with a situation where I was more or less, backed up against a wall, and thankfully resolved in a matter of days. It's nice to have immediate responses and that's exactly what I received.

I can't say enough about Grant Cook, representing me in two different cases. In two separate courts. One case against a landlord. The other a family court matter. I found him to be thorough and an excellent communicator. Kept me in the loop with information as he received it. He spoke in a way that gave me a clearer understanding of the laws as they pertained to my cases. I know it can be frustrating for some who hire other representation and feel out of the loop or spoken down to. Not so with Grant. Kevin Lafky was successful in my lawsuit for my wrongful termination case, against a billion dollar company represented by a top Portland Corporate firm. I had success on other lessor issues with the firm. Beyond what this firm has done for me, such an advocate for the underdog or counterbalance against Government abuse. Most lawyers are too affraid to help the community the way this firm has helped. I don't care what any website or political complaint says to try to soil this man's reputation, this firm is huge resource to the community and is a better place because of him, by virtue of calling out or prosecuting abuse and corruption that other's won't. This man is like a local modern day Martin Luther king, fighting for the community, by way of calling out nonsense.

Mr walls took on my case as a court appointed attorney. Being as it is, plenty of stereotypes float around about court appointed legal advice. With him, though, i found that he was very punctual. Wanted to make contact often and keep me informed as to new evidencial discoveries. In the end, after a long legal batte, i got what i considered a "victory" compared to my original charges. I couldnt have asked, or payed for, better representation and i will continue to reccomend Mr. Walls to anyone in need in his area. Attorney Travis Dickey. From our first phone conversation and throughout the yearlong court battle, Travis listened to what I had to say, addressed my concerns, and provided clear and accurate information. Travis quickly earned my trust and respect by providing me with straight, direct answers and counsel. At no time did he attempt to “dance” around the difficult answers. I knew where I stood with him, and with the courts, at all times.
Prior to our first court appearance, Travis explored what options I had and made sure I understood the pros and cons of each option. He worked to mitigate the circumstances surrounding my arrest, achieving a promising outcome. When the prosecuting attorneys rescinded their first offer, Travis continued to fight in my behalf. Initially Travis had no experience with the mental trauma and injuries I had sustained during my active duty military service. Acting on his own initiative, he took the time to learn more about the difficulties faced by disabled veterans and participated in the initial forming of a Veterans Court being established in Marion County.

Sara worked very hard to find a deal that was beyond reasonable for my husband. She believed in him and looked past what his poor decision said about him. He was originally offered a substantial amount of time in prison. After hard work on her end and his he got a suspended sentence. Since then he is back to being the respected member of society he was before his arrest. She helped keep my family together and i would recommend her hands down!

Jason Thompson and his team are the most professional and corteous legal team. At a time in my life when I was struggling, I got in some trouble and was charged with Theft in the second degree. Don’t waste your time on anyone else acting like a car salesman/woman, telling you everything you want to hear to get the retainer. Mr. Van Ness, is not my attorney, however right at this very moment he has over $60,000, that belongs to me and he refuses to answer when I calls, won't return calls from messages I've left and won't reply to emails! After reading the below reviews, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone simply based on how I'm being treated (as an non-client that he's just holding money up from) and I happen to know he's overpriced (I've seen the charges!).
