Jason was my attorney and he was an excellent excellent attorney. He defended me properly gave me all the information that I needed. Walked me through the process very carefully and explained everything that was going to happen. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that came from Mr Cunningham while he helped me to defeat a temporary restraining order that my neighbors try to have implemented against me. Peter Depew is an excellent choice for representing his client’s. I hired Peter Depew and he went above and beyond fighting for me. I do not often bother to do reviews online, but George O'Neill is an outstanding attorney and most certainly worth the effort to endorse. Specifically, due to the factors involved in my case, there were many different possible courses of action and George was very patient in explaining the different variables with me...and re-explaining as needed. He was also very patient with me when I changed my mind after a couple meetings regarding the action to take. He was very organized and attended all court hearings even though there were multiple postponements (I've heard of attorneys missing court dates). Also, all requests for additional information/call backs were always returned promptly and his office manager, Casey, was always welcoming and gracious. Thank you very much George O'Neill and staff.

I had a very trusting and reliable experience working with George. When I was looking for a lawyer at a time of high urgency, he was responsive, reassuring that there were options, and was ready to work with me to resolve the issue. I was concerned that living out of town would make it difficult for me to communicate with George, however George was prompt on responding to phone calls and emails, and was open to weekly check-ins. I checked in with George through all steps of the process, and he was able to guide me clearly on what actions I needed to take. Having been my first experience in this situation, he alleviated a lot of the stress and hassle I would have had to deal with on my own. George is understanding, willing to work with you, and is proactive. I would highly recommend George as a lawyer, I had a great experience working with him.

Scott was so great to work with. I received a dui while I was visiting California from Nevada and he was able to get everything handled for me with me being out of state through the whole process. He also was able to get my dui dropped down to a wet and reckless which was so amazing. If you live in the central coast area I definitely recommend Scott!!

I was represented by Mr. Rice in a case where the district attorney charged me with 14 serious felony and misdemeanor counts. Mr. Rice fought for me from the beginning of the case to the end of the trial, and I was found NOT GUILTY of ALL charges. I was acquitted and walked out of court a free man. I had a rediculas charge brought upon me, that was "Harassment", in that I had called my ex girlfriends Father and inquired about a rumor in town that she had children of mine, from our relationship about 4 years prior. It was a single phone call, me wanting to know the validity of this rumor, because if true, I wanted to be part of their lives in every way, because, well, I am their Dad, and that's the way I was raised, so I inquired about it. Well, my ex's Father freaked out and screamed to "never call again...you don't exist", etc. As it turns out, I do in fact have daughters with her, and Los Angeles Superior Courts has awarded me "Full Custody" of our daughters! But now the same man (and my ex!) refuse to physically hand over my little girls! They are 7 years old, and what little time we've seen each other, it's obvious that we love each other very much! Anyway, Mr. Doherty was great about the whole thing. The "Harassment" got dropped to an "annoying phone call", which I don't believe is a crime. One call to see if I had kids! If ever I need to enforce this Judgment, well Joseph Doherty would be my pick. He didn't waiver, nor get intimidated or offer me anything less than what it was, an infraction I believe. I never have called again nor do I plan to, unless he has my daughters again! Even then, the Sheriff will handle that issue, if it comes up again. Joseph Doherty, the best attorney in Santa Barbara!

I was going threw a rough patch in my relationship with my wife and got into some trouble with the law. I asked around to see who should represent me and was told that Ms. Ortiz was young and very passionate about defending her clients. I called this office at a time of great stress. My first contact was Shoshannah (the office manager, whose professional and calm demeanor was very appreciated). Mr. Galambos then spent time with my family, letting us know what to expect and how to negotiate the best outcome through each step we faced. Not only was he helpful to us regarding outcome, but he was pleasant to speak with, and we left each interaction feeling calmer than we entered it. Our family's situation was relatively minor, but mishandling it could've made it a far bigger deal than necessary. Mr. Galambos's counsel allowed us to keep it as minor as we'd hoped.

There is an extreme amount of trust, and a giant leap of faith one must take in hiring an attorney. Hiring a lawyer in family law matters of this nature entails tying some of the most painful and difficult decisions of your life to another humans' skill set, and trusting that they can and will properly represent you during a time when it's hard to trust anyone. It involves handing over deeply personal intimate details, sometimes through scraping together the funds to access their help. It's a big deal, and that's why I'm writing this review.
It's important to me to authentically share my experience as John Hosfords client in order to give prospective clients the insight to appreciate what a sound decision hiring this firm is. I aim to help alleviate worry and provide those reading this hope in a place where for me, there wasn't any before meeting my incredible attorney:
I was forced to put everything I had into Mr. Hosfords hands due to the complexities of my case. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. My case was transferred from another county, I was beyond nervous to switch attorneys. I hired Mr. Galambos to help me out with two misdemeanor charges I received within 90 days of each other. This not only could have made me lose my license for a whole year, but also could have made these misdemeanors permanent on my record. Mr. Galambos negotiated with the prosecutors to making my punishment a simple infraction which resulted in a small fine that I easily paid off. Guy Galambos is a great person who is very easy to talk to and a great lawyer who will significantly help anyone out! I highly recommend him.

I hired Mary Tatum to help me in a very horrible case started by my oldest sister. She accused my youngest sister and I for Elder abuse and domestic abuse against my 92 year old Father. Mary took my case and started it out with a powerful Prayer, which I knew She was the perfect one to represent me.Mary is very thorough and very professional. This Wonderful Woman worked through the night many nights and up with the sun to make sure everything was in order. The attorney my sister hired was Disgraceful and took in my oldest sisters lies and went full force. They had NOT one shred of evidence and made my youngest sister and my life absolutely miserable. We were in fear for our lives knowing well that we never did any of these horrible accusations my older sister put against us. Mary was on top of everything thrown at her by the other nasty attorney. Mary Really knows her business and her responses were on time and perfectly stated. Mary fought for me and handled it with pure professionalism, exact evidence with proof behind every answer.
