Adam is a very good attorney, I can’t seem to get past his Office workers or much of any of the other Attorneys Office workers to be able to speak with an Attorney. He does do what a Lawyer is supposed to do to Defend his Clients. I remember when he was a Young new Attorney. Does his best on every Case.

Souder Tate is somebody who is kind, professional, and someone who exceeded my expectations. When I got my speeding ticket for such a high speed, it became immediately apparent the mistake I made was. I was scared and nervous what this could do to negatively impact my future and that I potentially could've put other at risk. Never being in a situatiion like this before, I didn't know what to do and tried to reach out to places and lawyers to see if they could help me. However, most seemed too busy or unhelpful. Eventually, I came across Souder's website and after reading more about him and seeing his years of experience, I decided to call him up. Unlike other places I called, Souder answered his phone personally which was a nice change of pace and made me feel more valued. He was professional and very helpful in representing me for the court and worked hard to get me the best outcome possible for my case. Souder is somebody who works hard and shows actual care for the people he helps and is someone I would definitely recommend to others.

Its not often that I leave a review, however, I highly recommend Mr. Twibell. I was able to meet through a good friend, and he was able to discuss my situation on short notice, and that is never easy for anyone.

I retained Branden to handle a traffic citation I received. Not only did he settle it completely to my satisfaction, but he showed me great respect and courtesy throughout the process. He was very sympathetic to issues I was facing at the time, that were unrelated to my case. I was impressed by his patience and thoughtfulness. Joe and his firm was an absolute lifesaver. I was facing some jail time and they did me a solid. I couldn't ask for more he did more work than I could probably do ever by myself.

I had hired an attorney previous to Joe, the complexity of this case turned out to be out of the other attorney's scope. We hired Joe not knowing what to expect and was very concerned with the outcome of this case. Being injured on the job isn't expected. When it did happen, well it was a life changing experience. I could NEVER have navigated through all the ins and outs along with surgeries, emotions and unforeseen financial difficulties without Mr. Bill Beadle and his staff at Tolbert and Beadle. Mr. Beadle and his assistant Shannon are more than a commercial you see, they are 100% the real deal. They care and fought for me and that is everything when your hurt and vulnerable. Mr. James Schumacher is very professional and very good at his job. This is the second time that he has saved me from going to jail or prison and saved my VA benefits from getting taken from me. He told me what he could do and then he went in there and did it without hesitation. He has a very commanding essence when he walks into the courtroom, and everybody takes notice, including the prosecutor and judge. He tells them what he expects to happen and in return it happens. Without Mr. Schumacher, by my side, I would definitely have not overcome the charges that were against me numerous times. It was my first time needing the services of an attorney. I had no idea where to begin so I looked on Yelp. MRD Lawyers had the highest ratings so I made an appt. I met with Russ Dempsey. He was fantastic. He clearly explained my options and how the legal process would go. He took the time to answer all if my questions. The fee was very reasonable in fact much lower than others. I hired Ryan for a DWI charge and I was terrified for the process that was ahead of me. Ryan was professional, prompt, and explained everything in terms that I could understand. When we were going over my case on my initial consult I became tearful and he got up real quick to go get me tissues. Very nice! Well, I was arrested with a tourist visa in the US this past summer for a felony class C second degree assault and my charge was droped into a misdemeanour. I was injured when a pickup truck hit me walking out of a Walmart supercenter in south Ozark a few years ago. I hired Musgrave law firm to settle the lawsuit against the company in Branson.
After a couple of weeks of corresponding he disappeared on me and stopped returning my calls and his secretary wouldn't tell me anything nor his paralegals. Initially he told me the lawsuit was worth 250,000 but settled for less than 100,000 . I got paid incrementally and was supposed to receive another 5000 but after I started complaining to the board about him he sent it to VA because they were requesting money but when I asked them they said don't do that.

We had been trying to work through getting an adoption done for almost 10 years. Due to issues with the biological father it was one failed attempt after another. I had finally decided to try and take care of it on my own and contacted the Juvenile office in Springfield to get more info on what my steps would be. She referred me to Elise Baker. I was hesitant to call because I had called numerous lawyers in the past and everyone wanted a $300 to $500 fee just to talk to them about my case before even taking it on. No one wanted to give out any suggestions or even hear me out without money in their pocket 1st. A lot of lawyers didn't seem hopeful of our situation. I went ahead and gave her a call I went ahead and gave her a call as a last ditch effort. Not only did she get on the phone with me without a consultation fee but she walked me through everything I would need to do in order to take care of it myself. All of the information I needed, the steps I would need to take, and suggestions on how to get it done. I was blown away by how freely she was willing to help without any fees up front. I was incredibly grateful and asked if she would just go ahead and be our lawyer. She accepted. Not only was her price about half of the price of all the other lawyers I had talked to but she was incredibly friendly and spoke layman terms and made the process as easy as this kind of process could be. We worked together for months building our case and getting all of the necessary information together and as of December 17, 2021 all 3 of our children have been adopted! 10 years in waiting and it's finally done! I would recommend Elise to anyone looking to to get an adoption done.
