I was arrested for DUI in St. Petersburg with a BAC level of 0.017, far under the legal limit.
Joe Rosier was bar none the most responsive and understanding lawyer I interviewed. He took my case on and dealt with a difficult attorney's office.
He explained every detail with patience in layman's terms. I really appreciated his calm, practical approach during this difficult time.
In the end the case was dismissed and I never lost work time due to my arrest. I can't recommend him enough.

I hired Joseph Rosier shortly after receiving a DUI in January of 2017, in the initial meeting I found him to be very professional and thorough regarding what to expect and how he was going to handle the case. In the weeks leading up to the final hearing he remained in contact with me which eased my mind during this unsettling time. THE DUI......Finding myself at rock bottom was a difficult and embarrassing reality to face. I googled Lawyers in the Tampa Bay Area and put in an application to a site that gave 3 ATTORNEYS my info. Joe was the person I chose to meet first.
Today was our first face to face meeting. We have corresponded for a couple of weeks now and I have lifted myself from under that rock. Through Joe's knowledge, confidence and good nature my mind is comfortable in hiring Joseph to stand for me and defend my case.

We retained Patrick to fight an incorrect and undeserved careless driving ticket. Throughout the 3 1/2 months it took to wait for the hearing date, Patrick was always in communication with us. Anytime I phoned him he either answered my call or returned it promptly. He was very patient (I had alot of questions) and always treated my case with a high degree of importance. Mark Rodriguez represented me when I took my ex-husband back to court for non-payment of child support and other violations of our divorce agreement. It was a complicated case, because my two children were involved in a cross complaint my ex-husband filed, accusing me of blocking his shared custody. Mark Rodriguez handled everything with confidence. He was obviously well respected by everyone in court, including the judge. My daughter received a speeding ticket which could have been the final straw in her losing her license. Mr. Scruggs was somehow able to convince the officer to reduce the speeding violation by 1 mph which saved us more than $200 in fines. He also convinced the judge to reduce the points from 4 to 0 in exchange for my daughter taking a defensive driving class. Mr. Scruggs scheduled the trial, called the morning if the trial to brief us on his plan, then called us the same day after the trial to give us the results. He followed up within 48 hours with a written letter detailing what my daughter had to do next. He handled everything 100% over the phone which saved us time and money.

After getting hit with a $250 speeding ticket and potential points on my license (plus potential increased insurance costs), Mr. Scruggs was able to get my ticket negotiated down to a citation with no points and the fine reduced by almost $100. I didn't have to show up to court or anything. I simply sent in a copy of my ticket and they took care of it all. I would highly recommend Mr. Scruggs as it took a lot of the headache out of having to deal with an already frustrating situation.

The decision to hire Mr. Tyson to represent my fiancée on his vop charges for absconding was one of the best I've made in my life. While all the other attorneys in the area were overcharging me (I guess cause we're New Yorkers) and telling me the case was complicated and would most likely carry a prison sentence, Mr. Tyson was different. He took the time to personally consult with me on the phone for over an hour on a Saturday and his price to handle the case made the competition non existent. I contacted Mike (and Sean) to assist me on a business lawsuit for which I was being deposed in 6 days. We spent over an hour discussing my case. I've been in Ms Duncombe File for years LOL... But all in all Ms Duncombe is the best, I was 25 when I first had her for a public defender, she got my drug case throwed out, I turned around and caught another drug charge she got that case reduced to time serve, then I caught my 3rd case which the state wanted me to do 30 years in prison due to the criminal point system my charge's scored out to, she fought to get me 2 years which I did and then got out and started becoming a man, I finally got married etc years later and then all of a sudden my wife was called home by "God" but also due to the EMS Negligence and attitude, she ended passing on the spot, I reached back out to Ms Duncombe and she referred me to a lawyer who handles those cases and she also attended Every visit with the other Lawyer and she even stopped by on her own time to check on me while I was grieving... All in all that lawyer she referred helped me win my settlement against the EMS but guess who was still right there Ms Duncombe.... I could go on and on.....
Oh yeah I forgot to mention this... 2 years before my wife passed I was driving and got pulled with drugs, once again it got throwed due to CITY ERRORS LOL.... ....

I have spoken with Attorney Harris on several occasions and he truly impressed me with his knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the law and wording of legal matters. I literally set out to find somewhere to write a review for Jim Mancuso, because he certainly earned it, so read on about our personal experience with this attorney.....
How I actually met Jim was due to the fact that Billy, my step-son, had been hanging around with the wrong crowd for some time, and unfortunately ended up in serious trouble and landed his butt in jail. Almost 2 months after he got arrested I decided to make an effort to help him versus just letting him sit there in jail, which was my initial outlook cause I figured it 'might' straighten his butt up this time, but home life drastically changed, and my wife just seemed so distant and resentful towards me that I could no longer take it.......so I gave in.
I'd consulted with several attorneys, and I'd liked Jim's attitude and outlook right away. He was very professional, and the fact that he didn't seem to be kissing butt just because I was holding his paycheck really set him apart from the others, and that was a big plus for me cause it didn't seem like a 'show'. He'd told me that he wasn't a miracle worker, nor would he pretend to be, but he would certainly do his absolute best and provide the best possible representation. Right after I'd hired him, despite the fact that his public attorney, the one they afford in jail, wasn't able to get his bail lowered, Jim was able to get his bail significantly lowered, so we'd paid his bond, he was released, and my home life became better instantly. Praise the Lord for that!
Anyways, he'd been facing a total of 5 years, and the prosecutors had been offering him something like 23 months because of his prior record. It might've been 21 months, but I'm pretty sure it was 23. Regardless of the exact number, before trial, he did make a miracle happen in our eyes because he got the prosecutors to drop his charge to something lesser, which resulted in time served (from what I understand the almost 2 months that he was in jail was counted as his total sentence).
