I would without hesitation recommend Mr. Marion he's very good at what he does he help me get conservatorship of my son in just a few short months and saved me lots of money as compared to others in our area that I had consulted about on this matter he kept in touch with me through out the entire process an made it very simple for me the average person to comprehend which others did not. You want an attorney who will treat your case as if he were in your shoes? This is the attorney you want! He cares and gives you all of your options up front. There are no surprises when it comes to Jon. When you go in to speak with him, he gives you all of the possible outcomes you could be faced with once you're inside the courtroom. He pays great attention to small details that everyone else over looks and he truly works hard for your case. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else when it comes to legal matters. We've used him a few times now and he's very clear about everything. If you contact him, he will get back to you usually within an hour, or at the very latest the next morning. Ms. Hoover has represent me and family members as well over the past 20 years from family law to criminal law and also assisted us in preparing Wills and other documents to protect our assets. She is extremely knowledgeable in the law and all aspects of it. She was very honest about what she could do for us given the circumstance of what we were facing and never made us promises or gave us false hope in any of our legal issues. She would tell us she would fight for us the hardest she could and if we had to go to trial she would try her hardest to come out victorious on our cases. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet with Attorney Vicki Hoover with a personal case a few years ago. A case that at the time was very difficult for me. From the moment of speaking with her she made me feel very comfortable and at peace. She was very understanding concerning my case, and I felt we had been friends for years. I was having a difficult decision that I had to make concerning my family, and wasn't sure the route to go with it. By the time I left there I was confident in the decision.
Vicki took time to get to know me and understand where I was with the case. I faced the most severe charges in my lifetime over a sticker. Felony, Oh god. I thought I would get a small sentence. Mike walks in as court is about to begin and asks if he may approach. 60 seconds later I am paying a few dollars in court costs and on my way home 20 minutes after court had began. Mike Whalen knew I had no record and this was a sham charge and he didn't even wait for me to ve called to say so. If you ever find yourself accused of a crime you did not commit or are just seeking the best possible outcome to your trial. He will do the best anyone can ask.

Mike Whalen is by far one of the most impeccable human beings I have ever met. He represented myself and my dad on an Order of Protection filed by my former brother-in-law. Mr. Whalen was fighting an uphill battle from the beginning. This order was heard in Bill Swann's court, the 4th Circuit in Knox County, TN and Judge Swann has a reputation for being overly reactive, oblivious to the facts, and ruling with knee jerk reactions instead of logic. Mr. Whalen went to bat for both me and my father over and again. I would trust this man in any court room, any day.

After having a very disappointing experience with the first attorney we hired to defend my husband in a DUI charge, we did our research and Mr. Curry was very highly recommended. Now I know why. My husband's case was unique in that he is a combat war veteran who has been diagnosed and treated for PTSD related to trauma sustained as a bomb hunter in the war. After undergoing 3 months of intensive treatment in the VA CDT and PTSD inpatient programs, my husband needed someone who would go to bat for him and vigorously defend him in a DUI charge he received when suffering from a severe PTSD flashback/ blackout & blood pressure episode. Jim Curry went above and beyond what we ever expected or asked of him and received a very favorable outcome for my husband that will allow him to continue his recovery and be a father to our 3 young boys. I think most of the time in the legal world (and I know- I am a paralegal) clients are overcharged and underrepresented. NOT SO AT ALL in this case. I feel that Mr. Curry was owed much more than our initial retainer fee because he worked so hard in his zealous representation of my husband, but he refused to take another dime from us. Jim Curry gave my husband his life back and you can't put a price on that. Our family will be forever grateful to him.

Ms. Johnson is in my opinion one of the best lawyers I have ever had. I was involved in a horrific car accident that was initially deemed my fault. I was the victim of a "stopping short" scam. Without any witnesses to support this claim I thought there would be no way i could prove it. Ms. Johnson was able to bring in the right people that could prove my case. After experiencing a very complicated legal battle, I was taken advantage of by another prominent attorney. I had consults with other area council prior to Mr. Leonardo, and they told me there was nothing I could do, and I was looking at a loose-loose situation. Mr. Leonardo returned my call within 24 hours and got me in to see him the next day. Any further correspondence was also very prompt. Mr. Leonardo was extremely knowledgeable about the law, and provided me with various strategies and scenarios to assist me in making an informed decision regarding a course of action. I followed his recommendations and was able to diplomatically resolve a 3 year battle in less than 48 hours. Even more importantly, he saved me 50K. Mr. Leonardo was on point with everything he said would happen, and I could not be more pleased. The only regret I have, is that I did not obtain his services from the start.
I have referred 3 other friends and business associates to Mr. Leonardo. All claim to be very pleased with his knowledge and experience level. Mr. Parsons is an amazing lawyer. In one of my cases I had signed a plea agreement stating I would take 4 years state probation and in court the next morning he got me just 2 years. I thought 3 or 4 yrs. was resonable for my charges but he was truely looking out for my best interest. And he was appointed to me and still fought for me every since I have used him and referred him to others whom he has helped as well.

Mr Fraley represented me on a disorderly conduct charge and got the case dismissed.I really shouldn't have been arrested anyways but now they will arrest you for anything.Since I was in the healthfield and I knew I didn't do anything wrong I hired the most recommended lawyer here and if I hadn't I would have gotten probation, 24 hours in jail and community service for something I shouldn't have been charged with.I had never been arrested or a speeding ticket and I was jumped by some guys and called 911 and I got arrested plus it was on my property, but Mr.Fraley helped Mr through it and was very proffesional and at a reasonable price.He is straight up with you and wants the same in return.I just hired him again for my mom and I really hope he helps her and will update this after we are done.Her charges are way more serious though, they are felonies and I really hope he helps.

I approached Mr. Cameron in a situation where my then 8yr old son claimed his dad had abused him. Mr. Cameron and his office personel went above and beyond what was required of them. They put the safety of my son first and formost. They were professional and thorough. He faught passionately for us in the courtroom. When a situation arose where my case might be moved to another county, he had me prepare for it mths in advance, just in case. His fees were more than reasonable. I can't think of a situation that I wouldn't be comfortable recommending him for. My son still enjoys safety today as a result of this mans quick actions.
