My fiancé at the time was accused of stealing computers from the U of A ( he was a professor at the time) but he would regularly take equipment home for research and then bring it back, anyway it was a big to do and got blown way up, and so we hired Mr. St. Louis, and man was that the best decision ever!! Not only is he absolutely incredible in court but his receptionist was amazing and he always answered our calls or if he was busy would get right back to us. Well my fiancé was looking at jail time, and long story short after the jury found him guilty Joe did his magic like he is known for and the next thing you know the Judge made it silent for a minute and then said "I'm not happy with the jury's decision so I am overturning it , and sir you are free to go." So Mr. St. Louis literally got my fiancé off of all charges and even after he was found guilty(which of course is like one in a million) but the point is this lawyer is literally the absolute best there is. Joe St. Louis is the exact definition of what the perfect lawyer is. Thank you again Mr. St. Louis.

I was recommended Joe St. Louis and his firm, from both an established attorney I knew in another state and my manager in Tucson, his firm written up as best firm in field year after year in local paper and magazines, so Not hard to find... Wasn't even sure wether to fight the charge or not at first or if would simply be a waste of money and time...? I was told it important no matter what to have someone represent me and see what they can do to possibly mitigate the best outcome... Truth is, thought no one would believe my story and actually how or why something happened in getting stopped in the first place... Had an officer new to his profession and putting it nicely, very over zealous !!! this in mind, who is going to believe me or even listen... Wasn't until original interview with a zoom call with one of the lawyers in the firm did I feel at all like I had any reason fight a government agency, that assumes guilt and paid to find you guilty.... This attorney, told me after and during the whole story - while asking complete honesty - that there are some possible mishandled issues here, a physical ailment that should of been observed and respected, and a reason for the stop in the first place, actually 5 things !!! Then he proceeded to tell me that the attorneys all have been busy, his docket full, but he will ask and maybe his boss could take the job, but has a confidence with anyone there, to reassure me. I waited a day or two knowing that maybe a thing to deal with or not just wait around for charges etc etc. which they came and after hired - even upped the charges !!!!???? which Joe becoming my attorney and remembered asking him - "did they raise the charge, because I hired you "
Well - this whole thing or time to fight something like this requires nerve and patience, on both the defendants part and the attorney - so should be aware of that, if ever in this predicament!! This firm behind the scenes does a lot of gathering interviews by all involved, so may or may not be used in trial or to further shape a defense along with video, audio, police reports, scene pictures and anything there that may be of use - lighting, area suitability and numerous things to do with that alone.. This all in mind allows a skilled firm to discover something that could be used in pre trial, and causing the case to be dismissed... Not so in mine or observed by the judge allowing any motions and we did have a few good plausible ones at that - they wanted me to hang - !!!! This is where you need balls and your attorney need huevos also - Now, especially if you think your getting railroaded, easier to do - build the best trial case possible with experts that may be able to substantiate and or witnesses to corroborate your story... A phone call or two, or three and then a meeting or three - making this plan and how to go about shaping this part of the defense another thing - different than what happened before as to not get to this point in the effort, but all the info, reports etc. the firm had gathered - becomes more than handy but allows for the defense you will need against what one may think impossible... You and your attorney will hope something happens during this, what may seem like a long awaited time, but allows for many things to possibly happen in a defendant's favor, some of which may be explained to you or may, learn, and this is where patience comes in !!! So - don't think time is a bad thing - like farming and or investing both, time is huge important... I think this applies here or so I have learned... I think being engaged and reading everything sent from the firm, and replying that received etc. a good thing, writing things down develop some notes as remembered and or to develop clarity so that another that may be a juror can understand, important ..
We had a couple, mistrials, one of which, outcome, was very favorable to me...

The Moss Law Firm is probably the most competent Law Firm that we have delt with of all my adult life! Our son was looking at horrific time on Probation not to mention Jail time. Miss Moss was able to have my son’s 1st plea removed and change it to 4 years of Probation; two of those years would be stringent, but after the two years was able to have the Judge review the case and have him placed on a much less stringent Probation. This attorney cares about her clients! And will work hard to have the best possible outcome for her clients! As far as our family is concerned, we could not be happier considering the circumstances.

Life is good, your career is prosperous, you’re loved by your kid, you’re grateful to life for a promising future, then you receive that appalling phone call. Someone is telling you that you’re being investigated by the police, falsely accused of the worst crime you can imagine, and that you must call a lawyer. And you’re advised to contact Attorney Rick Lougee.
That happened to me, it may be happening to you as you read this, and I was very fortunate to get Lougee’s name. I’m the living case-dismissed proof that hiring Rick Lougee is the right decision when your entire life is in jeopardy.
Always keep in mind Lougee’s principle: You never talk to the police. Throughout my case, sadly, I realized that the police’s investigation is sloppy, they’re lazy in finding facts, the prosecution is ideologically contaminated (e.g. #MeToo), and sometimes, like in my case, rigged.
Rick Lougee assembles an effective and unshakable investigative team for all his cases. For my case, they started working almost immediately. In a matter of a couple of weeks, they revealed the facts that would in time form the foundation for my innocence. They dug deeper than the prosecution during the discovery process, and they found a considerable number of facts and police reports that should have persuaded any police detective to take a closer look at what was going on in the accusers’ house in the first place. But remember, in today’s environment, if you’re accused, you are guilty until proven otherwise. Lougee was determined to demonstrate my full innocence and systematically rejected any proposal of a plea bargain from the prosecution. We agreed that we will go all the way for our battle at trial.
From my experience, Lougee operates using three strategies: He is brashly honest and clear with you about the difficulties of the case. He strategizes with a military mind, planning always under the worst scenarios. He puts extreme care to the detail of law’s fundamentals in his motions, executing the defense brilliantly and effectively in court. I was fortunate to see Rick fighting for me in court. I saw him delivering at least two Perry Mason moments for my case.
My case was complicated by the conundrums of the pandemic, which caused a long waiting process. The nature of my case involved false memories of abuse. Lougee undertook a careful and thoughtful search for the best expert witness from very prestigious academic institution. He covered all the corners of my case, never underestimated the prosecution, and never left my case to the odds. We were ready for trial.
In a fortunate change of events and new information, Lougee discovered a pattern in the police detectives in charge; they were secretly coaching the accusers to provide favorable evidence for the prosecution. And in a most disgraceful act, the police department destroyed all the evidence that we know existed. This triggered the dismissal of my case.
During all my predicament journey of my case, I felt confident that Rick would use all his experience and talents to destroy the prosecution’s case in order to save me from a terrible fate. My confidence was based on Rick’s experience. He has an extensive list of cases that demonstrate he never is afraid of how big the case or the prosecution is. He has been in David vs Goliath situations. He has historical cases featured in newspapers and magazines like The New Yorker, or you can find his cases in academic books on criminal law. But that’s the last thing he cares about. He is focused on beating the prosecution case, but most importantly, he cares about demonstrating your innocence. He will fight for you, call him.

I was falsely accused of two sexual felonies and was facing 17 to 39 years in prison. That amount of time would equate to life in prison for crimes I never commited. My life was coming apart and because the system is heavily stacked against the defendant, I was almost hopeless. We hired Rick Lougee because of his reputation as an outstanding attorney and his over 40 years of experience working difficult cases, especially sex related cases in multiple states. He took my case and immediately, between his investigators and his team, began to build the case proving that the charges were unfounded. He was very honest with me about what to expect and always prepared me for the next step. He was also very empathetic and understood on a gut level what I was going through being unjustly accused of a terrible crime. I am a multiple tour combat veteran and it is no exaggeration to say that this situation was the most terrifying of my life. Rick’s experience and knowledge of the law, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and CPS officials was unquestionable and invaluable. He had the BEST investigators and colleagues working hard and diligently preparing our defense and was, at all times, straightforward and professional. Rick’s team built such a strong case that the Prosecutors did not feel that the case should even go before the Grand Jury and, therefore, the charges were dismissed. From a possible 39 years in prison to the prosecutor’s decision not to indict was the worst rollercoaster ride of my and my family’s lives. Even after the case was dismissed, Rick provided us with counsel on possible complications and how to move forward with our lives. I am forever grateful that we found Rick and his team. It is not hyperbole to say that he and his team saved my life. I would highly recommend Mr. Lougee to anyone facing serious criminal allegations. He is literally the best of the best!

I was physically assaulted, somehow I was arrested? I spent a day in jail and had to defend myself from a family member who had assaulted me and lied. I am soooo glad I called Charnesky and Dieglio. Dina answered my call. I think it was a Sunday, she stayed on the phone and was very caring and competent and I hired her. Dina was knowledgeable, honest and forward about the charges. I live out of state and Dina and James went to court for me. My trial date was a while back and Dina and James were there for me. They were excellent and knew how to handle this case. We tirelessly searched the internet for a lawyer for our son and we are so glad that we found Cornelia! My name is Mary, and I am writing this review to let anyone who is in need of an excellent lawyer Ms Cornelia will not disappoint you. We hired her in a self defense case for my son he was charged with 4 aggravated assaults, all felonies it was a very hard time in our lives, not knowing the law or what to do. Ms Cornelia was a godsend to us she is a compassionate caring person, my son was facing up to 30 years he is 22 so that was devastating to us. My son was determined to go to trial and Ms Cornelia felt confident he could win the case, but again if he lost hence the 30 years or more!! Words could never express what this wonderful woman did for my son. At some point of him being in jail he was threatened by other inmates and put in what they call the towers very traumatic for him and us his parents and siblings, there is absolutely nothing you can do!! Totally helpless feeling, Well she got him out of solitary confinement and transferred to another what they call pods, He did well for the rest of the time he was there. To anyone who reads this, Ms Cornelia is a lawyer you want standing by your side, To end this we decided not to go for trial, not because we did'nt trust her but for the fact that if he lost, well she got him a plea of 3.5 yrs with 1 yr credit. I have to say! Even though I never got the chance to file bankruptcy (thank goodness) he has been the best attorney yet! He got rid of a debt I had that was almost 14,000$. I had a garnishment on my pay check for almost a year and we went a different route so that we wouldn’t have to file for bankruptcy and I got the letter in the mail that the debt is forgiving and it’s all thanks to Alex Coomer. I highly recommend him, great with people, super smart and seem to really know what he’s doing! I hope he does well in life! Keep up the good work Alex!

I utilized Alex to look into bankruptcy and other financial options to assist in resolving debt issues. Through the entire process I always felt Alex wanted to generate value for me. He was fair with pricing and did not generate work that did not net me value. This has not always been the case in my experience with other lawyers. He did small things that he didn't charge for, like reminding me of payments, giving me budget advice, and providing me recommendations to consult with my accountant. Alex would be my first choice for lawyer if I needed anything in his specialties.

Below I want to briefly enumerate my thanks to each lawyer.
What my family and I appreciate about Atty. Iaria is his honesty, fairness (especially in the fees he charged), and reliability. When we called with questions or just wanted to talk over a process, he always answered right away. He would even answer when we would call him at night, or he would call us back after office hours. With so much of the process that I didn’t understand, I really appreciated knowing that I was working with a lawyer who made a point about making himself available to and reachable by his clients. He is thorough not only in matters of paper work but also in following up with people!
As for Atty. Annamarie, she was remarkably friendly, positive, easy to talk to and therefore easy to relate to. She helped me throughout the whole process, and especially during my nerve-racking court hearing in Olympia. She was genuinely passionate about helping me and my family, and this showed in the way she stayed in the courtroom with us, waiting for hours for our turn to arrive. Over and above this, her genuine care showed in the way she related to me not just as a client but as another woman. She shared enough about herself and her background to let me and my family know that we were in good, capable, and caring hands. When approaching Atty. Valdivia with questions, I never felt worried or intimidated because she was consistently attentive. Sometimes, I had questions I didn’t know how to phrase, and she would still “hear” me. She really listened! She answered my questions and concerns kindly and, when she missed my calls, she called back right away. Overall, she is the best lawyer I could have worked with, and am confident she could help so many other women with special cases like mine.
I am so grateful to Attorney Iaria and Valdivia for helping us fight – and win – this great battle. Other lawyers I consulted with easily dismissed my case as hopeless or too difficult. Upon my initial consultation with Mr.Murray, I found him to far exceed the high recommendation he came with from a very good friend of mine. I enlisted his services to help in getting my vehicle back from the AZ DPS. The real pieces of work that they are, they were trying to keep my vehicle for seizure with no merit whatsoever. It took a phone call and a very brief but oh so effective letter from Mr. Murray and, upon recognizing the error of their ways, promptly returned my vehicle. Mind you I had been trying, obviously with no luck at all.

Mr Boatwright represented me as my public defender a couple of years ago and he cared very much about me as a client and he cared very much about getting the best possible outcome for my case. He listened to me and explained anything I didn't understand and even told me he would assist me with filing another form once I finished paying my fines even though the case was technically over after I completed probation. I have unfortunately dealt with several different public defenders because of a family member and I have never encountered anyone that cares about their clients like Mr Boatwright, in fact, usually my encounters with my family members public defenders were the opposite and they didn't hide the fact that they didn't care about their clients or that they were unwilling to fight for their clients and would always say to take whatever plea the prosecution offered. Mr Boatwright was totally willing to go to trial and fight for me if that's what I wanted to do and anyone that has him as an attorney will be well taken care of. He will return your phone calls and he will spend the time needed in office to go over your case with you. I would definitely hire him again if I was ever in trouble again and if he was in private practice.

Corey was hired by me to defended a series of charges. The first charge was for several felony charges that where levied against me for a medical marijuana grow and patient cooperative that did not meet the letter of the law in compliance. After being let out on bail, a traffic stop resulted in a second set of charges by the Pima County Sheriffs department. They siezed my vehicle and charged me with 3 additional felonies. The second charges were an over charge trying to create a case or patern when one did not exist. The first resulted in a plea that ultimately was an undesignated felony that reduced to a misdemeanor after successfully completing my probation and cumminity service. The second set of charges, were ultimately fully dismissed. The Sheriffs department recharged me in different courts after each dismissal but ultimately Corey was able to get all charges dismissed once he could argue the case. Corey was there to explain what was happening and arguing hard for me. He took a very unpleasnt experience and got me a great resolution to a horrible situation. I highly recommend him.
