I hired Paul for 19 cases never thought it would turn out like it did he always kept me in touch with the cases. The time came after the 3rd court date and Paul got them all dismissed. He will fight for you all the way through. Anybody needs a lawyer this is the guy.

Specifically her work for me had been in conjunction with her representing my wife in a very messy and scary divorce from her previous husband, a sadistic narcissist who was stalking, harassing, and slandering her at every turn. He would threaten anyone who helped my wife with legal action, which included trying to get a protective order against me to keep me away from her and our two minor children. Laura represented me in that matter, and it was quickly and summarily dismissed.

I first contacted Jessica with J. Peterson Law in December 2016 to assist me with domestic violence case after dealing with the court appointed LDA that I wasn't having an success with. Jessica was very personable and friendly and wanted to get down to the nitty gritty of the details to understand and start working the case right away. Whenever I had any questions or concerns and needed to contact her she was always there and available to me and addressed everything right away. She kept in contact with me whenever she had any updates from the prosecuting attorneys office, and would give me friendly reminders about upcoming court dates. She would also make sure that I got all information, details, and evidence to her to assist with the case. Jessica always kept my best interests in the forefront during this case. She was easy to work with when it came down to making payment arrangements that would work for her, as well as me. I was very pleased with the outcome and she always made this trying experience much more bearable.

Grant Miller was the greatest lawyer ever. He believed everything I told him about my case from day one after just one phone conversation. He told me we should fight my case to the end and he always said that he thought we would win. He also was supportive with my anxiety and stress during the whole 4 years of fighting my case. He brought me nice dress pants, shirt, tie, and shoes for trial. When I doubted my case, and the chance of beating a 2nd degree felony, he reassured me that I need not stress that he always believed in my story and that we a good case and he believed we could beat the case. He was also supportive of my wife and her stress and worries during the 4 year ordeal. In court from opening statements, to witnesses for both sides, to his closing statements he was just phenomenal and what every client could ever ask for both in the courtroom as well as out of the courtroom. He made sure to explain things in detail for a better understanding of everything going on. I have to say watching him with the jury using the whole courtroom while presenting the opening and closing statements and the connection he made with the jury was for me and my family was beyond words. One of the bailiffs told me from watching Grant work while in the courtroom that I had the A-team in attorney fighting for me. After winning my case I was so happy and pleased with the work Grant Miller did that I would tell anyone who I might ever talk to who, and has a case in Salt Lake County that I would recommend they request or hire Grant Miller as their attorney. I could have not have asked for anyone better than Grant Miller to fight my case. If I ever had another case I would hire Grant Miller as my attorney with no second thoughts. Thank You Grant for everything you did for my case, you are an unbelievable attorney.

I do to this day recommended Shantelle to any one who might ask me about a lawyer. I was falsely (I know I know) charged but didn't have money to hire a lawyer could not be appointed one by the court, the DA dropped the charges down to an infraction which means no possibility of jail time there for they will not allow me a public defender, I was given Shantelle's information and gave her a call. She was very friendly, and made sure I understood everything before I agreed or signed anything, she worked with me on payments and best of all She got the charged dismissed! I will continue to recommend her services to people.

I received a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana. Never was in trouble with the police before. Ann focused on resolving the problem without fuss. She knew the city prosecutor well. I was in serious trouble. My ex wife's very powerful family from the FLDS cult wanted me out of the way so they could get custody of my kids (they had inherited some money). He knew the stakes and right when they were playing their worst game, my kid's lives would have been destroyed, he drove 5 hours from Salt Lake to the not-so-above-board jurisdiction and fought for me in person. He and his partner worked brilliantly together. It was a miracle. I am still under the gun, but 5 years down the line Zach has managed to work the system (even though they are willing to cheat to get me) as well as anyone could. We are fighting some very powerful and less than integral forces. I am thrilled I had Zach on my side. Hire him immediately.

A Utah trooper seized 100K in cash (after they skimmed a few grand off the top for themselves) and Jim was able to get 90% back in a settlement with the state about 3-4 months later. He could have gotten 100%, but he let me know that Utah would drag their feet for a year knowing that they didn't have a case as Jim had identified some things that invalidated the search (dog hitting on the car with a back window that was cracked open).
The entire time Jim was good about answering all my questions, calling me back, keeping me informed during the process, and not misleading me in anyway (sometimes lawyers like to over promise to get you on the hook—not Jim).
He was recommended to me by someone who knew attorneys around the area, and I would recommend him to others as well. Overall a great guy and someone you want on your side during a fairly scary experience (huge portion of life savings being seized).
Jim knew all the characters involved locally (had dealt with the cop that pulled me over, knew DA, judges, etc.), which can be really important in any type of criminal defense; you can just tell he's a respectable guy, which means the people he has to work with have a higher chance of treating him well.
I put the fate of my life savings in his hands, and he came through big time. Great guy, would work with him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I met Jim Bradshaw in 1997 when he represented myself and my ex-spouse on a Felony case out of Salt Lake City, UT. The case lasted for 3 years with many ups and downs every months. Jim and his staff put in many, many hours and hired investigators to counter the Prosecuting Attorney's office deep pocket budget the Fed's have at their disposal. Jim succeeded in acquiring downward adjustments on mandatory sentencing that other attorney's would have given up and accepted. Jim is a fighter and takes pride in getting the 'BEST' deal for his clients. A brand new female Judge and former Prosecuting Attorney was just assigned to be our Judge. Ours was her first case. A tough woman. Bradshaw is one of the most respected Attorneys in Utah, very well known and skilled in the Federal Courts.
Fast forward 2017 (20 years later), after paying all my restitution and starting a new life, I was determined to get my Real Estate Sales License back. I hired Jim Bradshaw to represent me and accompany me to sit before the Division of RE Committee Members, consisting of 12 members. After 2 hours and many probing questions Jim gave awesome testimony on my behalf. There is no way I could have done it without him. Period. Today I have a thriving RE business and very grateful for his assistance.
It's is worth every effort and cost to invest in an excellent Attorney. Don't cheat yourself. You could end up with nothing but regrets.

I was going through a difficult time in my life which led me down the path to meeting Kieth. I had worked with previous attorneys and was very disappointed with the way I was treated and represented. Keith was a completely different experience. His office staff was very friendly I was always put through to him if I called and he was in the office, if not he always called back very promptly. I didn't feel like just another number and he actually took the time to get to know me.

I wish I could fully convey my thoughts about Scott. Scott took on my case midway through the process when my previous attorney quit my divorce. I found myself in a really bad spot having to find a new attorney that was willing to go to trial with a judge that was not in my favor, and against my ex’s attorney who was free.
