Its was our first time in Virginia ,2nd time in the states my husband got a ticket for speeding, i was looking on Google and I found this law firm they always answered and took my message ,he was represented by lawyer Kevin frank ,he did a good job, i want to give God all the praise,my husband also took a drivers course and he got 85 out of 100, he has a certificate in international driving,

We were trying to prepare for our case and David kept putting us off for weeks up until 40 minutes before our case where he briefed the defendant and when the time came, David was prepared, our defendant wasn’t prepared, and upon hindsight and discussion with other defense attorneys, there was so much more that David could have done that he didn’t do and was ill prepared for. Please if you’re considering an attorney, think twice before picking David. At the end of the day it’s you and your case and your lives on the line, not his. He certainly didn’t give it his all in our case and left us high and dry when we scrambled for answers. He told the defendant to plead guilty and we were misled to think that it would be better but it costed him the rest of his life. He didn’t take that into account and it was clear he didn’t care

I believe her name was Danielle, AKA “the junkyard dog” AKA “ANGRY BIRD” from the law offices of Nguyen Ballato Law Firm.
Guess what DANIELLE? “You mess with the bull you get the horns.”
As I do NOT divulge any personal information over the telephone. I promptly contacted the law office of Riddle and Hanna. Ashley IMMEDIATELY contacted this low-grade, “law firm.”
After, oh, I believe 5 emails, Nguyen Ballato Law Firm finally provided the information needed to remit payment. However, my client ID number provided to Ashley IS INCORRECT!!!!
Which has again hindered me from remitting payment. I will repeat myself, if you need a professional lawyer who actually goes above and beyond Ashley, is your lawyer.

I retained Mr. Stanton for very serious charge that could have resulted in many years of prison time. Mr. Stanton put me and my family at ease from the very start. He talked to us in his office on a Saturday. He was always available to talk to myself and my family when we had questions or concerns. He laid out what he needed from me, and what he would be providing as well. I had a rather lengthy criminal history, multiple felonies, but no violent charges.
Upon our day in court the commonwealth attorney immediately opposed the restoration. And the judge seemed she had made her mind up as well😑 we went ahead and gave testimony and produced character references. And somehow swayed the judges opinion so much that she went against the commonwealth attorneys recommendation and ordered my rights be restored!!! I was smiling, shawn was smiling, the judge was smiling! I truly was ready to walk out of the courtroom at the beginning and am glad I didn't!
This was a homerun in my book and I'm sure Shawn's as well. 5 stars all day!
