Mr. Robinson is phenomenal! He went above and beyond for me. He was always there when I called or was quick to return my calls throughout the process. He never made me feel left out and took the time to explain anything I was not understanding. Unlike other lawyers I had called, he was very kind, realistic and assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me out. Other lawyers were not very supportive and they did not bother trying to put in effort or find ways to help me. Mr. Robinson on the other hand came up with a game plan and delivered it. From the free consultation to securing and entering my plea deal, Robinson Law have been excellent representation every step of the way. During the consultation process, Joshua provided immediate reassurance to both my mother and myself that we did not feel from other firms we contacted, some of which also charged much higher prices. I chose Mr. Early to represent me for a reckless driving case, and I was very pleased with the results. Mr. Weiland and team have been and are phenomenal. Apart from being warm and all around great people they're even better and honest attorneys. They were very transparent with me throughout my entire debacle with Henrico county aka the worst place in the US to get a ticket. I was going 96/65 and was promised certain jail time by the cop, the judge and everyone else. Mr. Weiland presented his argument and in short was met with "I'm not buying it from the judge". As I stood there in tears, John proceeded to argue down the judge as to why he needed to see things from another perspective! The judge's response was "in all the years l've been on the bench that has got to be the best argument l've ever heard for I was speeding but didn't know I was speeding" I walked out court with a result that was unimaginable for anything at that speed coming out of Henrico. I was given a regular speeding ticket. After leaving court the judge called and it was reduced 10-14 over.... I paid 250 plus 66 dollars in court fees. Let me tell you they were also the most affordable out of all the attorneys I consulted with! I was quoted on average 2000-5000 bucks! The Weiland firm was fair and reasonable, and by far the best attorney I've ever dealt with !

I retained the Weiland Law Frim for a reckless driving ticket that I got in February. I was speeding going 31 miles over in a 45 zone. I was easily facing jail time loss of my drivers license and not to mention the hefty fines I would have to pay. But thanks to John Weiland and Josh Stock they got me completely off! The Law Firm from the paralegals to the lawyers are very helpful down to earth and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using this team if you ever fined yourself in any traffic trouble like I was. I hope I never see myself in that situation again but if I am i know who i will be calling WEILAND LAWFRIM! Thank you guy for all you did for me ill never forget it.

Vicki and Barb were amazing throughout my divorce. Vicki will not waste your time/money with pointless meetings or calls, but she will show up for court prepared and organized. She made my spouse's attorney look incompetent and unprepared when she walked in with a binder for testimony with color-coded tabs for each section that we covered. Vicki was able to find a case law that got my foot in the door in a court system that otherwise would have refused to hear my case and continued to let my financially dominant ex continue to exert power and control through financial manipulation. But mainly, Vicki and Barb truly care about you on a human level and will treat your case with care and compassion. The family you created being legal broke apart is NEVER an easy thing but I am sure that having Vicki and Barb's support made it so much better than it otherwise would have been. Thank you!

I cannot express how extremely happy I was to have Vicki Francios as my lawyer during a very long 2+ year custody and child support battle. Mr Easley is by far the most professional and best lawyer I have ever had. He listens and fights for you to the end. I had met with a few other lawyers prior to Mr Easley and they were certain that I was going to be found guilty but will see what they can get the to charges reduced to a “lesser charge”. Due to work I needed this charge dismissed or I would have lost everything I worked hard for. I am so happy I listened to my gut and kept looking for another lawyer. This is one determined professional. Not only is he an Attorney, he's also a Judge. With this man, you have the best of both worlds. If my son had any chance of getting out of his situation, I don't think anyone else would've been better for the job. He is the best Criminal Defense Attorney hands down. My son was facing several Felonies with a possibility of doing serious time. We put our trust in Darwyn and let him go to work. He treated my son as if he was his own. Just like most teenagers, it was like pulling teeth to get all pertinent information that was needed. I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

I was very overwhelmed with the two charges I had got of, DWI and Public Intoxication. Consulted with Mr. Columbus in regards to my speeding ticket that I got the same day. He told me to take a driving course; I opted to take it online instead of a classroom instruction. My original court date was 6/22, but due to unforeseen circumstances, got it continued to 7/27, and he helped me out with that. I gave him the necessary documentation that would help him reinforce my case with the judge. Judge wasn't necessarily the nicest, but Mr. Columbus was able to dismiss the ticket. I personally would recommend Mr. Columbus's services again.

I recently hired Mr. Louie to defend a charge of speeding at 80mph in a 55mph zone. As an out of state resident, I was surprised to learn that this is automatically considered reckless driving in Virginia, which itself is considered a misdemeanor in the state. Mr. Louie's counsel resulted in a proper outcome which was in line with our goal of avoiding a reckless driving charge. Both Mr. Louie and his staff were professional and attentive throughout the process, and his experience is demonstrated by his knowledge and calming presence. It is obvious that Mr. Louie has a strong working relationship with many parties in the Virginia Beach area. I believe that this is an asset for an area with such a large out of state/military population and relatively harsh traffic laws. Overall great job!

I was pulled over for going 37 over the limit. I did not know how strict the laws in VA since I'm from NJ. I had called several lawyers who I just didn't trust or like. So I went with my gut and chose Peter Louie. My instinct was spot on. Peter is realistic, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I was facing jail, license suspension, a misdemeanor and a $3500 fine. I walked away with a $400 dollar fine. Everything else was dropped, no jail . no 3500 dollar fine, no suspension and no misdemeanor. Do as Peter says and all will be alright. I highly recommend Peter Louie and his firm.

Received a reckless driving summons on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge while passing a car that was going 10 mph below the speed limit. Tucker was professional and thorough. He under-promised and over-delivered! He managed to get my 19 year old daughter's reckless driving ticket (81 in a 55 -- a criminal misdemeanor) reduced to "improper driving" (a traffic infraction). I was charged with a class 6 felony and a misdemeanor charge back in October 2018. The same day I was arrested 2 of my family members were arrested and received the same charges as me but we hired different lawyers. The lawyer they hired was only able to get one of the charges dropped while I got both dismissed thanks to David. He is the man!!

If you find yourself in a bad situation and need help getting out of trouble call David. I was charged with a class 2 felony (malicious wounding) facing 10 years in jail if convicted. He was able to work a deal and get me off with two misdemeanor charges. Which was the best outcome possible for my case. Don’t get offended if scolds you if you do something wrong because I did something stupid when I was on pre trial release. He just looking out for you he always responds and is helping me out again. Adam Carroll recently represented me on a probation violation in Chesapeake he was recommended to me by a lawyer that i usually use . This was my second violation in which I violated condition 1 and 8 . Condition 1 is the worst one to violate it means i brought back a charge. 7Mr Carroll researched my case meticulously and fought very hard for me on court. I met with several attorneys to help with a recent case. Bryan was the only one that took the time to ask questions and better understand me, my background, and the situation I found myself in. Every other attorney told me that I had no choice but to accept some fairly harsh penalties to which I was facing. Bryan spent a good amount of time listening to me, afterwards stating that he believed he could help minimize those penalties. When everyone else told me this was not possible, Bryan expressed confidence in his ability to help. And Bryan delivered.
