I truly cannot say enough good things about this practice or the people working there. I have had three attorneys on our case. Each one cost thousands and we ended up no where. As soon as Emily and Lauren got involved we were settled and finally living our lives within a few months. She's honest, upfront, really cares about kids, and knows how get the job done. If I could give more stars, I would! Michael Crawford and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and understanding. I was always kept informed on everything that was happening, but never had to worry about a thing, because I knew he had me covered. I was charged with a DWI, and never had to see a single day of court because Michael was able to get me qualified for the Pre-Trial Diversion Program. A year from now I will be calling up Michael again to help me with the expungement.
If anyone asks if I know a good lawyer he is ALWAYS my recommendation!

This was my daughter’s first offense with DUI. Michael took her case and was able to get her a Pre- Trial conversion, which if she takes care of everything she will not have anything on her record. We did not have to go to court. Michael took care of everything. We just had to be there. We werevery scared and Michael explained everything that was going on and what was happening. To say the least Michael saved my daughter’s career. Now it’s up to my daughter to finish the program.

A few years ago, I was in legal trouble because of am issue that took place when i was 18y/o, 7 years later I applied for a passport to go on vacation not knowing that I was going to receive a letter in the mail stating that I had a warrant for my arrest. 27 y/o never have i ever been in any legal problems. The following day i went to visit Mr. Joseph Gallo. My mother and I sat down in front of him and showed him the letter i received. The next day Mr. Gallo called us to come back into his office and explained what the charges were. I was terrified! I never been in any type of criminal trouble and I didn't know what was going to happen or what to expect. He explain to me that I didn't have to stress so much nor did i have to be scared, that he was going to take care of me and that’s exactly what he did. He stood by me the entire time and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. The day came that i had to turn myself in. I was only supposed to go in and come right back out but for some reason i didnt , 4 hrs later i see him and my mom walking towards a glass window and him looking a little upset. The guards let him back and he asked why i was still seating there waiting and not being released yet, next thing you know i was being released. This is the kind of lawyer he is, a lawyer that will go out of his way to make sure everything is fair and how it should be. Well, i got stopped and accused of dui. Went to jail and the first thing i did when i got out was too look for the best lawyer in Ellis County. I asked around for recommendations and i kept hearing Joe's name.
There i go to meet Mr. Gallo. The first thing Joe told me was that if i hire him that my problems become his and i have nothing to worry about. We talked for about a hour and that was it.
Joe took my case and worked every single angle available. We met a couple of times, we went to court a couple of times, and then we had the dismissal for evidence court date. If anybody can imagine, that was the big one and this can make it or break it. Joe seen something in the video that he told me was going to pressure the state into a rock and a hard place. Well he was right and my case got dismissed.. WAAAA LAAAAA, just like he called it .. DISMISSED.
Joe effort's and my dismissal gave me back my life.. i had my career on the line as well as future ventures riding on this dismissal and Joe got it dismissed. Thank You Joe, i have no words on how to thank you ... Joe and his team are the way too go if someone gets in a situation like mine.

My first consult with Mr. Gallo was back in March. I got charged with a class A misdemeanor the night I got arrested (March 8, 2019) The first time I met with Mr. Gallo he went over every and all options with me, he explained everything and answered all my questions before I could even ask any. Through out this journey a long and dreadful 7 months later (after my court date kept being reset) I get a call, text and an email from Mr. Gallo to give me the great news that my case was dismissed!! I was in such disbelief I just couldn’t even believe it I had been preparing myself for a long probation and been saving up a lot of money for this. He even brought my dismissal paper up to my job and hand delivered it! He is by far, hands down the BEST lawyer I could’ve hired.

As a former client of Griffith and Associates I made the right choice. Before I chose thus firm I called one other firm, they said: "You need Mark Griffith" I called a second firm, again same answer. I calked an out of Ellis county firm, they said: "We know Ellis county, it's a tight bunch there" and they declined. I breath the air as I heard "Not Gyilty" after nearly 3 and a half years of torment by Ellis county officials at all levels. But Mark Griffith and his entire group believed me and believed in me. It's the toughest pain I have ever had to endure, my family had to endure having to resign myself to aid of this nature and magnitude. But, without one witness to my defense, Mark Griffith, his associates, staff and investigators exposed Ellis county, the State of Texas vs (______) for what it was. Lie after lie after lie, but they are immune and have licence to do it. Mark, as proffessional and ethical lawyer that he is never ever disrespected the court. I hired Mr. Griffith to defend me for a case where I was wrongfully accused, I lost my home and almost my freedom, he knew I was telling the truth and promised to fight for me 100%, and that's just what he did. He gave me back my freedom, although me loosing my home is another issue, he did make all of this go away. The case was "no billed" and my case was over, I could get my life somewhat back to normal. Life is a journey, it's a roller-coaster full of ups and downs and every once in awhile a sideways slam! I found myself in a sideways slam and needed help, legal help. I've never needed a lawyer before and the path before me was dark and frightening. The light that illuminated my pathway was Jake Heffernan. I can't say enough about the care, understanding, and professionalism Mr. Heffernan took with me and my situation. It is good to know that there are wonderful people out there still willing to help the downtrodden, those who are out of luck, out of hope, or lost. My case is not over yet but when Chad came to a hearing with me, he was incredible. Nothing the prosecutor said caught him by surprise, and everything the prosecutor said, Chad had a rebuttal. In court, Chad is calm, he is not intimidated by anything, and he has a response ready no matter what.

I can't give my name or details of my case because it is still in progress. However, Chad is the only lawyer I spoke to at the beginning who said he would fight the case and go for a not guilty verdict. Thus far he has done everything exactly as he said he would and he keeps his clients informed throughout every step of the procedure. He is extremely thorough and he treats all of his clients with dignity and respect. There is no way to guarantee what a jury will do and Chad will tell you exactly that, but he will give you the best defense possible. I have complete confidence in his abilities and would recommend him to anyone who has been accused of something.

Attorney Jason Allen handled a hit and run accident I was involved in. From start to finish he was amazing. After reading Courtney's summary here, I felt a queasy feeling in my stomach. I couldn't disagree more with the claim that, "he believes that everyone, regardless of circumstances, deserves to have their rights protected completely and aggressively. There are no exceptions". Courtney took advantage of my lack of knowledge & understanding Of the judicial system and gave little to no efforts in defending my case. Courtney led me to believe I had been given the best offer by the DA. This guy is the worst lawyer in Corsicana by far and it’s not even close. All I wanted to do was file a written answer to show I been making legal money on YouTube for years. He was very emotional from the start. I tried to show him that I make legal money from my YouTube, yet all he cares about is himself. He also tried to charge me $300 to file a written answer as well as force himself on represent me. When I told him I didn’t want him as a lawyer he kicked me out without helping me at all. Don’t go to this guy he might drive a Tesla and wear a suit but this dude is a crook.
