I had an excellent experience with them. Not only did I get the most favorable outcome I was hoping for, I felt at ease through the whole process. Everything was explained to me as we went along and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. He gave me a price for the fee up front and nothing was added to it. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do, I am coming back to J&J Law Firm.

First time I used Mr. Novell, I was facing a speeding ticket along with a following to closely ticket issued by the same officer that pulled me over three months earlier for an over 30MPH over the limit! I showed up late for that court date so I was found guilty in absence. How Mr. Novell got these new citations resolved with not points or school and very low fines was simply amazing. I have known and hired many lawyers; but Gerry has no match. That's the first time I've met a lawyer who deliberately refuses to overcharge a client. He reasonably charged me and allowed me to pay as he resolved and won my case. He was always there for me; my calls were promptly answered (weekdays and/or weekends). I always use these reviews to make choices and often wonder if they are real. I know for a fact now that all the great reviews on Gerald Salerno are true. We called on a Saturday and he immediately said I'll go in and meet you at my office. He is honest and diligently gets all the facts before advising. He will let you know exactly what is to be expected and what steps will be taken. He would answer any of our questions at any time. He was available by phone, email or text if we needed him no matter what the issue was. He made a difficult time so much easier, just knowing he was on it made a huge difference. He is experienced and knows what is needed and gets it done very efficiently. Even after he was paid and all was done he still contacted us at later dates to make sure all was going well. It was definitely a very good choice in hiring him.

Over 11 years ago I first met Rick when I was about to be charged with two 30-year counts. Because of his intellect, connections and careful planning, I went from spending the rest of my life in prison to non-adjudicated probation to having my charge sealed. If I were asked beforehand what I thought the greatest possible outcome was, I wouldn't have even believed that this would be the possible!

Our family used Mr. Hutchinson based upon a recommendation for a family member involved in a serious criminal matter. We had never been involved in anything like this. Mr. Hutchinson upon our first meeting was apathetic, knowledgable and concerned. Promptly, he took action investigating, contacting those involved following steps to keep our family member safe and treated fairly. The situation continued for 9 months. Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. Mrs. D'Alo lead with the facts of the case, the rights of her client, all the while being played by a con artist, the defendant. After she won a temporary judgement for the me, the victory was never followed through on the defendants side. She calmed and encouraged me, even though i was grieving the lost of my support dog to just let her handle the case and justice will prevail. Mrs. D"Alo, asked exact questions needed for the case, while getting to know me. She didn't scare, she fought with know facts, honesty, and her better judgment. I fell apart many a times, as the waiting game was extremely scary and difficult, but my lawyer looked me in the eyes and said were here to win this, and the law is behind us, she made what seem like forever to me, needed in order for us to win and not come back here again. I had a problem with a dentist office that took 22k from me then sold their practice leaving me with unfinished work. And the work that was performed was less then average at best. Mrs. Barbosa took time out of her day to explain the process. Unfortunately the statue of limitations ran out. But she did a lot of research and was patient and understanding to my misfortune. She also advised me to report the dr to the proper authorities so they may have some reprimand. Nevertheless I would hire this young lady if I ever find myself in need of an attorney.

I couldn't have been more blessed to have Summer Barnes represent me in my DUI case. I knew I was innocent and it was important to me that my attorney believe me before even viewing evidence. Summer believed me. Once she watched the footage she was ready for war. We rejected all plea deals and went to trial. We both believed in my innocence. I don't think there is anything more satisfying than watching the ..."cop" that arrested you crumble before your very eyes, at the hands of your absolute BEAST of an attorney. I was very young when I was first arrested for a crime that I had nothing to do with or was ever involved in. I just graduated high school and then a week later was arrested and given almost 5 life sentences in charges. I was locked up and when Kelly first met me he told me he held out his hand and I shook it and he said " Shake it like you mean it" LOL.
