I can’t say enough about Curt, Nicole, and Robert. My situation is extremely contentious and complex. They came into my (messy) case five years later trying to clean up another attorneys many mistakes and unjust rulings. VERY VERY VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! Charged $10,000 for one motion and that didn't include a follow-up court date. Bait you in with care and open arms to evidence all while draining your retainer and waiting for the perfect moment to request for more money. Choose lawyers wisely read your contract thoroughly prior to signing. The happening already happen take your time find the right help.

I don’t have enough kind words to say about Ashley Bustamante. My divorce was very difficult and challenging in many different ways for almost two years and Ashley never wavered, her calm confidence and caring supporting me on many occasions when things were just becoming too much. Her deadly weapon is having an extremely likable manner while at the same time being extremely persuasive and logical clearly painting a picture in the judges mind of even the most complex issues. At every hearing and the trial where she represented me, every single time she got the judge to see it from our point of view and agree with our position ruling accordingly. She ended up fighting for me until the absolute end and ended up getting me everything that I wanted in the divorce. On the personal side she was my rock and always went above and beyond and made me feel that I was her only client and the most important case she had ever had. I will be forever grateful that she came into my life and fought for me to the end.

First time I used Mr. Novell, I was facing a speeding ticket along with a following to closely ticket issued by the same officer that pulled me over three months earlier for an over 30MPH over the limit! I showed up late for that court date so I was found guilty in absence. How Mr. Novell got these new citations resolved with not points or school and very low fines was simply amazing. Has represented me two more times since with good results. Money well spent if you consider just how much I have saved in insurance in the past five years. Incredible return on my investment! I've had 5 lawyers in my 10 year long family case. While Mr. Reiner is a criminal defense lawyer, he is a trial attorney first and foremost. He advocated for me like no other lawyer in over ten years, and he was aggressive while respectful given the sensitivity of my family's case, and it was clear even the magistrate was impressed at his professionalism, preparedness, and style of argument. I highly recommend him for any trial work whether civil or criminal: well-prepared, knowledgeable, excellent understanding of statutes and case law, always available for advice and guidance, and an excellent public speaker. I have known and hired many lawyers; but Gerry has no match. That's the first time I've met a lawyer who deliberately refuses to overcharge a client. He reasonably charged me and allowed me to pay as he resolved and won my case. He was always there for me; my calls were promptly answered (weekdays and/or weekends). I always use these reviews to make choices and often wonder if they are real. I know for a fact now that all the great reviews on Gerald Salerno are true. We called on a Saturday and he immediately said I'll go in and meet you at my office. He is honest and diligently gets all the facts before advising. He will let you know exactly what is to be expected and what steps will be taken. He would answer any of our questions at any time. He was available by phone, email or text if we needed him no matter what the issue was. He made a difficult time so much easier, just knowing he was on it made a huge difference. He is experienced and knows what is needed and gets it done very efficiently. Even after he was paid and all was done he still contacted us at later dates to make sure all was going well. It was definitely a very good choice in hiring him.

Over 11 years ago I first met Rick when I was about to be charged with two 30-year counts. Because of his intellect, connections and careful planning, I went from spending the rest of my life in prison to non-adjudicated probation to having my charge sealed. If I were asked beforehand what I thought the greatest possible outcome was, I wouldn't have even believed that this would be the possible!

Our family used Mr. Hutchinson based upon a recommendation for a family member involved in a serious criminal matter. We had never been involved in anything like this. Mr. Hutchinson upon our first meeting was apathetic, knowledgable and concerned. Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. Mrs. D'Alo lead with the facts of the case, the rights of her client, all the while being played by a con artist, the defendant. After she won a temporary judgement for the me, the victory was never followed through on the defendants side. She calmed and encouraged me, even though i was grieving the lost of my support dog to just let her handle the case and justice will prevail.
