After firing my first TWO LAWYERS, I was finally relieved to have found Natalia. I had just escaped an abusive relationship and my ex decided he wanted to sue me for custody of our 1 yr old son.. (Even though he never showed any interest in being a father until I got the courage to leave him) He was incredibly skilled at playing the victim and I needed someone who was able to not only recognize this but to have the ability to present the truth to the judge. From our first consultation, I knew I finally found the right representation with Natalia. She was incredibly intelligent, attentive and perceptive. She helped me to navigate this nightmare with such professionalism and tenacity. After 2 1/2 years of litigation, the judge in fact saw that my ex dragged me to court under “self serving” purposes and awarded me Sole Legal AND Physical custody with permission to relocate out of state. My son received a speeding ticket that would have placed six points and a very large fine with surcharges on his drivers license. I contacted Mike and he explained two outcomes which would be good and better. We ended up with the better and the citation knocked down to a parking ticket and a much smaller fine. I was ready to send in my speeding ticket with a plea of guilty, but at the last minute decided to give Michael Kramer a call. Boy, am I glad I did! Instead of having a speeding conviction on my license, I retained Mr. Kramer and he achieved a reduction to a no-point parking ticket! I highly recommend Michael Kramer to anyone who wants to avoid a speeding conviction.

I decided to hire Mr. Bartlett for my DWI case after he was referred to me by multiple people as I searched for an attorney. I am so happy I did. He was always reachable and got back to me within minutes. First, we had a DMV refusal hearing with the DMV court which he was remarkably able to get dismissed !!!! This was huge for me because no matter the outcome of the DWI case my license would’ve been suspended for a year. Next after months of going back and forth and the prosecution not offering me a favorable deal we decided to go to trial. During the trial, Mr. Bartlett was outstanding and got the CASE DISMISSED !!! Martin Rosen is an excellent attorney, one whom has been there for me throughout not only the worst times in my life, but for the times after. If you tell Mr. Rosen the actual scenario, he will obtain the best result possible; if you are in a bad place, he will put you in a better one. He is not intimidated by snark nor malice. I have used his services for my own custody issues on multiple occasions and will continue to do so as long as his name rests over his awning.
I have severe concerns regarding the recent one star review (Chris, 2024) and strongly take issue with his brazen mischaracterization of an individual whom has been there for me at my lowest as much as any professional could be asked to. I hope he gets the help he needs, but his review reads as untrue and glib. Though his flat attempts at slander, one can see a truly gauche (nay, entitled?) interior, and I simply cannot understand why someone who clearly never even used Mr. Rosen's services feels entitled to mischaracterize one's business (and thus livlihood) as they did in such a shameful and public manner. I would strongly urge any potential clients to ignore this individual's sentiments entirely.

You never think one day you’ll need to go through the process of fighting for custody of your children. Unfortunately that day came me. I found myself in a love-less relationship with an unfaithful partner who I shared 2 beautiful children with. I felt helpless because you always think the law favors the mother in most cases. Honest, relentless, resourceful. These are the first few adjectives that come to mind when thinking of James Lenihan.
Upon hearing about Mr. Lenihan from a trusted friend, my initial reaction was that he sounded passionate and compassionate. By the end of our first phone conversation, I was ecstatic to feel "heard" by someone who could actually help me.
Mr. Lenihan listened to me and immediately produced a logical, systematic course of action representing my best interests. This was a welcome surprise after months of dealing with closed doors, ineffective counsel, and zero results. As we continue to work together, I remain in awe of how fortune I am to have him representing me.

This so called attorney should be disbarred!! I’m still suffering from a divorce, that this man handled. First, every time he appeared in court, he was late and unprepared. Second, he never depositioned my ex-wife. Every time I asked him, his answer was. I don’t know. Third, just before the trial, he left me, to go skiing in Italy and had another lawyer, who knew nothing about my case take care of it. The end result was. I had to pay 9 yrs alimony and child support. 2950.00 per month. I only make 110k a year. I now was put in section 8, because Mr. Lenihan got his license from a Cracker Jack box. After getting screwed so badly by this man. I’ve decided to investigate. I spoke to many lawyers who know him. They all said, he is horrible. I also spoke to some judges who know him. They all said that he has a habit of being unprepared. Stay away from him. He couldn’t get you out of a parking ticket.

I used him and his firm to sell my Co-Op and gave him power of attorney to sign for me since i couldn’t be there. Ever since the deal closed i haven’t heard from him, and his office will not answer or return my calls. He withheld money until i shipped the keys, and even after i sent them, i have not received the money back. His office also has not sent me any closing documents which i need for taxes and other things. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. All of my calls and emails are being ignored. I don’t live in the state anymore so i can’t even go to the office to speak to anyone. So this is very frustrating.
