She was incredible, she knew what she was arguing, she was right to the point, she didn't take any crap from anyone, she put things on the record that she knew would matter later on, and she won my case against all odds! She actually cares about her clients and she fights hard, does her homework and was always available to answer my millions of questions, and she was never irritated or impatient when having to explain things to me over and over again. From the initial call to the decision in court, Ben was trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Out of the six lawyers I spoke with, Ben was the only one that believed in my case against the DMV. His communication always comes from a place of compassion and understanding. Needless to say he WON our writ against the DMV when everyone else said I didn't have a chance.
We won our initial writ and the DMV decided to appeal to a higher court. Needless to say, Ben took on the new case and was equally communicative and helpful. Ben always made the time to talk and provide updates. I never had to speak with anyone other than Ben himself where he was continually demonstrate full understanding and interest in my case. We won again, and again I owe it to the amazing representation I had with Ben.

Bob is absolutely one of the best Attorney's you will ever come across, he's an amazing attorney that actually cares about his clients, he's literally one of the best out there. We are so grateful to him for what he was able to do for us. He's the type of person that restores your faith in a profession that you had lost faith in, a real example of what an attorney should be. Me and my wife had given our case to what you would refer to as a sleazebag attorney, the type of attorney that gives a bad name to all other attorneys, he literally stole our money, made us feel like s**t, and left us with no answers, so I had to find another attorney. Distraught and discouraged we found Bob on yelp, apprehensive at first to not have to go through anything like that again and hoping we find someone good, we called Bob. From the first time I talked with Bob, he made us feel at ease and took the time to answer any and all questions we had, we didn't feel rushed at all and he encouraged us to reach out to him with any other questions or concerns we had. I've dealt with other attorneys in my life before for many different reasons, so I know how attorneys behave in general, they keep you in the dark, you don't know what's going on, they don't call you back, some steal your money or charge more later than they originally quote, and you feel like your case doesn't matter in their whole scheme of things, I've only met like one other attorney who was our bankruptcy attorney that was really good. Bob gave great advice, fair prices, he was patient and took the time to answer and explain everything to us, and he did what he said he was going to do, also always called us at important times to keep us updated. We always knew what was going on and what the next step was going to be, and he handled everything so well that we felt that we were in really good hands. At one of these times he called us and gave us great news that our case was finally gonna be dismissed, me and my wife were going through so much stress at the time and after we got that call my wife started crying and we hugged because we knew that one challenge that we were so unfairly going through was getting closer to come to an end, and Bob made all that possible. Life is about love and helping others who are in need and Bob was a Godsend that helped us through this difficult time. I had two cases -- one in State Court, and one in Federal Court.
I consulted with several attorneys and couldn't get a straight answer from any of them.
A friend referred me to Mr. Passanante. I could tell right away that he was very experienced -- and after I explained my situation to him, he quickly came up with a plan.
Not only did he get my sentences to run concurrent, I only had to serve less than a year in jail.
Both my wife and I will be eternally grateful to Mr. Passanante for all the effort he put into my cases.

I was involved in a serious car accident and the insurance company attempted to exclude part of my damages on a legal technicality. John and his staff zelaously protected my interests and the insurance company eventually accepted full liability on behalf of their insured. My settlement fully compensated me for my damages.
On a personal level, John was always a pleasure to deal with. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and he did so in a way that did not make me feel I was wasting his time.

I couldn't be happier with the way my Lemon Law case was handled. From the start, Rafy was super hospitable and really easy to talk to, which made everything way less stressful. He always answered my calls,never ignored me once, and was always there to answer my questions, no matter how small.

Edith Nazarian is by far the best immigration lawyer I’ve ever met. This law office has been the biggest breath of fresh air for my partner and I. I seriously do not know where we would be without them. Immigration law can be a very complex and nerve-wrecking thing. But from the moment I first talked with Fred and his team they were incredibly understanding to my situation.
This review alone does not justify how helpful and amazing they have been but I hope it shines a light on how amazing they are. We are very fortunate to have people like them specializing in such a complicated profession and do it in a way that feels less stressful through thorough detail, and kindness/friendliness.
One of my biggest worries when finding a law office to help us was that they would not listen to me in detail and just want the 'shortened' version of things rather than understanding the full range of the situation and what led to our nail-biting situations.
Fred and Stephany carefully listened to every single thing I had to say, and I honestly felt as if they cared for my partner and I as if we were their close-family. I genuinely felt a connection with them and felt that they wanted the best for us.
It's hard to explain that connection over a review, but your best bet is to find out for yourself. I highly suggest that if you are seeking for legal advice to please consider their office and find out for yourself why the office is so highly reputable. I stand by my word when I say you will not regret it one bit.

Grace helped me through a few difficult challenges of my life. I was totally disheartened and depressed with the way things were going, until I was highly recommended to her office, She immediately was able to meet with me and resolve an automobile accident that I had been involved in. She was on it. A while passed by and then I needed legal help, I remembered her professionalism and gave her a call to consult a different type of case. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Richard on a legal matter, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, it was clear that they were more interested in collecting their fee than actually providing competent legal representation. They were consistently unresponsive, unprepared, and lacked any semblance of professionalism. Not only did they fail to meet deadlines and provide accurate advice, but they also demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge of the law. In the end, their incompetence cost me time, money, and a favorable outcome in my case. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this attorney unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

When I called he immediately answered but told me he was at church and would get back to me. He did indeed got back to me. I decided to go with him because he seemed trustworthy and he was the only lawyer that allowed payments towards the retainer fee. I felt so relieved to have an attorney and someone to represent me. After my contracts were signed he was so difficult to get in touch with. He never asked me questions about my case and I never heard from anyone unless I called them. He has a call center answering once you become a client and he has 2 paralegals named Amy and Kristina. I always spoke to Kristina and she said I needed to relax and that my case was a simple case. Implying that it was going to be smooth and I had nothing to worry about. When they finally filed the paperwork for me to serve my daughters father I had to keep calling them in regards to that matter also. It was a week before my case and I still hadn't heard anything back from Kristina or Mr Morris.. Coming to find out she had a death in her family and Mr Morris was on vacation in Belize. Since he was gone my daughters fathers attorney managed to get the case moved to the Whittier courthouse when we filed in LA and had them served. So now I'm the recipient and he's the petitioner. He let this other Attorney walk all over him and call the shots. Btw The judge in Whittier was a nightmare. She has terrible reviews and is bias. But At this point my anxiety is through the roof because I can't get in touch with anyone, we don't have a case to present because they still haven't asked or guided me on anything to do. He didnt tell me to start documenting anything or pulling up text! Nothing. I had to have my mom call from her number because once you become a client they screen your calls. She pretended to be interested in hiring him and guess what! He called her back. After a month of not speaking to me at all. So he finally gave me an appointment to meet him at his office to go over my case. He never wrote down any notes of asked me what the other party could have against me. Nothing! Finally court, Mr Morris showed up 30 minutes late to court! He didn't register us, when we were in front of the judge he didn't know my case. The Judge asked him what was the status quo and he turned and asked me. I almost got contempt of court because he wasn't saying anything of substance out of his mouth that I told him. They judge kept asking him what was his point. He was talking circles. It was completely embarrassing. He had no fight in court! He didn't take notes at all in court either. You are better off representing yourself. After that horrible experience, I was so distraught. I fired him the next day. He still proceeded to tell the third party who I was going through to pay for him that he rendered all my services and I still owed him 4000 dollars. I will be suing him and reporting them to the bar. He's a money hungry lazy attorney that uses his faith as a front. He doesn't care about making sure you keep your family together.

I would not recommend Andrew Wyatt. Do not hire this man. Andrew Wyatt is a con man and disgrace to the legal profession. The only time he was nice when he wanted me to pay him the huge retainer amount of $8000, he demanded. He made promises that he would work hard on my case, and he is accepting my case because it's a strong case. Once I paid the retainer, he showed me his true colors. He made no efforts to work on my case except doing copy paste of the claims. Andrew misrepresented me in the court filings and even supported the opposing party to file sanctions against me based on misinformation his was spreading. Each time I asked Andrew about my case update he would either ignore and/or use unprofessional and disrespectful language to insult me. Andrew is just a petty thief who stole my hard-earned money with no intention of working on my case. Andrew even took bribe from the opposing party/double-dipping to not work on my case and withhold case information from me. This man just steals retainers from his clients and runs. Unfortunately, I didn't see other negative reviews before hiring this man. All the good reviews you see are fake reviews from Andrew's equity partners and friends.

I hired him before on a different case. I filed bankruptcy. I owed money to someone he knew and he called me angry about the debt. He asking me why I did that. I told him I had to file bankruptcy. Later he called me to his house to help him with something. And that's when it happened.
His dog attacked me at his house in Woodland Hills and he's acted like it didn't happen. His two daughters were sitting on the couch and watched the whole thing happen. All they did was laugh. When I was on the ground in pain, he asked, wasn't it your birthday yestoday? And I said yes and he said Happy Birthday. In court they awarded me $50,000 pain and suffering but nothing for my medical. My medical bills were over $50,000. I ended up with nothing but pain. He's a true gangster.

My husband was on probation and was subject to "probation sweeps" by LAPD periodically. During a sweep, LAPD tried to fabricate a case against my husband because they found 2 bullets buried in a pile of dirt, junk and crap in our garage that we had no idea was there. They arrested him and were trying to give him 2 years in prison. I knew if I allowed the public defender to continue representing my husband, he would be sent to jail for a crime he did not commit. I called Todd Melnik and he met with me that evening and I explained the situation. He instantly went to work while I was sitting in his office, making phone calls and gathering info. He is very kind, patient, and always has a smile. He returns phone calls and emails very quickly, and always takes your concerns seriously. He was very accommodating with his fee, which is also extremely reasonable. Todd was able to have the ridiculous case dismissed during the preliminary hearing.

My experience with Todd Melnik was wonderful! From the very first appt, Todd made me feel comfortable starting with his warm and caring attitude.
I was very impressed with how my case was handled. And in the court I was not even asked a question due to the work that Todd Melnik had put into this case. He was easy to get a hold of and very informative.

My rating to this lawyer is 0. Not a very good one ! Very temperamental ! Not very supportive, just because he's been a trial lawyer for 30 years doesn't mean he's right on everything he does. Failed to study and research more on the case before trial, i.e., evidence should have been strongly studied upon and presented to jury aggressively. Poorly representation.
