I was going through a custody battle with already having temporary custody of my daughter. Today my case finally settled!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. She is rude, inconsiderate, and clearly doesn’t have any desire to do her job properly. Every time she calls me, she has an attitude before I even have the chance to speak, and she constantly interrupts and talks over me. When I try to ask herto let me finish speaking, she responds with remarks like “don’t talk to me like that,” which feels very unprofessional and dismissive.
She was court-appointed by a judge who knew that I was no longer living in Georgia, yet she told me that there was nothing she could do and insisted that I needed to return to Georgia. This was frustrating, especially since the issue had already been cleared with the judge.
Overall, I felt like she treated me as though I was already guilty and approached my case with a lack of empathy and understanding. It was as if she only saw me as what was written on paper, rather than as a human being. If you want a lawyer who genuinely cares about you and your case, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with someone who lacks compassion and dedication to their clients.

Rob went out of his way to help us with what some may consider a very small problem. This was a single family property line discrepancy issue and to us it felt insurmountable. We had no idea where to begin, but with his help we were able to get our problem resolved. He went with us to the county office to talk with them to find out what needed to be done and then handled all required documentation and correspondence, plus followed up until we had our answer. I need to come clean: I had to hire an attorney to handle my filing of Chapter 7 bankruptcy a year ago and I picked William Rhymer because he was the first bankruptcy lawyer listed in the Yellow Pages. But I should have bought a lottery ticket that day as well, since it was the smartest pick I could have made. Mr. Rhymer is a thoughtful, conscientious attorney who is also accessible and personable -- though based in Conyers, he always made time to see me in his Athens office when scheduled. He put me totally at ease during what was an admittedly stressful time for me, and both his friendly manner and attention to detail are attributes that every lawyer should possess in their field. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing his assistance in bankruptcy proceedings.

My mother (a challenging soul during the best of times) employed him to write her will several months ago. During this time, he exhibited kindness and patience and wrote her what I can only call a beautiful will.
He is reasonably priced and very good at what he does.
I used him to probate my mom's will when she passed a few months ago and he did so in a very short period of time, also for a reasonable price.
I cannot recommend him more highly and plan to use him for my own family's estate planning and end of life planning in addition to any other legal needs that we have.

I had a disastrous experience with Alice Pak and Kate Lee on a PERM case. After 2 years, they claimed my case "disappeared" with no records. Emails show they provided false updates, blaming government delays, when in fact they never submitted my case.
Two colleagues experienced identical issues. No satisfactory explanations were provided, raising concerns of negligence or potential fraud.

I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person.
Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait. I got really excited because I really did need the money and I just knew that this was from God. I still had to rob Peter to pay Paul. If God is willing hopefully I hear something soon.

Unfortunately I cannot speak highly of Attorney Jerome. I have a hard time getting a hold of him. I would leave voicemails and email him only to not get any responses. He sent me some paperwork days after they were due. No apologies. I showed up for a calendar call today. He never showed. Another client of Serge Gerome is here right now too. I found out from her that he's in Douglasville for another trial. So why was I not made aware of this? Even the judge didn't know. So unprofessional.

Four years ago, I hired Valder Zankov and paid him in full for representing me in establishing a parenting plan and changing my son's last name. Fast forward to 2024, we finally reached court, but unfortunately, I lost the case. It's important to note that I have no criminal background and have consistently paid child support on time since my son's birth. Surprisingly, Mr. Zankov informed me that I would need to explain to the judge myself why I wanted my son to have my last name, as he seemed hesitant to convey this to the court as my representative.
It’s perplexing how Attorney Valder Zankov could lose such a straightforward case, given the overwhelming convention of children inheriting their father’s last name. This outcome raises concerns about the efficacy of his representation and potentially calls into question the handling of other cases as simple as these.

At the end of the day at least half of a party will not be happy with her because she has to make a decision about her client, your child, and decide which home is best for them. If you are not the one whom is paying her please do not choose her. I was young and very nieve. child custody cases are very sensative and triggering and she'll take full advantage of this. she'll make you comfortable with confiding in her telling your story only for the purpose of you choosing her as your Gal and will then become very bias and intentionally try to prove the points of the paying party. If you are the paying party she's absolutely great at siding with anything and everything you claim and will work over time to do so. For single mothers living in low income areas please do not pick this women. she'll bring up a case where a mother thats "less fortunate" won to make you feel comfortable tell you how finances don't play a part in the case then she will indeed use your financial state against you and even things happening In your neighborhood that has absolutely nothing to do with you. she'll offer you legal advice to make it seem like she "helping you" only to then turn against you in court. she lacks intuition and foresight greatly and will project what ever she's personally went through and her previous cases on to you. You will indeed input loosing your child while she convinces herself and the courts that that is "what's best" her opinion "what's best" boils down to who financially has more money.
