The worst real estate lawyers l've ever met. They don't have your best interest in hand, they communicate with us through text messages and emails through out the whole process in which messages was misconstrued and when you call them they never answer. I never meet them until closing, and we are still fighting for the rest of our money from the buyers.

My Employer went with this firm during 2020 For my immigration services to file the 485 Application, They charged 3X than any other competent law firms but they delayed my application delays and costed me 4 years and nothing helped. They were supposed to send on 10/22 but sent on 10/30/2022 because they sent along with other applicants but we paid more fee. we fed hefty fee for bad advices and we regret going with this law firm.Hope this helps to others(It was only one application from our firm and paid as good as 3 you can understand the pain)

10.09.2024 Lalit K Jain Esq Lower back injured in a rearend accident caused by a car driver with $25,000 liability coverage. Invisible soft tissue injuries aggravating preexisting lower back pain made it a tough personal injury case. Visible broken bones and bleeding, etc. make them relatively easy. Zealous lawyers defending injurers will never let go easy even in open and shut cases. Yet, where there is a will, there is a way. And Ira Pearlman Esq did indeed prove it. His unique negotiation skills helped the car insurers throw in the towel: the whole $25,000.00 after initial $10,000.00 offer. It was not enough for Ira. He told me he is going to do his super best to get more from my insurer for the ongoing lower back pain and suffering that has become chronic in need of ongoing pain management, injections, etc. and is permanent knowing that broken bones do get healed and bleedings do end because they are not permanent. Sayles and Evans and in particular Steven Agan are great attorneys. Always timely and able to answer questions, we closed on a home sale in two weeks. Steve personally met with us at a moment’s notice and made sure we were taken care of. They are a team of true professional. We had the worst experience with HH &K who lost us a sale due to incompetence and 6 months of doing absolutely nothing. We will use Sayles and Evan’s in the future. 100% would recommend.

Mr. Kave refused to follow requests to settle my case despite him stating in writing that he would. He was not honest with an judge about having information that he was provided in writing. Both behaviors had drastic detrimental repercussions. His response to being presented with these deficiencies were to fire him. I researched him and hired him based on reviews, but feel something may have caused a drastic decline in his capabilities because my experience was terrible. He missed a court date and regularly spend great lengths recounting his past experiences unrelated to my case verbally and via written word at a high hourly rate. He will repeat the same information via phone and text and bill you for both while forgetting what you tell him about your case. Time was further wasted listening to him bad mouthing opposing counsel and giving advice based on theory instead of fact while being found wrong on every interpretation of the law he provided. If you have risk of potential losses, don’t gamble your fate!

They did this knowing it would damage me psychologically/emotionally without a care. I walked away used and fiscally damaged. SIGRID MCCAWLEY IS AN ABLEIST LIKE NO OTHER, yet looks great in expensive clothes you will pay for folks.
