Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

Lori Is Amazing. She is an absolute beast in the courtroom, because of her years as a detective and as an attorney, she knows the questions to ask, and how to draw the answers out of people.
My divorce was a long drawn out nightmare because of the opposing attorney, they tried every dirty trick in the book, delay after delay, even resorted to try and bankrupt me by filing motion after motion thus having us appear in court time and time again. Lori never faltered. She stood by my side, believed in me, was compassionate, seemingly always a step ahead of the opposition, and in the rare occurrence of a father being awarded primary custody, because of Lori, I am one of those rarities.
I see some people complaining about not being able to get ahold of Lori, but know that she really is always in court or trials. If it’s urgent, her paralegals, specifically Kim, will get back to you, especially if it’s an emergency. HOWEVER…something I want to stress to those complaining about reaching her, Lori gave me a great bit of advice from day one. She said “It my job to do the worrying, if I’m not worried, then you shouldn’t be. If the opposing side files something that makes me worried, then I will call you to get the info. The last thing you want to do, is blow up your bill with phone calls when you can easily email me what’s going on and submit anything of relevance or problematic” She gave me an outline of things to come, and tips on how to keep our bill down. (Keep in mind, everytime you call your attorney, it costs money. This is a business.)
In short, contested divorces are brutal. Unfortunately it takes a lot of time, patience, and money, especially when the opposing council tried every nasty tactic in the book. Lori is a truth seeker, she did an amazing job at both our trials, she listens to your wants and gives you the reality of reasonable expectations, she is an absolute beast in the court room that was able to get info out in the open that I wasn’t even aware of. She was able to connect the dots, cross the T’s and provide proof to the judge to get us our victory.
Thank you Lori, my awesome and ridiculously blunt paralegal Kim, Matthew, Janine, and the rest of the staff that helped me thru this difficult journey. I don’t know if I can even express in words the gratitude I have for all of you. Thank you all so very much.

Like others have said do not waste your time. She took the money and ran. I haven't spoken to the lawyer in 2 years. To be honest the lawyer probably doesn't exist anymore and the paralegals are forging her information at this point. Nothing gets done. Save your money please.

If you plan to get divorced, you better get good representation. My wife at the time and I had separated, and she had moved to Galveston County with my minor children. I had no idea about divorce proceedings or lawyers in Galveston County and was poorly served by the one I originally selected. Later, more things were discovered, and I needed to revisit the divorce. This time I found Robert Musemeche and I wish I had found him from the beginning. He was an outstanding counselor and advocate for me as I reopened the divorce and went through mediation and subsequent challenges to the mediated resolution. He was always a professional and I never felt he was charging me for frivolous or unnecessary work. He helped me achieve the best possible outcome that took a long time, and I am thankful for that. He seemed to be very familiar with the local courts system, judges, and attorneys practicing in the county. Going through a Divorce and hiring a Lawyer can be 2 of the worst experiences of your life. I met with over 20 lawyers. And every single lawyer asked to hear my story. Then they all asked for money that day. I also asked if they have handled a case like mine before, and what are the odds of me getting everything that I’m asking for in the divorce? They ALL basically said “You’re going to get everything you’re asking for”. That is the moment I knew the lawyers were just telling me what I wanted to hear so they could get paid.
Jacqueline Kriebel was the Lawyer I met with and was the 1st lawyer to LISTEN to my story and might be salvageable and worth saving. And couples counseling and individual counseling might fix my marriage. Jacqueline asked me to try that before I retain her as my lawyer. Jacqueline makes money by taking on new clients such as myself and makes no money if potential clients stay with their spouse, and I’m a client in her office ready to pay and start the divorce proceedings. But Jacqueline believes in marriage and family more than making money and profits. That alone showed me Jacqueline was a Lawyer with integrity. I knew then God saved the best lawyer for last. My situation may be just like yours. Alcoholism affects a family in many negative ways. For me, it lowered my self-confidence to the point were standing up and speaking out was difficult.

I got into a car accident last year and had pretty severe injuries. I needed a criminal attorney badly. I spoke with Luka Garica about my case. He agreed to take the case and quoted 50K up to trial. I made an appointment, and paid the down payment, and Luka returned the money within 10-minutes and made an excuse that they had other projects. I am filing a complaint with the bar, and I will also sue for violating a verbal agreement. I cannot tell anyone not to use this law firm. But I will never trust them again. It appears that the law firm wanted to leave me without representation to assist the prosecutors. If I could I would give this law firm a zero. I do not trust them and will protest in front of their building when I get time. Horrible! Unethical and untrustworthy.

I made an appointment, and paid the down payment, and Luka returned the money within 10-minutes and made an excuse that they had other projects. I am filing a complaint with the bar, and I will also sue for violating a verbal agreement. I cannot tell anyone not to use this law firm. But I will never trust them again. It appears that the law firm wanted to leave me without representation to assist the prosecutors. If I could I would give this law firm a zero. I do not trust them and will protest in front of their building when I get time. Horrible! Unethical and untrustworthy.

Paulette Mueller made my grandmothers estate go broke, made her delinquent on her taxes (simply did not file) cancelled our homeowners insurance and accepted only roughly 8k on a full coverage 250k+ policy which has led to black mold growing in the home my grandparents built by hand making my baby very sick. Made disgusting remarks about our home upon inspection in regards to a guardianship proceeding while we remained polite and courteous despite the situation, and now, at the ripe age of 21 I am in therapy full time over the horrific consequences she and (others involved) caused that have now fallen upon my shoulders. I am utterly disappointed, and heartbroken. I will never be the same. My grandmother died in vain, under ungodly amounts of stress. May God guide Paulette to have a heart full of empathy and compassion towards her future victims. Only the Lord knows the amount of trauma and havoc she reaped on my beautiful grandmother. May God guide her to remain in a mindset of kindness, and fairness, as I wouldn’t wish this turmoil on anyone. But as my grandmother would want me to live, I forgive her. I only hope for her growth and progress in a positive direction for the future. I. Will. Never. Be. The. Same. I am gone. At the age of 21, I am now a shell of who I once was. The person that raised me from diapers, put me into college, got my first car, carried herself in such a generous and Godly manner, died in vain. May God rest her beautiful soul, because now her pain and stressors have become an everyday part of my life. The only human beings that loved me unconditionally, my grandparents(parents), are now dead and gone forever, and I am alone in this scary world. I hope Paulette can see my review as more than a mere critique but an insight to my new reality, and hopefully, some of what I said will invite a new presence of good faith to her future clients, not only for the benefit of them, but for her conscious as well.
