Kenneth Farino was my lawyer on a case that lasted 2 years and 3 months. And while that is a chunk of time, I can only imagine how long it would have dragged on if not for him. No question was ever too small (or too anxiety riddled). This is by far one of the best professional experiences I have ever had, and I am saying that coming from an unexpected awful situation. I started off with another attorney who thought I should just pay what the other party was ordering me to pay. Then I got a referral from a good friend of mine, so I called Jeff Howell. Jeff rolled his sleeves and jumped right in. Less than a week later he had negotiated a settlement agreement for less than half of what the other party wanted. As soon as that was settled I signed him up as my registered agent and look forward to using him for all of my legal needs. I retained Jeff last year (2019). They have been IMMENSELY helpful and saved us tons of money in the long run and shaved off months on what it would have taken us personally to navigate the TTB system. He listened intently while I explained a complicated executor situation. I never felt rushed during appointments or phone conversations. If you are looking for a traffic attorney any where near Courtland VA I highly recommend Railey and Railey! I got pulled over going over 80mph which means it is a reckless driving ticket. I live 5 hours away from where I got pulled over. After researching many attorneys I decided to go with Railey and Railey. They were terrific! They represented me at court so I did not have to go. My charge was reduced to a non-moving violation, which means no points!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Steve Leon is an incredibly good attorney. He is above an beyond what is considered to be a benchmark for good performance as an attorney. He is excellent! He helped me recently with a creditor that was suing me for a balance on an account created in my name fraudulently and still I was being sued for this balance. Steven knew ALL of my options and knew the best way for my situation to handle this and we had a positive result from his directives. He knows the law and can work through a case not missing anything. Around 2020, I discovered that I had somehow been declared deceased. This was rather strange, because I certainly did not feel decreased. This had many negative consequences, particularly on my credit reports.
I did research on the best way to deal with this and it was clear that I needed a lawyer. I contacted a couple who weren't responsive, then I was fortunate enough to have found Craig
Marchiando of Consumer Litigation Associates. Craig is on the opposite side of the country from me, but everything was handled perfectly by phone and email, with help from his legal assistant, Sydnee Shirley and senior paralegal, Vicki Crissman.
Craig did an excellent job of keeping my expectations realistic and keeping me updated when necessary, in what is a LONG process, by its very nature.
I am limited in what I can say due to the terms of my non-disclosure agreement, but I will say that Craig went far beyond ANY realistic expectations in my particular case and I was DELIGHTED with the outcome.
