I recently hired Roger to help me revise my custody arrangement for my two children. I am extremely happy with the results as well as the entire management of my case from start to finish. I am confident this is the last time I’ll have to return to court regarding the custody of my minor children as Roger was so effective in resolving the case to their benefit. I would highly recommend Roger to anyone dealing with a difficult custody situation. You have to be willing to listen to Roger’s advice and expertise. He knows the ins and outs of the court system, understands the tough relationship dynamics at play in divorce and custody agreements, and will be your best advocate as long as you are willing to do your part as well!
I also really appreciated Roger’s use of the MyCase software. This web-based platform contained all of our appointments, communication, files, invoices, etc. He kept everything very organized on the site and I always knew what was the status of the case, the next steps, and what to expect. The transparency on my case was very important! Best experience I’ve ever had with case management.
And as a bonus… before I worked with Roger, I had a lot of anxiety surrounding attorneys, similar to the “white coat syndrome” that many people experience around doctors. Roger calmed my anxiety not just in regards to my custody case, but also my anxiety around attorneys in general. He is not just a great attorney, but a great human and it shows in all that he does. He made me so comfortable, I’m now in a serious relationship with a wonderful man who also happens to be an attorney!

Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation, (traffic related), requiring legal counsel which I could not afford. Andrew was appointed by the Court to be my public defender. When we first met I was immediately impressed by his intelligence and empathy. Prior to the trial he had met with the prosecutor and one charge was dismissed, another down grated. In open court the judge committed that Andrew gave a passionate defense on my behalf. Andrew was professional and committed to articulating my side of the event. I recommend him without qualification. He is both an accomplished attorney and of high character.

My identity was stolen 3 times and have police reports and all but he’s coming after me but when you call him back after he’s called everyone in your family and you can’t even talk to him. I truly believe it’s a scam company. His number is registered to the USA not even a city and state.

My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. The results were extraordinary, he was able to get a great deal and the case dismissed. I did not expect such an amazing deal to this case, but it was all done in a matter of a few weeks, with no reason to show up in court even once or at his office for that matter. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. I have unfortunately been left by the wayside from this office. They helped with taking care of a traffic case, which was to lead to a dismissal if court fees were paid. I made payment before the instructed time frame. However, in the midst of this I ended up with a license suspension for failure to appear in court and the only reason I found out was from getting a new vehicle that I needed plates for. Long story short I reached out to find out if it was the Ohio BMV's mistake or the office. They sprung into action quickly to respond and then fell into a cold period of no contact, no follow up, or anything of the sort. Fast forward 7 months later I reach out again about who's mistake it was and was greeted with quick response and action. Just to fall back off on this matter. I've seen emails multiple days in a row and gave as much grace as I could give with this. I'm facing increase in insurance due to this case that I was told was dismissed months ago. There has been no follow through or accountability accepted in this. For this, I do not recommend anyone to this firm for assistance.

I had a very disappointing experience with Yazdani Law, LLC, Columbus, OH. Despite paying for their services in full, they mishandled my case by submitting incorrect documentation, leading to delays and unnecessary stress during the visa process. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon contract amount, claiming it was for unforeseen circumstances—issues that should have been anticipated with proper diligence.
Their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident throughout. They acted as if they were providing a free service, despite the significant fees I paid. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they attempted to mask their mistakes by blaming and suppressing.
I do not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration assistance.

I cannot say enough great things about Kia and the incredible work she has done for me and my children. From the moment she took on my case, she was relentless in ensuring that every detail was handled with precision and care. Litigation is never easy, and when things took a turn for the worse, Kia stepped in and made sure that my paperwork was solid and in my favor.

Darien absolutely saved my divorce from being a complete disaster! She turned what could've been a tragedy into a triumph! She is super smart, very professional, does NOT try to nickel and dime you with billing, and super creative with problem solving and resolving issues, and just simply a genuinely a GOOD HUMAN BEING that does her best for you!!!
I had tried to go the cheap route and do a dissolution with one lawyer that my ex-spouse chose. That ended up being a big mistake!!!!!! I practically got PTSD from how bad and incompetent the law firm was with trying to get a reasonable dissolution done. It became apparent that I needed to get a competent divorce attorney to represent me during the dissolution process. I was referred to her by a colleague who said she will work hard for you and not just try and get as much money out of you like some other law firms try to do.
After Darien represented me, things with my divorce went much smoother and she saved me from myself and helped me get out of an initially bad dissolution. She even corrected the other law firm's proposals and educated them on some crucial divorce law issues that were initially slowing up the divorce negotiations. Through her creative problem solving abilities, legal acumen and expertise, I was able to reach a settlement that worked out great for myself and my ex-spouse. Everyone walked away happy, especially me because she fought for me the entire time and was very pragmatic and was cognizant that I didn't have endless resources. I called to just get generic information such as pricing on filing he proceeded to ask me personal information so he could put it at his computer when I didn't want to give him my information I told him I just needed to know pricing he rudely responded with I'm not going to answer a bunch of questions for you with nothing and no money down!! So just know when you get that type of response before even getting into anything personal or financial he shows how rude he is and money hungry before he even obtains you as a client!! Little advice you should be more kind to people that are calling to possibly be a future client how do you know that I wasn't going to choose you after you gave me a quote and a price? Very rude!!!
