I rarely leave a review, but Hacknet Credit Specialist and his team fully deserve it. I had a late payment posted on my credit from Credit One bank after 5 months of my account being closed with them and the balance being fully paid off. I contacted their customer service, wrote them letters and e-mails, and for months struggled to get my credit fix. I engaged HackNet and his team to fix this issue and to my amazement they were able to get this issue resolved with Credit One in less than two weeks including my Amex credit card all the late payment resolved. His company and his team are by far the best in fixing credit and I will certainly highly recommend them to all of my colleagues and friends. They barely put in any effort to resolve our case, and the outcome was disappointing. Brooke, who was supposed to be helpful, was unresponsive and didn’t offer the support we needed throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, it felt like we were being a bother rather than a priority.

I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Messerli because I was facing termination from my job of 10 years. It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend

Don is THE MAN! Ive never met a Lawyer that is as efficient, takes calls and emails day and night, (I don't think he sleeps or vacations, but LOVES his wiener dog! ha) and maps everything out as good and clear as Don did. His assistant Oliver was REALLY good at his job. Both very professional and classy, straight shooter, fair on price, and did everything he said he would do. Im hoping I never have to call him again for court matters, but if I do it will be Don. Great Guy and cares about his clients and work. I appreciate him. Side Not, If he ask for certain documents or assignments to be done, don't be lazy. Get it done and over to him so he can do his job. Months ago I was scammed by some rip-offs after my father’s death, they promised to fix my credit score. I hired Kyle to expunge a class B misdemeanor back in 2013 or 2014. He called me throughout the whole process to keep me updated. There was not moment where I had to call to check up or wonder what was going on. The process only took a few months. Terrible attitude! Doesn’t like to be questioned. She took my case and then argues with me as if she is prosecuting me. Lacks empathy. She is one or those lawyers who obviously is in it for the money and not for her client. I hate I even was recommended to her. I spoke with other clients she had out of Arkansas and they all have had nothing but negative experiences with Joyce. I bet that the reason she moved her practice to Texas.
