My husband hired Kimberly Bishop for a business litigation matter, and she was able to help bring a close to the matter within 6 months! The case was in Texas, and we live in CA, so everything had to be done remote. However, Ms. Bishop did a great job representing my husband, and she always responded quickly to any questions he had and explained the process if he didn't understand. She is a very caring, down to earth, and truly genuine person. Kimberly Bishop is also extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and she kept my husband informed at all times. Lawyers such as Ms. Bishop are few and far between. We are thankful we found her and that she was willing to help my husband with this case. We would highly recommend Kimberly Bishop to anyone.

It was very difficult making the decision to go through bankruptcy. My biggest fear was getting a lawyer who did not care or have a personal touch. Carrie was exactly what we needed. She really made me and my wife feel very comfortable about the process and was extremely knowledgeable. She was attentive to our needs and was able to answer all of our questions. When we finally went through the courts to disposition our bankruptcy, it went so smoothly. We did not have one issue. Please keep in mind you get out of this what you put into it. Bankruptcy is not an easy thing because there is a lot of initial work that needs to be done. However, Carrie made it as painless as possible and really saved our financial future. Her prices are also very reasonable. You will not regret going to her if you need help with a bankruptcy.

A driver rear ended my vehicle while on the highway. I ended up going to two hospitals and had surgery to remove blood from my stomach caused by a ruptured blood vessel. I managed to find Matthew Sercely and was very happy with his honesty and knowledge of how to deal with the other drivers insurance as well as negotiate with the health insurance and lowered their fee greatly. I've had bad experiences with previous lawyers and I cant stress enough how professional Mr. Sercely was with my case. Always stayed in touch and would respond to my emails promptly. This case was resolved in 5 months.

My father was scammed by a crooked contractor who took his money and ran. Never set foot inside the house once. My sisters and I were very wary in who to trust to take this case and I scoured hundreds of reviews for different lawyers. I called up several to get a feel for them before finally deciding on another lawyer at Adam's firm. I'll admit, since Adam hadn't been on my radar, I was initially confident that he would treat my family and our case with the respect and care we needed. That changed quickly. He was so personable and thorough. We mostly communicated through e-mail because that was the most convenient, but the e-mails never read curt or dismissive. I was the point person for the whole case, but it was really on behalf of my father. He kept us both informed and gave us sound advice without pressuring us. The outcome was favorable for us; he got us everything we asked for and more. My family and I would highly recommend Adam for everyone looking for a knowledgeable and forthcoming lawyer.

This group advocated for a greedy landlord who stole our last month rent and security deposit and tried to sue us for 20k for damages due to the property maintenance negligence from pipes bursting. When it was found out the landlord was double dipping from the insurance the judge ruled in our favor. By that time, we spent thousands of dollars defending ourselves against Ernie and the landlord. All for nothing. I get that this is a business but lawyers need to understand you hurt good honest folk when you defend liars and scammers.

We have had many attorneys over the years, but Mr Garcia and his team are the easiest to work with and bring a very deep set of experience to us as Landlords. As you may know, Mr. Garcia is very generous with sharing information via Social Media and has given us many hours of free education - education that has helped us improve our success as Landlords and also in keeping our tenants happy! Regarding his firm's paid services, we have used Mr Garcia's team for proactive help (crafting new lease agreements) as well as some very difficult situations (tenants with terminal illness) that we were able to handle better due to Mr Garcia's wise advice. You need to have BOTH a head and a heart to be a good landlord, and Mr. Garcia helps us and many others ensure that there is a good balance there. Chris Lake is not a good attorney in my opinion. He has mentioned his own mother's divorce multiple times and it shows... he clearly supports the mother in divorce cases even if he is representing the father. This happened to me and many other fathers who were represented by Mr. Lake. He is also incapable of taking any criticism or negative feedback in a constructive way and will just try to blame it on you or someone else. Instead of doing what you want he does what he thinks is best. He also stated negstive things against me in court as a way to make me seem humble and that ended up backfiring. Chris of course blamed it on the judge. He needs to realize many many families have now been adversely affected by his interference. You will be remembered Mr. Lake as a unprofessional and incompetent attorney and an unethical person.

The Lakeside Improvement Association (the HOA) had filed suit (with a $250K lean on the property) against my 93 year old widowed mother for failure to pay her dues for 3 years and for failing to repair and paint the awning of the front porch! My mother wanted me to try to work out a payment plan with the attorneys for the HOA but they wouldn't respond to my emails! The case got extended a couple of times and then when case actually went to trial, neither the court nor the HOA's attorneys notified my 93 year old mother of the court date until after the trial's date! Therefore judgement was awarded to the HOA for approximately $4K (with a lean on the property for $250K) which my mother could not pay! So we get notice that the Pct. 5 Constables office had seized my 93 year old mother's house (that's been paid off for years) and was going to sale her house under court order! I kept getting the run around from different attorneys, saying the case was too late or too complicated until I talked to Chad! He said he could handle it and he even came out to the house and met my mother! I found out that this type of case is what Mr. Elroy specializes in! I highly recommend him for any type of debt settlement but especially dealing with HOAs!

I was not impressed during my initial consultation with Mrs. Baldinelli. She was disheveled, unorganized and a hot mess. Two attorney friends assured me she was a good lawyer and knew her stuff. Against my gut feelings, I hired her to represent me for a child support modification. The outcome was abysmal. She appeared in court unprepared, requested documents from me only the day before which did not give me time to prepare them as it was a work day. She did not oppose untruths thrown out by the opposing counsel. She did not fight for me at all in the court room and it was as if she had a "deal" already worked out with opposing counsel. She has cost me way more money that I will ever see in child support. It was very sad and I would be ashamed of my life's work if this is how it culminated. The opposing counsel chewed her up and spat her out while she sat there dumbfounded and unable to collect a response much less put together any credible arguments. Run, don't walk away from this attorney.

Bobbie Edmonds Law firm is unprofessional and is taking money from the public while giving extremely poor representation and most time does not represent you based on the information you give her. She gets in meetings and can’t properly explain the issues at hand because she is very forgetful. She repeats herself constantly during a meetings and gets the information confused. It makes you and your family look unprofessional. She was late to meeting and late with filings that could have helped my daughter case have a better outcome and she doesn’t ask the important questions that needed to be asked because she is trying to speed up the case so it can end. She ignored my calls and questions I had about the case for 2 weeks and I didn’t get a response from her until I did a chargeback to get some of my money back that she is now disputing even after she removed herself from the case. The nerves of her to think she should get full payment when she quit less then halfway through the hearings and I’m still representing and going through the process with my family which is much better. She is not a good attorney she is taking advantage of people that do not understand professional representation. It was a embarrassment to have her represent us and it felt like she was helping the other side in order to have the case end. She wrote and sent information on how we wanted to resolve the case without our acknowledgment and it was nothing we even discussed nor wanted as a resolution. She is not a trustworthy professional. Be advised and her legal Aid is worse and rude. It’s sad to try and find black attorneys to do business with and then turn out to be unprofessional with a hustler mentality.

I've had a few attorneys before. Lauren started off pretty well. She told me everything I wanted to hear to get my case the basically disappeared. Shawn Jaffer and there attorneys are not litigation lawyers to represent you in credit bureau lawsuits. They do not represent you to the best of there ability or represent you in your best interest. I wasted 31/2 years of disputes and cfpb complaints in 8 months hiring These incompetent lawyers since January 2024. They file motions to withdraw from your case or motions to dismiss your case
with excuses. They don't always take your phone calls. In my opinion These attorneys don't work for you to win, there against you. Think twice before you hire this firm. Speak to many different lawyers first before jumping in with this firm..you may end up botching your case up using I say this lightly, don't waste your time, there not skilled enough in the fcra litigation business. You can decide..when they lose or dismiss your case.
