I can't thank Josh and his team enough for help finding a resolution. The MCAD took 4 years before mediation was offered. For the 4 years, Josh followed up to let me know the status of my wrongful termination. Very nice firm and I recommend speaking with them if you have an employment issue.

At Casseus Law, Rachel told me my case would be approved easily, even without extra requests for evidence. Even though I wasn't sure, she seemed very sure. Rachel and her team were really good at handling my immigration case. Rachel is a great lawyer who is passionate, aggressive, and respectful. She never backs down from tough challenges.
Other lawyers said I couldn't qualify for EB-1A, but Rachel looked at my case and said I would get approved. She helped me every step of the way.

I highly recommend the Eskow Law Group for anyone about to involve themselves in a dental practice transition. Working with them was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have an attorney in my family, but decided to go with a dental-specific attorney for purchasing a dental practice. Now after going through the process, I am very glad I did. From the LOI to the APA and P&S all the way through the closing day, the Eskow Group went above and beyond to keep us safe from the many pitfalls in a convoluted transaction like ours.
I met Jon at the Yankee Dental Conference and shortly after found a practice to purchase. I reached out to him and he gave me some great advice to start with, even before signing our engagement letter. Once we started the process of purchasing the practice, we worked closely with Samara Bell, who is an attorney you definitely want on your side. She is sharp, critical, and friendly and will look out for you at every turn. I was especially impressed with their ability to keep everything organized. Our transaction was fairly complex - it involved buying the practice and the real estate under different entities, simultaneously. The seller's legal team was very difficult to work with, but Samara and Jon handled all of these issues with poise. In terms of pricing, their rates are very reasonable and in my opinion, worth every penny. I recommend them to every one of my dental colleagues.

When I needed an attorney to handle a contentious employment matter, Mark came highly recommended (“Reach out to Mark. No question. He’s the best”). After understanding my situation, Mark got into several negotiations with my former employer. He's very conscientious and cares about my benefits. It was a difficult negotiation process because my former employer was not cooperative. Mark gave the other side's lawyer our best reasoning and what normal companies would do for my situation, but my former employer let their ego get in the way, instead of doing the right thing to investigate, they terminate the good person and wanted to pay a small fee to let me go away quietly.
Knowing it has been a retaliation I consulted 4 attorneys in New Hampshire, including some well known ones. They were all unwilling to represent me, but Mark stood up after hearing my story and knew I could get better than what was offered. Through his work in the end I gained a substantial amount extra pay.

The amazing things about Louis is that he will keep it 100% honest with you. Not many lawyers are like that. I’ve worked with louis for my unemployment benefits because I was denied. I filed for an appeal and I was able to get back my unemployment benefits one day after the hearing was over. I fully with all my heart recommend anyone this lawyer he will keep it 100% honest and will help you incredibly with your case matter. I met Bruce the day I got fired from my position as clinician at a drug treatment center. I was in the process of going on FMLA from my job due to the loss of my son. At that time myself and my coworker who had the same duties were out on performance plans. Due to our high caseload fulfilling the plan was impossible, so I decided I needed to take a step back and go out for a while. I told my supervisor at supervision that I was going out on a Wednesday and on that following Friday I was fired and she used the plan as an excuse. I met Bruce at an event that Friday night and told him what transpired. He contacted me on Monday and took my case. I was fired in May and received compensation by August. Bruce was very available for any questions or concerns about the process. I have recommended him to other friends that are dealing with some of the same issues and have had nothing, but positive feedback from them. I highly recommend his service to anyone dealing with an employment issue. Thank you.

I had a truly excellent experience working with Kyle Smith and the team at Statera Law on my recent home purchase. This was my third time going through the home buying process (not to mention numerous refinances) and Kyle and the team made everything so easy and streamlined working with lenders, agents, and other legal representatives involved in the transaction. Kyle does a fantastic job of translating complex "legalese" into information that's easily understood by non-lawyers and was always available to respons to even the most basic questions.

We got sued for adverse possession and easement rights on or lake property. Adam took the case 4 years ago. Just before the pretrial he bailed out. We now have to find a replacement in a very short time and for an extremely high cost. He left us in a very bad situation. I don't believe he felt comfortable about litigation. His specialty seems to be land lord/ tenant issues. I believe he was out of his league taking our case.

After talking with Tim , I subsequently switched to Tim’s law group. Tim had to take on a WELL established Massachusetts law firm which could be intimidating; he was definitely up for this tough challenge. Other lawyers would not take this case after my previous lawyer’s handling and were afraid of losing this case. Tim was different, he wanted to help right a wrong as best as he could knowing what was being handed to him.
It was quickly apparent that Tim took his job to heart unlike my previous lawyer. Tim put the opposition law firm on notice that he was about the business of winning my case and not losing. Tim had a tough challenge because he had to rectify the mess made by previous lawyer who had my case on track to be a loss.
The best way to summarize how Tim handled my case could be explained by using terminology from the 1960s Batman TV series. In response to Tim’s introduction and demand letter to the opposition, Tim was hit with a response that was a BOOM. Tim responded and hit back with a KA-BOOM. Next time they hit Tim with a POW and Tim responded with a POW-POW; Tim did NOT back down. Tim worked hard and fought hard for my case. He kept me informed with every step of my case unlike my previous lawyer. He was honest with and didn’t sugarcoat what I needed to hear about my case. He did a hell of a good job with my case considering the mess he had to work with. I would absolutely recommend the Upper Charles Law Group as my experience was absolutely pleasurable with this law group. You will get a team of qualified lawyers who will fight for you and be honest with you, don’t hesitate to hire this law firm.

I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . An I studied quite a bit of law I felt like it was being put down or something . Although I laugh it off because I have thick skin , give you no excuse to represent yourself in the form and fashion that you represented yourself to me . The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. Their team approach is great, and I know they all listened to me because in court the litigation team mentioned every single thing I told them I was concerned about, and in a very precise and professional way. Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

I don’t know what we would have done without Jason. My husband and I hired Jason to help us obtain guardianship for our disabled daughter who turned 18 years old this past December. I am the representative payee for my adult disabled son. After five years of my son being disabled and collecting disability, his Doctor and I received a form to fill out for a medical review to see if he was "still disabled." I filled this out perfectly describing my son's day to day life and impairments. Although I am a medical professional, obviously I did not do this as well as I perceived as just before Christmas 2014, we received a notice stating my son was no longer disabled and his disability payments would stop in two months. Social Security was not at all helpful and gave me the run around re: the appeal process. Sometimes Social Security employees were not nice or helpful. I knew we needed help. I researched disability attorneys and found Jason. All I can say is "Thank God." He met with both of us and asked questions about my son's disability and symptoms. My son and I provided all the answers to the review to him however Jason worded it in the manner that SSDI requires, unlike what I had done in the previous summer. He was kind, patient, and understanding. There were a few times when my emotions got the better of me, "How can they do this to us?" These were the times when Jason stood behind us and helped us stand on our own two feet. He directed us in following the instructions on the appeal as they are not easy to understand, Jason understood exactly what they were and explained them in a manner that was both understandable and helpful, never degrading. On May 6th of this year, I received the notice from disability stating that after reviewing all the information, they found my son to continue to be disabled, therefore there was no need for a hearing. Of course I would prefer my son to not be disabled. However it is what it is and I do not even want to think of how awful this denial could have been without Jason. I wish I had known him and used him to initially get disability for my son back in 2009 as that process was not pleasant and took three denials/appeals. I definitely could not have done this without his help! My husband and I are now going to be using Jason for estate planning and our wills.

I like to joke with Shehzad that he is too honest to be a good lawyer.
Shehzad is warm, friendly, honest, trustworthy, diligent, thoughtful, caring, and tireless.
He took on my first case against a big employer, and he went toe to toe with the highest price Boston lawyers, and he won. He handled their posturing, their threats, their aggression with calm demeanor and the facts.
Shehzad's fees were more than reasonable. His bills were always detailed, specific down to what he talked on the phone about, not just "phone call" items. He was amazing with his turn-around time, and often asked me question late into the night as he did his homework for the case.
Shehzad's practice is a family practice, with his wife and mother-in-law. Each has their specialities, so if Shehzad is not the best choice for your case, one of the other family members may have the expertise required. The practice is small and away from Boston, so you don't get the suit-and-tie salesman treatment and then handed off to a paralegal or a junior lawyer, but just an honest, wholesome lawyer trying to advise and advocate your case with conviction and passion.

Shehzad was referred to me by a friend of mine. Shehzad was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He listened to me and then explained what the worst and best case scenario would be. Of course, I hope to never need to use Shehzad again because of the situation, however if I did need an attorney, Shehzad would be the first person I would call.
