I had a truly excellent experience working with Kyle Smith and the team at Statera Law on my recent home purchase. This was my third time going through the home buying process (not to mention numerous refinances) and Kyle and the team made everything so easy and streamlined working with lenders, agents, and other legal representatives involved in the transaction. Kyle does a fantastic job of translating complex "legalese" into information that's easily understood by non-lawyers and was always available to respons to even the most basic questions.

Attorney Goyal was always honest with me, up-front about the interpretations of the law as it applied to my case (A disputed Unemployment claim where I had to quit a position due to child care needs). She worked thoroughly with me to ensure the circumstances of my unemployment were presented in the best possible light, and that I was fully prepared for the questions the review examiner would be asking.
In my opinion, the law probably could have logically sided with either party, but I strongly think that Attorney Goyal's advice on how to present myself and my case, paired with her willingness to fight for her client made all the difference, and the court ended up ruling in my favor.
I would without question recommend Attorney Goyal to anyone seeking a strong unemployment lawyer.

Jeff personally represented me in a business litigation dispute involving hundreds of thousands of dollars. He was incredibly thorough, researching our adversary's history and anticipating every move. Through the course of the discovery process he came back with results every step of the way. He was relentless, taking adverse rulings up and savvy enough to sidestep a dead end without burning up excess fees. In the end he forced settlement negotiations which we entered from a position of strength due to success in discovery. He brought in a great settlement and earned a great bonus on top of the fee, which was very reasonable. I would hire Jeff and his firm again and would recommend him one hundred percent. Attorney Zachary Lown is honestly the best lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. Not only was he my lawyer, he was always there for me when friends and family weren’t. He changed my life. He helped me get out of a severe drug addiction and never judged me and was just there for me no matter what. I reached out to Zach who was Reccomnded though someone at Harvard law criminal justice department.
I spoke to several other attorneys as well as Zach. Zach stands out compared to the 4 other attorneys I had consultations with.
I called and he got back to me within the hour. I had a phone consultation with him about my case.
He went above and beyond with out being asked.
In our consult, and for several days following Zach continued to give me information I had never been presented before that could be the difference between winning and losing a case. This is all based on Zach’s experience, knowledge and research. He took the time and went far beyond the expectations of a consultation.
He presented it from both sides and was able to play devils advocate well.
Alone on his consult, I would highly Reccomnded Zach. There are many attorneys out there but there are few that put in the time and effort as Zach does.

Mr. John Sutherland is such a kind person. As a victim of Fidelity withholding my funds for over 4 months and gone through all channels of communication and complaint (Customer service, SEC, FINRA), I came desperately to Mr. Sutherland for help. He helped me assess my case and offered me advice to go to Secretary of State security division to pursue this and told me that it makes no sense to pay him and pursue a legal process as it will take a year. Eventually the problem was resolved. He is such a compassionate and caring person. He stands in client’s shoes to help them see from their perspective, except that I have never been his client, never paid him a dime. Would recommend him to everyone in need!

Patrick Murphy is the best. I was summoned to a Magistrate Hearing. I had no idea what to expect or even how to prepare. Upon first contact with Patrick, he was extremely helpful.
