highly recommended. I have been included in a number of class action lawsuits with Leeds. First thing- they have an lovely secretary who picks up the phone right away. In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. I have been in touch with Dave Mayo a number of times who answered all my questions thoroughly as if he had all the time in the world. If you want boutique service, I highly recimmend Leeds!!!

Intimidating was the word that came to mind before conversing with Michael. Once I could discuss it with Michael, all of my fear disappeared. He is smart and explained to me most simply yet without being condescending. He went through each potential move and possible outcome depending on which activity I chose with his guidance. He broke down what my case could be worth through a process where he asked me some questions and then answered them on the spot. Michael emailed me often, more than an attorney at his level would typically do. He also listened. He was neither dismissive nor rude throughout my experience with him or his firm. I am happy I chose their firm and moved out of the way for them to handle something that seemed impossible, yet here we are. If clients want to be given the runaround and pushed to the back, you should not reach out to this firm. Once Michael worked his magic, it no longer mattered if we went to court and won, went to court and lost, or settled because the weight lifted off my body from my experience was priceless. However, if you want an honest and educated opinion from expert trial attorneys, well, in that case, you should contact Michael and his team. Finally, no amount of money could ever replace what Michael and his firm did for me emotionally. My case is in the process of settling, and I know that Michael and his team will be compensated for doing precisely what they said they would, but I will always be in their debt.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Susan. Not only does she have excellent communication skill and its easy to get in touch with her but she also goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. She has walked me through the process of my case and always made sure I understood what was going on and that I was comfortable with every step we took. After being wrongly terminated from my job, I contacted Susan through this website and she got right to work making sure I understood my rights and the steps we were going to take. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

After I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, my neighbor, a longstanding friend, introduced me to attorney Jonathan Ratchik who took my case on as he and the doctors deemed my left foot was severely injured.

If you've been sexually harassed or discriminated against in the workplace... I seriously can't recommend Steven Arenson enough! I asked Jonathan to review my employment agreement. I sent it to him on a Sunday, and he gave an answer in 30 minutes. In our follow up discussion at 9 PM (!) two days later, Jonathan was very thorough. He pointed out a number of flaws in the agreement. Ultimately, he put my mind at ease on the matter.
It is evident that Jonathan has many years of experience and great insights. I would definitely engage him again and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

My case took over 3 years, but never once did I doubt that I was in good hands. Megan and her team were supportive from the very beginning... they took me on as a client after another male-led firm said I have a valid claim but it wasn't worth their time and pursuit. I am suffering severe pain & unable to return to work after experiencing a work related accident. Unsuccessful pain management treatment & multiple surgeries continued to keep me from returning. Atty. Nisar is a great lawyer. We were sued by our employer for an alleged breach of contract after leaving the company. Ms Aboushi was amazing! She worked hard for about 6 years on my son's case! Whatever she needed, I got and she would go straight to work. Even after the case was handled, she still gives advice when we need it and my kid is always on her mind! I was referred to Ed by my employment lawyer when it was clear that the only way there was going to be a resolution to my dispute with my employer was if I hired a litigator. We spoke on the phone and I immediately liked Ed. He is articulate, highly experienced, strategic and compassionate. Ed is also fair. He has his own practice, which is something I prefer in a lawyer. I found him to be reasonably priced (or, as reasonably priced as a lawyer can be!). One of the things I valued in Ed is his understanding of both the employee and the company's side of any situation, as he's spent considerable time as a defense lawyer. I liked that he could get into the other side's brain. I found Ed to be super responsive and very professional. He did a great job of keeping me abreast of his communication with my former employer's lawyer and, though I know he has so many other high-priority cases, I felt that I was given just as much attention and care.
