Mr. Jason Whooper is absolutely invested in his clients. During my initial consultation, he spoke to me for over an hour!! I’m lucky to get 10-15 mins with other attorney’s I have consulted with. I came upon Mr. Whooper through a 3rd party referral agency while seeking unpaid wages and Labor Law code violation compensation. This Cadillac of men, not only did everything I was told from the first time meeting him, he went above and beyond what I thought a lawyer would ever do. This man GENUINELY cares about his clients and he was nothing short of a zealous advocate in regards to my case and my settlement funds. While I never had the goal to hire a law firm to deal with an employment issue, will say that I feel fortunate to have ended up with Haeggquist & Eck. I called a few firms and the intake person here had the most in depth understanding of my case and quickly referred it to a lawyer for further review. I appreciate the fact that we are on the same page with this issue and work collaboratively. I am impressed by the quality of every person I have come in contact with. My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

I was wrongfully terminated because I refused to allow the Resort I worked for to garnish my wages by illegally changing my time records. I felt broken from this situation but once I met Alreen, Amber, Jenna and the whole team they made me feel like I had the support I needed to fight back for what was right. I never once felt the need to question their opinion, strategy or decision, they always took the time to listen and give their advice. The team at ZHE Law gave me confidence and worked hard In my case, I am happy to say my case was settled! I felt the amount of work they put in on behalf was worth every dollar. I'm a contractor and was sued for the first time. I was being sued by the general contractor of the project for construction defect, even though I had next to no involvement with the entire project. I was names plaintiff in a class action against a local bus charter company. The company was using federal law to justify not giving the employees lunch breaks under a transportation law. I am the plaintiff in a pending new wrongful termination case. I am exceptionally well documented in my evidence against the defendant. So, when I 'shopped the case around' with several attorneys by phone & email, there was much interest.
But Mr Olsen showed much more than interest in my story; he was invested in it. He was genuinely aggrieved and indignant that my company had fired me after I caught management forging my inspector's stamp & signature on FAA certs. That was just what I wanted. I hired him immediately.
The case is just beginning but to this point Mr. Olsen has shown himself to be a motivated and aggressive attorney.

We hired Ms. Stratton to assist us with a contractor we hired to remodel our home. They tried to serve us a bill nearly 50% more than our original bid. This is not an unusual practice when it comes to home building, but these guys were hiding costs and doubling time and supplies unnecessarily. We were unable to see how they were coming to the amount of the final bill. Ms. Stratton took our case and reviewed all the documentation of the remodel, such as change orders, how they were provided, how they calculated their hours and supervision and, through her expertise, brought transparency and clarity to our case. She ended up uncovering change orders that were not written correctly or given to us in a timely fashion per the law. She also discovered that we were being billed at a 300% mark up over our original contract vs. doubling the cost and time as how the billing should have been done. We wouldn't have been able to successfully dispute these charges without her expertise in the laws of business. She maintained professionalism and respect for all sides during our dispute. We were very impressed by her and would highly recommend her.

I had an insurance claim that the insurance company quickly denied coverage for. An attorney friend referred Mr. Les Robertson to me because he's an expert in insurance coverage and has a great reputation. Since the first conversation, Mr. Robertson was warm, empathetic, and very clear at explaining the law related to my situation. He told me the insurance should have provided the coverage and was willing to help. In a surprise turn, the insurance company changed their mind a couple of days later and decided to cover for the claim. I didn't need to work with Mr Robertson further but I will not hesitate at all to reach out to him again if there is a need. Highly recommend him!

The are basura I just recommended this service the case a year ago and it’s still waiting. Mi friend said I’m waiting and waiting and the said the lost the paper work I don’t know and it looks like this one is like a scam so him pay in full so they can make more faster service but still I don’t don’t get any results. They say the need more paperwork for him so don’t even send the applications to the usis . The have before other real lawyers have it before they take care quickly. The only thing they can not do more because that step 2 are frozen but with this services of Narciso just only take you money at time, maybe can be more faster I you hire real one .. still no answer no clue and I have a answer for different lawyers. They have in his network I never the only first time to talk to the original Narciso. It was the time I open the case I was by video conference since that time I don’t know nothing about it so check first before you use the service maybe help you but in this case is the first time it’s like frozen and no answers and I tried to cancel but you money never get back be aware no pay in full I don’t see any service done. From the very beginning of the process, where I had a phone conversation with Stuart, we felt very confident that we had chosen the right attorney firm for our case. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!
