I hired Mr. Gautier at the beginning of a very difficult family case, he was highly recommended by another attorney and he didn’t disappoint. From his staff at the office, very professional and empathetic, to Mr. Gautier itself, it is a service I would recommend to anyone in need of legal representation. Mr. Gautier is detailed when organizing the case and gathering data, is excellent when developing a strategy to bring success to the case. Another aspect I would like to point out is the he takes the time to not only be prepared to defend the case in court, but he also takes the time to prepare you. For some of us, this is a highly sensitive, heartbreaking time and it can be extremely stressful, Mr. Gautier takes all the time to explain the different scenarios that may arise in court, he answers all your questions and makes sure you are as prepared as you can be to go through it. At the beginning of the case he told me he could not promise anything but he would promise me this “ that he would fight for my case with everything he got” and I can truly say he did that. The worst Atterney I could have ever chosen in my life. He left on vacation when my hearing was set. Then sent someone that didn’t have a clue hat was going on with my case. Worst mistake of my life as far as picking an Atterney. Huge mistake. He left when I needed him and paid him for. Then never answered. Huge mistake choosing Manny a Perez. Huge mistake. I happen to be one of those people that have been convicted of something g I did not do because I chose the wrong Atterney. At the end Manny told me I could just switch to another Atterney if I want after he took my money. Horrible experience. Don’t hire this guy. Hey tried to pursue me for additional money after he didn’t show up at my hearing. Horrible experience. I totally made a huge mistake by hiring Many Perez. The worst thing is that my mistake will now follow me for the rest of my life, from something that I am innocent of. He had no interest in my case at all. He left on vacation and ignored me while I stood in court alone. But charged me for that. Again. Huge mistake.

I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him. One of my investment properties in Miami had a lien on it that was very difficult to find and became a lengthy issue and is a long story, but he won my business off of resolving that issue.

I can only say, with all my heart, thank you very much! I came to see Attorney Marilyn Colon's after having hired two different attorneys who I felt were not representing me to their best extent.
On the first visit, I saw how professional attorney Colon was and as well as her team. She was surprised by the situations in my case and I remember her reassuring words; "You are a good father and you will have time that you deserve with your daughter."
She took all of my information about my case and started working right away. The first thing she did was send several friendly proposed agreements to the opposing attorney to avoid unnecessary expenses and as to not continue wasting time. This showed me that she was an honest professional and that she did not want to take my case just for the money. She knew the other attorney very well so she organized a great defense for my case.
In a matter of days, I began to see results. Her style of work was flawless. We began to defend ourselves from the other party's attacks with great precision.
We started to move forward and attorney Jenifer Betancourt took on my case with attorney Colon. I was surprised how she knew all the data, all the background, dates. She advised me well and explained the options to be able to finish my case and thus to not continue generating more expenses. I am really very grateful, she is an impeccable professional and her honesty makes her even greater.

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation
