I met with Mr. Goodman who answered all my questions and knew his stuff. I decided to hire a less expensive attorney but was not happy with the progress ended up being a waste of mo ey with other guy. I switched and hired Mr. Goodman and could not have been more impressed with the outcome. You do get what you pay for. I should have gone with my gut reaction at the beginning that would have save me anxiety, time and money. Don’t make the same mistake.

Joel was extremely thorough and helpful as I dealt with the most difficult situation in my life. He went above and beyond by taking many meetings with out of state attorneys (I am not a Nevada resident) and even my employer. I was wrongfully arrested and three days later I hired him after reading reviews. Maria was always super kind to me and helped me during the extreme ptsd I experienced. I was scared and worried I could not get my records expunged. I had over nine pages of arrests on my criminal record. Also, when my time expired to expunge my record, I received a ticket for failing to obey the traffic signal. The Law Office of Joel M. I can only say great things about Mr. pariente. Last July I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Mr. Pariente made sure these charges were dropped. He was always very professional, he provided me with his direct cell phone and I was able to get in contact with him at all times. He was always very straight forward and explained every step of the process with great detail. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a criminal defense lawyer. He is the best in Las Vegas for sure.

Pariente Law Firm was fantastic through my legal experience. I found them easily on Google, and I chose them over all the others because they were down to earth, friendly, and the most informative.
I signed with Michael Pariente immediately after our first meeting, and he went to work on the heavy charges I was facing from the court.

It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. I had a huge hiccup with my previous one, and let's just say they really dropped the ball. I was actually refereed to Willicks office from my aunt that lives in Chicago from her lawyer. Marshal Willick, wow…just so amazing! I don’t know 5 stars can cut it on my feelings for how well I feel Marshal handled my case. He exceeded my expectations!
I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.
Further, I found the Willick Firm to be very compassionate. I felt they cared about my case and they were very mindful of their billing, without compromising quality. My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. These victories gave our son an opportunity to be rehabilitated rather than just incarcerated. Today our son is healthy and clean for almost two years. Working a steady job and preparing to get married to a lovely young lady. Never give up hope! Thank you, Phil, for the part you played in his rehabilitation. I can't recommend Phil Brown enough. I just wanted to say that Mace has a fantastic team overall. This is the second attorney team I hired to defend me for my case and Mace's team blew the other team out of the water with regards to helpfulness, approachability, accessibility, and timeliness of responses . I had a Ticket for rear ending someone. No damage, no-one was hurt but I got an estimated $1100 fine for not having NV license plates and $250 fine for tapping the bumper. Went to court myself (which I do not recommend) and like a dummy pleaded not guilty. No other Lawyer would take my case. Vincent Ginn is my hero! He went to pretrial for me and reduced my ticket to $75 and no points! I recommend you hire Vincent the first time. Never go to court on your own! Thanks Vincent!

Ben is AMAZING!
I had a felony warrant that I have had since 2017. I called three different law offices before I called Bens law office, and all of them were in a rush and made me feel like a burden. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions because I felt so rushed. It felt like they just wanted me to pay them their fee but not ask too many questions.
But when I called and spoke to Ben, I knew immediately that he was the attorney that I would be hiring because he was patient, and explained everything in great detail. Not only that but he was just a breathe of fresh air after speaking to the other law firms. He seriously went above and beyond and just gave me a sense of relief. He didn’t make any false promises and he did exactly what he said he would do. I am BEYOND satisfied with the services of this law office and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needed legal assistance. My warrant is now clear and Ben did everything that he said he would do.

From the second David answered the phone he was calm, informative and reassuring. I was able to speak to a lawyer within an hour of calling and my mom was released 3 hours after I hired them without me having to pay any bail. They got the whole case dropped at the arraignment. I ran into Terry distraught in court for a domestic I was facing. I looked for anyone that would talk to me and hear me out. She was the only one that listened and cared enough to help. She was busy but told me that she was in the court room during my case. She looked at my paperwork and made a phone call to file a motion to have my case heard again where this time she could represent me. When we went back to court she argued my case to the city attorney and REALLY fought for me. She handled everything free of charge! Terry is an angel and she saved my life. Mr.brown what can I say about this MAN? He is a man of his word, he looked me in my eyes and said I’m going to do everything in my power to help you. And he did.
Back story, I’m a 2 time convicted felon from chicago. I came to vegas and got picked up on gun charge, with my back ground I should have went to the feds or been offered 5-10 years. Mr.Brown got the hole case dropped. Hold on I’m not done yet. The state picks it back up a year later. Mr.Brown calls me he says don’t worry I got you.
Two weeks go past and Mr.Brown calls me and says the state said pay a fine and stay out of trouble. Mr.Brown not only frought for me, he checked on me to make sure I was staying positive and on the right path.

Hire him…. I went to Garrett for a DUI charge. I did not have a low BAC by any means, and 100% thought I would be facing some serious consequences. Garret got me completely off! I now have 0 DUI on my record and only have a reckless. Of course I will never drink and drive again but the fact that I pretty much 0 consequences through the court was amazing. He works his magic. He was a bit more expensive than others I looked into but 100% worth the cost. No one else could have gotten me off the way he did. Garrett, Garrett, Garrett. Oh boy what a disaster of a lawyer and a terrible person. From violating attorney client privilege multiple times, to poor communication by his office. He lies to you to get your money and more and more. He tried to charge me 5k for a misdemeanor citation which I went to court myself and got dismissed. Now imagine how unfair his pricing is for other cases. Please get a good lawyer who actually cares and shows up for you, not like Mr. Ogata who sells you out and only cares about payment. Please be careful for his tactics where you pay for the case. For example he will charge you at the start of the case and then charge you another one because he is “negotiating”. Not even trial “negotiations”.

Kainen Law Group provided such comfort and stability during the most stressful and sad experience of my life. Specifically, Dara Marias was my emotional support attorney. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand but not intimidating. Originally, my partner and I discussed mediation, but after hearing her speak about amicable divorce, it became clear that was the right choice for us. I am so grateful that she informed us of the option, and even though my partner and I were in fact amicable, I truly believe that it made the separation process much less contentious. On the same note, Dara gave honest advice and made even unpleasant statements sound tolerable. She gave awareness and guidance on issues I never would have thought of, and it was clear that she had invaluable experience. My boyfriend had some serious legal charges to where he was looking at 5-10 yrs federal time and through a friend he recommended James Leavitt. After meeting with Mr. Leavitt we felt more hopeful about his case. He said he would able to get my boyfriend charges dropped to a lesser charge with no jail time and probation instead. Not only did this firm provide advice to opposing counsel while intoxicated at at event in Reno - they regularly made me feel 100% accountable for my actions while simply protecting my young children from the Covid vaccine. My attorney and her boss, Brian, are through and through entitled liberals with no motives other than to destroy their clients that see things differently than they do. Brian hates this country, our morals, as well as those of his conservative clients. I have never felt more degraded, mortified, and slandered than I did working with him through the beginning of my divorce. If you have any scruples - stay away from this monster and the firm they have created.
