I was very fortunate to have been given a recommendation to karli from another local attorney. I reached out to karli, and she responded very quickly. Was very attentive from the start. I felt extremely comfortable, and confident very quickly after talking/meeting with her, That karli is the attorney that knows exactly how to treat clients, and knows her career. I was referred to Karli from another attorney.
Upon contacting her, she responded back timely and asked plenty of questions.
Karli followed up with me shortly after and went over the whole plan, explaining her steps and why she was doing what she was.
During our hearing, Karli spoke with passion and did not hesitate to be direct. She was able to give me a positive outcome.
Her communication is tremendous. And Karli did everything as promised without any trouble.

I recently hired Matt Karr and his team to assist me with getting Mass Health for my brother. I did my due diligence in researching many firms that just specializes in this area, and made my decision to go with Heritage and am so glad I did! It can be a very daunting and overwhelming process to say the very least and could have never done on my own. Chris helped my mom out with a claim against an insurance company for an injury she suffered from a car accident.

Many legal cases, especially those involving 15 years! of retroactive child support can be daunting to say the least. And having Five, yes Five (5), previous attorney's over all these years NOT being able to get the job done has been very disillusioning and disheartening. However, Attorney Jason V. Owens without hesitation took intelligent command of what appeared to be a "lost" cause and quickly re-esatablished the legal legitimacy and worthiness of my child support case with clear, concise direction. And along the way, his integrity and dedication to all aspects of the case, including those very human elements many clients bare on their sleeves, have been nothing short of sincere, purposeful and committed.
It is not easy to entrust an attorney with such an important issue as child support which clearly affects your child's everyday quality of life. Jim's firm represented me during my divorce. My divorce was one of the very few that go to a trial. While Jim did not represent me directly he was involved in all of the work and time that was put in to helping me get through it. Jim is a very kind, fair and responsive professional man. I have been a client of his fim since 2003 as my divorce was very contentious and involved. Jim and his staff treated me wonderfully; they were patient and supportive during a very difficult time in my life. Jim's firm represented me after the trial as unfortunately my situation warranted. I enlisted the services of Attorney James Lynch in order to help me navigate a very difficult situation regarding the care of my ailing mother and the protection of those trusts (of which I was Co-Trustee) which had been set up to protect both my mother and her estate. At the time, two of my three siblings; one of whom was also a Co-Trustee; were quite literally stealing from my mother and through their deceitful maneuverings were attempting to force a dispersal of her estate far in advance of even knowing what my mother's expenses might be, and certainly without due regard for her well-being. When I first sat down with Attorney Lynch, I was struck by the fact that, while he listened carefully to my description of the situation, he did not take me just at my word, but instead asked all the insightful questions, then did his own investigation, and slowly but very surely became one of my greatest allies. His desire to verify the veracity of my story was and is something that I both greatly appreciate and respect. Soon thereafter, Attorney Lynch was able to implement certain safeguards so as to put a halt to the bleeding of the estate as well as force my siblings into a more forthright and prudent approach to my mother's care. Throughout the ensuing years, as my mother's health and mental acuity failed, Attorney Lynch was there to help me ensure both my mother's continued good care and protect her estate from the premature dissolution which my two siblings continued to maneuver for. His knowledge and understanding of the law and his facility with the legal landscape was nothing short of impressive; but even more than that, his insightfulness and his clarity of thought were a supreme comfort to me. Matthew represented me in a very difficult situation involving discrimination charges I filed against my company. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened to me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. When I heard that he would take my case, I felt relieved, since he was known as one of the top lawyers in this field of tenant law. From day one, our very first conversation, I knew that we had a chance at winning this thing, and fortunately for myself, this proved to be true.
I was not prepared for the kindness and consideration that I received from him. It was not all business and he understood this was something more personal. This made me feel secure and I knew he would have my best interest at heart.

I recently had the privilege of being represented by Attorney John Seed for a DUI. He was referred by a friend and there is no question he was the perfect attorney for the case. After reviewing the details, John made clear what to expect regarding timelines and court appearances. On the day of the trial, a weak witness for the prosecution that would have benefitted our case failed to show and instead threatened to derail it. Wyckoff represented me in my divorce. I was in a bad relationship and wanted to keep distance from my partner who kept requesting in-person meetings (which stressed me out). Wychoff went as far as suggesting we:
1. Meet in his office
2. I arrive first and go to room A
3. They arrive and go to room B
4. He will run back and forth between rooms so I never have to see them
5. I'll leave after they leave
Amazingly, they dropped the in-person meetings and we were able to finalize the divorce paperwork over email. He was also great support on the court date when the divorce was finalized. I have other stories of how he helped me throughout my divorce, there's honestly not enough room to write them all here. I couldn't recommend a more supportive and knowledgeable attorney.

My college roommate and I were both charged with felony level crimes. We were terrified because it was just a huge mistake and we were scared we would never get hired for jobs after graduating if we had criminal records. Working with Attorney Philip was an amazing experience. Before meeting Philip, I was in a panic as I had received an offer from as a federal contractor and I had to do an FBI CORI which required fingerprints. I had called the lawyer who had worked on my case and tried to get him to Seal and Update my FBI CORI but his response was “there’s nothing we can do.” That is when I went online to do my research and that’s how I landed on attorney Philip’s website. I read through the testimonies on his website but I had to say, I was skeptical at first because not everything that’s on the internet is real. I followed my gut & called attorney Philip’s office. Philip was extremely knowledgeable about the FBI Sealing and Updating CORI process and he was able to answer all my questions. It felt great working with a lawyer that was confident in his work. Philip returns phone calls and emails promptly. Once I handed all the required documents he needed to work on my case, it took him 5 days to give me the exciting news that my FBI CORI was sealed and that the FBI update will be effective within 17 weeks. I highly recommend Philip and I will hire him again for any legal issues.

So this happened when my father was looking for a lawyer since the lawyer i had didnt have great communication skills. My father wanted to get a second opinion from another reputed lawyer. My father and i spoke to Jaye. She was kind enough to provide over 3 hours of free guidance. She didnt demand to get any payment (very unusal of a lawyer to give free advice). She knew she couldnt represent me as she didnt work with Essex county. She was always available to give me free advice and guide me in the right direction when i needed her support. Lawyers like her will keep your legal fees low and help you get out of the divorce as quickly and as elegantly as possible. She understood where i was coming from and more than that she understood what a father goes through during this tough time.

I usually don't write reviews buy I felt compelled to share my experience with Steve. Now here's the thing I called at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and he answered! It was on a whim and im so happy that I found him and reached out. I explained my what I feel might be a "messy" situation trying to get divorced. He listened with no judgement and told me that I already seem to know what to do but let me help you if i can. He offered for me to fill out all my paperwork (because the court house lost my divorce paperwork SMH) and when I have it all in order to email him and he said he will not charge me for him to look it over. I have called a couple lawyers and no one ever offered me anything like this. I feel he really heard me and I am just so grateful that he answered my call. Going forward if I need to retain he is who I will be retaining. This man is very kind, humble and just a good guy. Thank you Steve you gave me my hope back that I lost for some time. I rarely write online reviews, but i think it is critical in this instance, firstly, because I used Avvo in assisting with my legal selection and consumers need this data. So, I will be as honest as I can.
Attorney Zlochiver is principled. I found his service to be based upon fairness and seeking the best outcome within the limits of the law, and done with an un-excitable, stable spirit. This sometimes was a sticking point for us. My opponent was aggressive and angry, and I wanted more energy; wisely, Attorney Zlochiver did not return all of the flaming brands I requested of him. In the end, for better or worse, he tempered my anger and frustration with my case.
Attorney Zlochiver is responsive. He was always reachable by email and phone. Reasonable response times were always met.
In summary, if you are seeking retribution and revenge, I don't think you'll find satisfaction here. I occasionally felt as though we could have been more aggressive--going on the offensive vs. a defensive posture, but Steve knew it would have been a futile, mis-use of my fee and he was careful about fee utilization.

In searching for a family lawyer, I had three criteria:
1) A competent lawyer who is familiar with the presiding judge. It is important that the lawyer knows what the judge looks for in a case both in the court room and the filed documentation. He was able to advise of the proper strategy to get the best case scenario without having the situation spiral into a more contentious case.
2) An objective lawyer who has enough court-room experience to be realistic in assessing possible outcomes. Rather than simply being hopeful, he suggested contingencies for the most plausible decisions that the judge may make during the hearing.
3) An understanding lawyer who would work with my limited budget & time. Mr. Zlochiver took on my case knowing of my financial situation and worked into the late evening on new documentation in order to bolster my case the following morning.
Steven Zlochiver certainly does not comes to mind when you think of the typical ambulance-chasing lawyer. Not a shark. Not a clock watcher. Rather, someone you definitely want in your corner who is willing to relate to your circumstances.

Today in court I watched Mastery , Tanis is a skilled, brilliant, & powerful attorney. After I was falsely accused of domestic abuse in 2014 , and issued a restraining order and re issued again in 2015 , my prior lawyers basically told me to stay quiet and I did , I listened and listened to 100% false accusations my my ex , I hired attorney Yannetti in 2015 , she was confident right away she could have this restraining order terminated immediately , yet she she still made a wise decision to wait until today April 14, 2016 to finally " have my day in court " Tanis made this decision so she could get to work , pulling transcripts, having them transcribed , finding all inconsistent statements made by my ex Tanis found things that Nobody else saw , from big things like Purgery , to dates that just didn't or couldn't even be possible, all overlooked by my former council , she took on 4 lawers today , and stayed so cool , the plaintiff my ex , could not control herself and her lawyers and the judge had to constantly tell the plaintiff to stop , Tanis read every transcript and her knowledge on my case was outstanding, picking up immediate on any inaccuracies the opposing lawyers made and some were small that most attorneys would miss, her objections were timely and perfect and her asking of the relevance of certain items brought in or up kept the hearing in order not allowing anybody to divert the subject of why we were there and that was Justice , I was losing faith in our Justice system Tanis restored it! If anybody needs help with false accusations, and women being guided by V.A.W.A . Tanis is your best shot in a positive outcome . Her closing arguments, were powerful and strong , stating facts .
