Going through a divorce process with relocation to Germany is hard. But changing attorneys and hiring Mr. Windel and his team, was the best thing I could have done. I hired them cause they were all I could afford after my ex walked out with our savings account. They managed to get the job done but they're were condescending, barely communicated, canceled phone meetings if they just didn't feel like answering my questions, didn't keep me appraised of the progress and were rude and nasty and belligerent when I followed up. They seemed to care more about being buddies with my ex's lawyer than representing me fairly and fighting for me. It was a traumatic divorce already made worse by their attitude. If you can afford any other lawyer, do it. Don't use these guys unless you like being abused and are really desperate for your divorce to be finalized (I was).

Had an extremely complicated driving history and needed someone who could confidently manage a citation that was previously adjudicated 4 years ago. Polk County judges are notoriously prickly about hearing issues previously adjudicated. Jay managed to successfully accomplish what several attorneys claimed the odds were "remote" at best. He is a calm, confident and steady hand on the tiller when your life seems to be in tumult. I'm grateful to him and his expertise.

I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!

Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). She managed to do all this within the retainer fee that I paid and my case was DONE. Yes DONE. She tied up all the loose ends of my case even though I wasn't in the state! I wasn't sure if I wanted to write this review but decided to because I thought Ms. Coffman's approach was disrespectful. I was okay if she couldn't help me. It was not okay to completely criticize me in more ways than one. There were a few troubling aspects of my case, one of which on the surface is completely not okay. However, the action was a bit facetious but also motivated by fear. She also said people are probably scared of me, which is not true. I work everyday as a substitute teacher and the students say I'm their favorite! I have friends, good friends, who know I'm not a violent person, and know who truly who is truly at fault in my case. Then, she started to criticize my inability to pick up on the legalese, saying she has had people with less education understand better than me. I heard this quote at a point in my incarceration. Those thirteen words really changed my life, mainly my state of mind. Those words gave me a push to stay positive and fight no matter the circumstances.
In May of 2005 at the age of eighteen, I was arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder along with a few other related charges. Only a short time of five months I was tried, convicted and sentenced. I received a 30-year w/a 25 mandatory sentence to the Florida Department of Corrections. This is where the battle of my life began.
I went through multiple attorneys and every appeal possible. I went all the way to the United States Supreme Court and was denied at every level. It wasn't until I hired Ms. Paula Coffman in 2018 to file a newly discovered evidence post conviction motion (my last shot) that I was granted an evidentiary hearing in 2019 and then later a new trial in 2020. So after 15 years of fighting, w/God on my side and Ms. Paula Coffman representing me I was finally able to get my case heard and granted some relief.
The highest form of giving a human can offer is "Inspiration", so I pray my story will "Inspire" someone to never give up and continue to fight no matter what.

VERY unprofessional. His relative, Jason Hunchuck, is a realtor so Joseph's firm handles the closing process so they can both benefit. I sent escrow money for a deal then declined to move forward with the deal. It's customary for the escrow holding company to reach out to get the wiring instructions to send the money back. I never heard from Joseph and when I reached out to him, he tried to play coy and said that I did not reach out to him. THIS IS NOT HOW IT GOES. He held on to my money for an additional 3 days. Be weary when using this company for closings.
