Going through a divorce process with relocation to Germany is hard. But changing attorneys and hiring Mr. Windel and his team, was the best thing I could have done. Had an extremely complicated driving history and needed someone who could confidently manage a citation that was previously adjudicated 4 years ago. Polk County judges are notoriously prickly about hearing issues previously adjudicated. Jay managed to successfully accomplish what several attorneys claimed the odds were "remote" at best. He is a calm, confident and steady hand on the tiller when your life seems to be in tumult. I'm grateful to him and his expertise.

I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!

Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). She managed to do all this within the retainer fee that I paid and my case was DONE. Yes DONE. She tied up all the loose ends of my case even though I wasn't in the state! I am very displeased with John Crone. I hired him in 2022 to take on a probate case and have been disappointed with the lack of communication. I have been trying to run him down only to get brushed off every time. I have emails stating that due to the amount of assets my father has this would be a couple month long case. I have been so stressed out due to lack of communication and being in the dark about everything that I have started seeking therapy. I go through the reviews and notice that those that are very pleased with his work have the opposite ethnicity of me. I want to put into perspective that he was paid up front exactly what he asked for and has been dragging my case for almost 2 years. He says my case is unique and promises to get back with information and never does. This has added unbelievable stress to me. I would not recommend him to any African American people. This already bad situation has gotten worse. I pray he finally gets back to me because it does not take months and months to answer questions or acknowledge my concerns.

Pat was so attentive to my situation and took care of all the incidentals that occur in the legal system that I felt as if I was just along for the ride. I had retained Attorney Koegler first but I had to do all the work of getting the evidences to support my case by myself, and he still wasn't able to do anything for me. I called them to schedule the free 15 minute phone consultation… I let it be known that I was calling on behalf of my mother because there’s a slight language barrier and the receptionist (or whoever he was) informed me that they don’t take clients who can’t speak the language even if I am here to assist. Which I find very weird and off-putting, especially in this day and age, because it has never been an issue any other place!! He then proceeds to give me the number of another attorney located in Kissimmee and said that’s where they refer people to (people with language barriers I suppose?? Or people they just don’t want to take on as clients for whatever odd reasoning they have).

I wasn't sure if I wanted to write this review but decided to because I thought Ms. Coffman's approach was disrespectful. I was okay if she couldn't help me. It was not okay to completely criticize me in more ways than one. There were a few troubling aspects of my case, one of which on the surface is completely not okay. However, the action was a bit facetious but also motivated by fear. She also said people are probably scared of me, which is not true. I work everyday as a substitute teacher and the students say I'm their favorite! I have friends, good friends, who know I'm not a violent person, and know who truly who is truly at fault in my case. Then, she started to criticize my inability to pick up on the legalese, saying she has had people with less education understand better than me. I was nervous in part, and I've never had legal problems in my life! She also made references to other things I will keep private but she criticized as well. To be clear, attacking potential clients is just unacceptable. I can understand having a concern or two, but making multiple attacks is derogatory.

I heard this quote at a point in my incarceration. Those thirteen words really changed my life, mainly my state of mind. Those words gave me a push to stay positive and fight no matter the circumstances.
In May of 2005 at the age of eighteen, I was arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder along with a few other related charges. Only a short time of five months I was tried, convicted and sentenced. I received a 30-year w/a 25 mandatory sentence to the Florida Department of Corrections. This is where the battle of my life began.
I went through multiple attorneys and every appeal possible. I went all the way to the United States Supreme Court and was denied at every level. It wasn't until I hired Ms. Paula Coffman in 2018 to file a newly discovered evidence post conviction motion (my last shot) that I was granted an evidentiary hearing in 2019 and then later a new trial in 2020. So after 15 years of fighting, w/God on my side and Ms. Paula Coffman representing me I was finally able to get my case heard and granted some relief.
The highest form of giving a human can offer is "Inspiration", so I pray my story will "Inspire" someone to never give up and continue to fight no matter what.

I was sentenced to 69.45 months in the D.O.C. I hired Paula Coffman in 2018 to Appeal my sentence. After serving 13 months she got my charges dropped completely, and got me into a treatment program instead. She fought extremely hard for my freedom and she will for yours as well. She cares and she believes in second chances.

VERY unprofessional. His relative, Jason Hunchuck, is a realtor so Joseph's firm handles the closing process so they can both benefit. I sent escrow money for a deal then declined to move forward with the deal. It's customary for the escrow holding company to reach out to get the wiring instructions to send the money back. I never heard from Joseph and when I reached out to him, he tried to play coy and said that I did not reach out to him. THIS IS NOT HOW IT GOES. He held on to my money for an additional 3 days. Be weary when using this company for closings.
