Michael Bruckeheim is an amazing attorney and makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. I knew he was an excellent choice from the start as he spent over two hours on the phone with me on a Saturday morning. He was straightforward about all the possible outcomes of the case, which I really appreciate. He also gave me some courses prior to my court date which really helped my case. In the end, I had my charges greatly reduce and Mr. Bruckheim was a calming influence throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Mr. Bruckheim!

Michael Bruckheim was nothing short of fantastic through out my entire legal process. I wish I could give 10 stars. Engaging Barry to help me with my 2 DUI cases was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Barry handled my cases effectively and gracefully. He has helped me to get the lightest sentences possible !!! I actually think the results were better than the lightest sentences possible. Because of COVID, the court had to change my court dates and the process dragged longer than expected, but Barry and his legal assistant Melanie have always made themselves available whenever I need them. I was facing sexual assault charges and had plead guilty to a misdemeanor with another lawyer. With the plea, I was required to register as a sex offender. this was the absolute worst time of my life. My only chance out of this situation would be a successful reconsideration appeal. I needed a lawyer who was top notch and experienced. I choose Barry Helfand and he did not disappoint. Two months later I was scheduled a hearing and Barry was able to get me a PBJ. Mr. Geller did an amazing job with my case. i was facing some serious time and some very serious charges. Geller showed so much compassion for my life and my story this man cared about me and he genuinely wanted nothing but the best for me i was going through a lot at the time of the crime and we utilized these things in my defense yes i was guilty but i am not a bad person and without Mr. Geller on my side i don't think i would have been able to tell my story i wouldnt have had a chance to show people i have a heart and i am human and i made a mistake i would not have had the same outcome had he not been in my corner fighting for me. he was also constantly in contact with my family keeping them in the loop checking up on them making sure everyone was doing ok and keeping my family calm. he would also come to see me personally while i was detained in our county facility he hand delivered all paperwork pertaining to my case and he went through everything with me to ensure i was 100% informed on everything so i was aware of all possibilities good and bad he relieved a lot of the stress i had once i knew what was going on because in that situation the period of time when you dont really know what will happen is painful there are so many things running through your head at that time it drives you crazy and he put all that at ease i highly recommend acquiring his services god bless you sir and thank you for all of your help this case was a win in my books!

I had a bench warrant that was ongoing for quite sometime. Upon doing my research, I kept coming across Mr. Geller as one of the best lawyers for my situation. I made the call and I’m so glad I did. He took care of everything for me and expeditiously. He wrote a letter to the state’s prosecutors to have it thrown out. Two days later, he called with great news, they decided on dropping the charges!!!! I was extremely happy due to this weight finally coming off my shoulders and I have Mr.Geller to thank for that. Radha has been absolutely a wonder to work with. Her knowledge on any divorce matter is phenomenal. She is really professional but at the same time very relatable.
She had my best interest at heart and she was really efficient with her time. I always felt comfortable and safe discussing about anything with her.
She met me as many times virtually as I wanted and was very quick to respond to all my emails. She always kept me in the loop and prepared me for every outcome.
Overall I got exactly the type of closure I wanted. It was extremely smooth and I couldn't have a better attorney than Radha. Hopefully I won't need another divorce lawyer. However for every family law matters she will be my go to from now on.

Beth was instrumental in us getting accommodations in a 504 plan for our child. She is very knowledgeable about how best to work within the school system to get the accommodations that were needed, but was willing to be firm and fight for our child's rights, if needed. I am a mom who found herself unexpectedly at the courthouse filing an emergency petition for custody after my estranged husband refused to return our children after their scheduled visit with him. I found myself in immediate need of representation. Z Family Law came highly recommended, and now I know why! They MADE time for me, and at the very last minute! We had an hour to prepare before we went before the judge, but you would have never known. I hired Alex to help me divorce my spouse. Unlike others, he listened to my story with respect which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable regarding the matter and explained things very clearly.
He helped bring a settlement that made this process quick, easy, at low cost, and convenient for both parties involved. I was surprised at how quick this process was.

Ms. Fait is the absolute worst attorney. She represented me and was unethical, dishonest, she literally lied to me soo much. I had a custody case with my husband that had been going on for years and I needed a strong attorney and I thought I had found that when I read the google reviews for Fait & Dilima. I figured out that they are just dishonest and willing to do whatever it take to "win." The only issue was that they had me lie in my case and they literally didn't read their previous motions and their new motions said a different story. I ended up losing my case for a number of reasons and all of them point back to Ms. Fait and her team! 1. She had me lie and told me that it was fine and that I had her 2. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney pointed out the inaccuracies in the stories based on the motions alone as the stories didn't match up! All of that is Ms. Fait and her firms fault! 3. Ms. Fait & her team did not prepare me properly for court and the cross examination by plaintiff's counsel. I am a well educated individual and I should have never worked with her and her firm... They are grossly negligent and they simply do not care about their clients! It is all about the $ for her!

I'll forever regret my decision to hire Barbara Jorgensen as my divorce attorney. I am still suffering from the repercussions. My divorce should have been simple. My ex had a warrant out for his arrest due to a crime against a neighbor. He also had priors and had engaged in many actions causing great risk to me. I'd just been diagnosed with lifelong critical illness but this was pushed into taking on the impossible. The economy had collapsed and the property (that the ex was afraid to go near) was severely upside down in value. He wasn't contributing towards the property payments, and left me with an unmanageable number of expenses that were his responsibility. Barbara Jorgensen ignored all of these circumstances. She even told me that types of support other divorcees were successfully arranging did "not exist" and that his crimes and lack of financial contributions were somehow irrelevant to his demands for money that did not exist. While she may have advocated for her clients back in 1985, both her skills and focus were very outdated decades later. She was often outright condescending towards me as her client and kept confusing my account for another client's who was delinquent in payments. She also told me I had no choice but to continue with tasks and expenses for superfluous actions from my ex's attorney whereas in reality I could have walled away or ignored most of it. It was well known that the mess drained my savings and left me in a literal long-term trap. As a final display of not caring about her clients, she even sent a disruptive and embarrassing younger attorney to court the day my ridiculous divorce agreement was filed. I was leery of most of her decisions but was going off of Washingtonian Magazine's endorsements. This is not an attorney who will advise to your benefit. This is the type of lawyer who still believes that attorneys are automatically respected and assumed to be brilliant, thereby giving them the ability to make up rules and advice that their clients won't question. This may have been the case in 1985 but certainly wasn't by then. With the immature JGL junior attorney solidifying my overall impression, I've steered friends and colleagues away from this firm ever since.
