We used Inga to help us with some Master Services Agreements (MSA) and she was extremely thorough and clearly explained our liability as well as some of the language in the contract. I really wish I knew what to say to describe my experience with Ross Amkraut. I can only convey the feelings that I experienced after each consult. Ross gave me strength throughout the beginning process of my divorce proceedings. Whenever I was feeling anxiety, it seemed as if he knew, and would call to inform me of updates in my case. I feel Ross was extremely attentive to whatever I needed. If I felt uncomfortable in a situation dealing with my spouse Ross would offer to handle it. I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

I hired Naresh to help me with a hit and run charge. He got one of two charges from the accident dismissed, helped me strategize to avoid heavier charges and jail time, and generally is a very effective lawyer and nice guy. Not cheap; but totally worth every penny.

I hired Naresh after consulting with several other lawyers. Unlike other lawyers, Naresh explained my options very clearly and most importantly, promised to attempt to dismiss my potential criminal case before it went to court by proactively contacting DA office first. Needless to say, Naresh succeeded, even though it meant he was making less money out of me. Naresh is very honest, approachable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him!

Hello... I just drove from Issaquah to North gate to speak directly to this firm... the lady who is asian told me by phone I could come up to speak to her... Why because I need an lawyer.... I come up to 2nd floor and this asian guy open the door in a defensive position.... Darryl Parker they say is retiring... but regardless there are signs stating civil rights... And these folks who are asian working for this lawyer are very rude and seem to be uncomfortable when dealing with a blk man or just a man with no color who needs info on a lawyer... They claim to have more lawyers.. this is why I had came.... facts...

I found Kathryn through a friend. I had already made several calls looking for an attorney to help me through what I was sure would be a difficult divorce. All the calls I made we met with “this is what we charge an hour” and then the touting of all their accomplishments. With Kathryn the first words I heard were of compassion for both myself and my children. In our first meeting she patiently and knowledgeably answered all of my questions and I trusted her almost immediately. The divorce went as expected and she kept me on track with both a sense of humor and by telling me the truth whether I wanted to hear it or not. It’s not something I would want to go through again, but if I do I know who to call.

This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. Every time I called in, he either answered the call right away, or called back very shortly afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will retain their services when needed again in the future!

I recently went through some felony stuff after three years of thinking it had just disappeared. Biggest devastation of my life. I had gotten my life together after that and honestly thought I was going to prison after everything I had accomplished after my horrible mistakes. Kimberly was very supportive and honest with me. Even though I didn't get the outcome I was expecting (or her for that matter.. lets just say the judge didn't like me at all and has a bad reputation) I still didn't end up in PRISON or actual jail for that matter. Work release for 90 days (60 with good time) so I am able to maintain my job and my life. She always responds to me emails right away and, like I mentioned, is VERY supportive. My experience was great and she stopped me on numerous occasions from having a nervous breakdown. I really love her and if you're looking for a lawyer you can trust look no further.

This woman is like Mary Poppins she is perfect and amazing in every way. Let me say this, I have delt with abuse of my abuser for 15 years. After abusing myself, our child, and then another child he had with another victim, he continued on his path. He nearly got away with it. FCS bought his lies and didn't spend the time to look through the hundreds on end pages of evidence from doctors, mental health providers, and school records, as well as look into all the CPS reports from the school against him. But this lovely woman made sure the truth was heard and the evidence was seen and I was granted my permanent order. Hire her, there is simply no one better. You wont regret it. She has an incrediable background as well. Her heart is kind and genuine. Her last name is now Stratton.

Evangeline Simmons represented me in a Domestic Violence Protection Order stalking case. My case ended up being unusual in a few ways, and she did a very skillful job building a strategy that was successful for me. I was tremendously grateful to her for her knowledge, commitment, and the way that she went the extra mile in pulling together the documents and pleadings for the protection order, as well crafting responses to other intervening events, which had added to the complexity of my case. Throughout, I felt she was doing everything that she could to help me. I had never been through anything like this before, and was fairly stressed by the experience. Evangeline's professionalism, plus her clear compassion for domestic violence/stalking victims, gave me the faith that I was in good hands -- and I was. Even though it's possible to go through a DVPO hearing on your own, without a lawyer, I know that I would have been lost without her help. Cathy represented me in a federal case where in most cases unless extraordinary circumstances result in jail time. I have hired and worked with a multitude of attorneys over the years, some great, some terrible. Unfortunately, I found myself in a position of needing, for the first time in my life, a criminal attorney. Cathy got me through the very daunting and scary situation of getting, at first, a temporary protection order, subsequently, a final protection order and finally, an extension of that current order. When I first contacted Cathy (I was referred to her by my family lawyer) I was in a panic, felt unsafe in my own home and was scared for my kids safety as well. Cathy was able to process and weed through all of the information I shared with her and act swiftly and efficiently in a way that helped me feel secure, and heard.
Not only do I feel that Cathy is brilliant, I feel that she really cares.
I feel very lucky that she was able to take on my case. I hope I don't find myself in need of a criminal lawyer again, but if so, she'll be my first call!

My divorce was incredibly stressful and James took much of that away. I felt he really understood my goal of a dissolution with as little drama as possible. He was very kind and respectful, he seemed to be friends or at least friendly to all staff members at the court house. I could tell he was well respected. He’s funny and brings humor to help ease uncomfortable situations. He had great communication. I appreciated that he had a sensible approach as opposed to being cut throat. I went the distance with Anne Wakefield, all the way to a multi-week trial in 2018 at the cost of $200,000 (yes, two hundred thousand dollars), and I regret having done so. We did not even show up with all the required documents, such as financial statements.
After trial, when it was clear the judge did not take our side, she disappeared. She did not respond to emails from me or opposing counsel, however urgent, for roughly 90 days.
In pre-trial hearings she consistently failed to do the extra work to set us up for success. I only know this because after the bad trial outcome I had to litigate for six further years on the appeal and post-trial hearings. We then prevailed because the facts of the case had always been in my favor.
By the time I was done having other legal teams fix her poor work I was another $200,000 in the hole. But I learned from those new teams what she had failed to do.
She also has a poor comprehension of domestic violence, and her client management skills leave something to be desired. For instance, she had constant crises on due dates but failed to warn me that she would need all my time on due date mornings. I eventually learned this and learned to take the day off work on due dates. For her, however, she seemed utterly surprised every time that she was once again behind schedule.
Disappointing. But at least cheaper than others.

Waited for over a week for someone to get back to me, had to call several times and left messages, I used them about a year ago and things went very well. Not anymore. They couldn't find any records of my case, not helpful at all. Not sure what happened with them but I waisted a week for nothing, now looking for a different law firm.

She is money motivated ONLY ! I can’t express how she mishandled and fumbled my case. I spent 10’s ($48,000 to be exact) of thousands of dollars only to be in a worse place than before due to her lack of preparation and knowledge of a case. Despite being hired through multiple motions. She failed communicate on multiple times to a judge a clear cut and dry case of contempt. She wanted to settle the parenting plan which was not in my favor. It was like she worked for or knew the opposing council. She was outsmarted and out witted in all aspects against the opposing council.
