Always there to answer any and all question even after 2 years he was there to take time for follow up questions. with an Attorney like Mr Trombold you will be sure that he will follow through with your case and be there has you need. life will some times give you a twist and its a great felling to have someone that wont judge and will work with you and be there, with the monthly payments it made the whole experience less stressful.

Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

Words cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel to have found Nathan Cliber to handle my case. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, but he was always upfront and direct about our chances of success and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into if I wished to pursue certain actions. He was considerate of my time (money), keeping me on track and focused when he could have chosen to sit back and let me ramble while he collected $100s. He approached sensitive topics with empathy and understanding. He somehow always knew when I needed gentle guidance and when I needed a firm reality check (which he did with professionalism and respect). Not only did I feel like he truly cared about me, my case, and my family, but I was confident he was giving me the best chances he possibly could. Nathan had my back every step of the way. If that wasn't enough, he was also so personable that talking to him felt like talking with a good friend I'd known for years. As I write this, we have made it through the largest hurdles and will be mostly parting ways. A year ago, I was under stress and made an unintentional mistake at a Target store, and the police opened two cases with theft 3rd degree.
I was looking for a lawyer for a long time based on reviews and called to lawyers, and only Steve asked me the right questions.
The hearing continued on for one year. It was a very stressful year because I didn’t know how things would end. Steve did everything right, I followed all instructions which h provided, and finally the prosecutor dismissed my case. I highly recommend Steve as a professional.

I found Kathryn through a friend. I had already made several calls looking for an attorney to help me through what I was sure would be a difficult divorce. All the calls I made we met with “this is what we charge an hour” and then the touting of all their accomplishments. With Kathryn the first words I heard were of compassion for both myself and my children. In our first meeting she patiently and knowledgeably answered all of my questions and I trusted her almost immediately. The divorce went as expected and she kept me on track with both a sense of humor and by telling me the truth whether I wanted to hear it or not. It’s not something I would want to go through again, but if I do I know who to call.

Natalie took over our case from another lawyer in her firm who retired. It was a scary scenario for us, but Natalie jumped in like she’d been there the whole time. Our case file was over 1000 pages and very very complicated. She communicated clearly and LISTENED to our concerns to advocate for the best possible outcome. Even after our complicated custody case was finalized, it was followed by a relocation which Natalie navigated intelligently to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted move despite a very difficult ex attempting to use any excuse to delay the inevitable. Natalie really handled our case with care and we are very appreciative of her attentiveness and understanding. Hillary was transferred onto my divorce case 6 months in, and we were quickly able to build a trusted relationship that allowed me to feel safe, seen, and heard. My feelings were validated through the entire process and she held space for me as best as she could.

I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

I recently went through some felony stuff after three years of thinking it had just disappeared. Biggest devastation of my life. I had gotten my life together after that and honestly thought I was going to prison after everything I had accomplished after my horrible mistakes. Kimberly was very supportive and honest with me. Even though I didn't get the outcome I was expecting (or her for that matter.. lets just say the judge didn't like me at all and has a bad reputation) I still didn't end up in PRISON or actual jail for that matter. Work release for 90 days (60 with good time) so I am able to maintain my job and my life. She always responds to me emails right away and, like I mentioned, is VERY supportive. My experience was great and she stopped me on numerous occasions from having a nervous breakdown. I really love her and if you're looking for a lawyer you can trust look no further.

Cathy represented me in a federal case where in most cases unless extraordinary circumstances result in jail time. I have hired and worked with a multitude of attorneys over the years, some great, some terrible. Unfortunately, I found myself in a position of needing, for the first time in my life, a criminal attorney. Cathy got me through the very daunting and scary situation of getting, at first, a temporary protection order, subsequently, a final protection order and finally, an extension of that current order. When I first contacted Cathy (I was referred to her by my family lawyer) I was in a panic, felt unsafe in my own home and was scared for my kids safety as well. Waited for over a week for someone to get back to me, had to call several times and left messages, I used them about a year ago and things went very well. Not anymore. They couldn't find any records of my case, not helpful at all. Not sure what happened with them but I waisted a week for nothing, now looking for a different law firm.

I hired Mr Sheed for a DUI I got in 2022 but I knew it was going to cause some older cases to get brought back into circulation. I told him what the entire situation was and the one thing I didn’t want to do was face jail time, after our first initial conversation I could tell he was different than the 6 other attorneys I talked to. I felt like I was getting a lot of “lip service” from other attorneys. Since I had legal issues in the past I knew that some of the things I was told by others just wasn’t possible so when Mr. Sheed was straight forward and told me what he was going to do and what the best and worst case scenarios were I felt like I’d found the right guy to represent me. After everything I feel like I was really lucky in the outcome of everything and I have to give all that credit to Daniel Sheed. If you want an attorney who will fight for you and keep constant communication during the entire process then Daniel Sheed is your guy. Trust his process and let him do his job and I think you’ll be very pleased with the outcome.

My divorce was incredibly stressful and James took much of that away. I felt he really understood my goal of a dissolution with as little drama as possible. He was very kind and respectful, he seemed to be friends or at least friendly to all staff members at the court house. I could tell he was well respected. He’s funny and brings humor to help ease uncomfortable situations. He had great communication. I appreciated that he had a sensible approach as opposed to being cut throat.
