Mark had to fight my charge for a long time because I refused to plead guilty, and the entire time Mark made me feel like I had a friend—a legal friend—fighting in my corner. Mark is a skilled, 10 out of 10 attorney and legal advisor, and his retainer fee was very reasonable. I will always be grateful for how the negotiations he did for me changed the trajectory of my life. I would have lost my job and had a criminal record had I been found guilty, but after Mark’s hard work, the case was (rightfully) dismissed and expunged.

I am so grateful that I found the McDaniel Law Firm to handle my son's case. He was charged with simple possession/misdemeanor. I am highly satisfied with the entire range of service, from the inquiry/intake process, working with the attorney, to receiving closing documents stating his record had been expunged. Mr. White represe nted me in an unemployment hearing. We spoke on the phone the day before the hearing and he was able to give me an outline of the process to help me understand what to expect. I was charged with a class d felony. Tammy didn’t look at me as just another client or another paycheck. She treated me and my family like her own. From the beginning I was looking at 2 years in jail and it was more or less certain that I was going to spend a good amount of time in jail. I settled on the first plea deal we got and it involved no jail time at all. She went above and beyond in every aspect of this case. Where most attorneys will stop at a certified letter or a notarized note she went a step further and had them come in to testify. She really put her time and effort into getting the best possible outcome for my family. I didn’t get to see my wife or children for three months and she made it her mission to reunite us all. This morning they moved back in. I cannot speak higher of Tammy. There are no amount of words I have to give her the credit she deserves. She is and will always be a part of our Little family.

I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. If you need a lawyer who will go into the court fighting hard for you and for what's morally & legally right, choose Attorney Huddleston. I did and I don't regret it one bit. I met Mr.Bob when i was at my lowest seeking help with custody battle on top of financial battles with the local child support office.He did an outstanding job with keeping me updated on important things like court dates and my rights as a father.He helped me to win full time custody of my son whom i missed dearly.He was always a call or text away and acted promptly to whatever the situation was.I truly appreciate his great work ethics and if I had to choose a lawyer for anything it would be him, I feel like he has the right knowledge on just about anything and is always willing to point you to the right direction of who does if he’s not to sure of(which is rarely)…i thank you so much for assisting me.

My family was so lucky that Doug got handed our case!! He saved my ex-husbands life and we could never ever thank him enough. I had contact with them so much it felt like everyday. He was an excellent attorney for our case!! I know my ex's case, which was about 4 or 5 big binders full, went with them everywhere even to bed with them at night. I hired Alexa after my juvenile daughter got into some trouble with the law. Alexa was great!! She was very knowledgeable about the whole process we were about to go thru. She met with us before our court date and explained what our day in court would entail
( since I had never been in trouble before I had no idea what to expect for my daughter ). Alexa assured me everything was going to be ok. On my daughters court date Alexa met us before we went into the courthouse and went over everything with us again and assured us that “ it was going to be ok”. Mr. Brinson helped me so much through my divorce. It was not something I ever thought I would go through, and Mr. Brinson was kind and understanding throughout the process. He answered my questions in a way that helped me understand some complicated things, but never made me feel dumb. I was also in contact with Mr. Brinson often because of my many questions and concerns, and he never got impatient with me. He always took the time to talk to me without seeming to rush. I am disabled and Alex Brinson was assigned to me for divorce on a 30 year marriage from a husband that was controlling and abusive. When Alex told me he was dropping me because couldn't get husband served (even though husband in military) I didn't know what to do so I tried to find him myself (with backup assistance of course). When Alex found out he was extremely rude and told me I didn't act like an abused spouse and was a stalker. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional this attorney was to me. He has no idea what I have been through and how controlling my husband was. I just want a divorce!!! Alex has no clue about military divorces nor what all was required when filing paperwork with the court. Don't expect him to go above and beyond for you or be professional. I don't even know why he works through legal aide if he doesn't plan on providing appropriate services. With his limited knowledge on divorce and rude demeanor I would never recommend him to anyone!

I am not a client, but a defendant in a case with T.J. Samson Community Hospital which this firm represents. This case is about collections which I talked to Crystal in billing about today. I’d like to first say, I am not upset my hospital bills were turned over to collections, and have no problem paying for them. I started out nice and eager to figure this all out and start paying my bills, however from the second the call started she was rude and carried a condescending tone. I have never dealt with a matter like this before, therefor I didn’t know what was expected of me, but I do know what’s expected of her considering she works in public service. Much like a child, she was quick to cut me off, talked to me like I was an imbecile, and raised her voice when I called her out for the way she was speaking to me. I am usually not one to complain but the matter was as simple as needing to know what payment to make and where and she could not get through a 5 minute conversation without being bitter and cold, even refusing my phone call when I had tried to reach her again to figure out what payment I agreed to. Although I cannot speak to the attorneys capabilities or manners, I’ve read the other reviews and it seems as though this place lacks severe communication skills and common decency.

10/10 recommend Mr. Mathis. He answered all our questions regardless how small they were and was super quick in answering back emails. I trusted him with my immigration process and have no regrets! We even moved across the country while our case was still pending, and Mr. Mathis was still able to represent us. He transitioned smoothly and did not make the distance affect his way of working for us in the case. We cannot thank him enough for the job he did!
