I cannot say enough wonderful things about this firm and Attorney Martin Scheller. He went above and beyond my expectations and was able to take on my case with very little notice (were talking like 2 weeks before court). Not only was he professional, he told me what I didn't want to hear and kept brutally honest with me, which I needed and appreciated. He was able to WIN my case and more! Lisa is phenomenal. My daughter was charged with reckless driving in Virginia just after graduating college. We were very anxious since my daughter was interviewing for jobs and a misdemeanor would hurt her chances. Lisa told us exactly what to do to help get the charge reduced. Every lawyer I contacted told me about how they would get me a good plea deal but Seth was the first one who said "I think we have a case" and "I didn't become a lawyer to take plea deals." And man did he deliver. Throughout the whole process Seth would respond to texts quickly and kept me informed about everything. I recommend you tell Seth EVERYTHING, even medical things. There's things he can use in his case that you might not think are relevant but could be game changers. If Seth thinks you have a case, he'll tell you, but he wont recommend you to take the risk of going to trial, you have to make that decision for yourself. In the court room I saw dozens of people with similar charges to my own, each of them taking the exact same plea deal that the other lawyers wanted me to take. Seth was the only one who took it to trial and he fought hard. As the trial went on, Seth would do research on the fly based on the prosecution's arguments, to poke holes in them, all while playing 4D Chess, positioning his arguments for all possible scenarios, going on for hours without letting up. In the end, it was the simple evidence he provided in the beginning that won the case, the rest was... theater? strategy? A mix of both probably. It worked. The point is, all charges were dismissed. Seth is the best lawyer I've ever experienced.

I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

This is my second time writing a review for Ms. Virk, the first of which was under the name FDB. After retaining Ms. Virk, she delivered the most favorable outcome that I could imagine. She even directly helped both of my children, writing them letters for school on multiple occasions. She is a very caring lawyer, but more importantly a very caring person. She truly is invested in every one of her clients, and that attitude transcends any work she could do. Not to mention, she does amazing work. Few months ago I got a reckless driving ticket , I talked five or six lawyers before I decided on Mr.Clingan. it was my first time going to court for anything so I got a free consultation. Mr.Clingan took his time and gave me a very descriptive overview of my legal options , and what he could offer, his rates are very fair, and he doesn’t use fear tactics to get your business. Mr.Clingan is very responsive to texts/calls and he seems like one of the few who genuinely care about their client. I am extremely pleased with his services. I also agree with the other 5 star reviewers he seems to be the best traffic attorney in the area. I’ll be referring him to any family or friends who end up in a similar situation.

I was referred to Mr Pettrey by my personal lawyer regarding a formal separation with my husband. My lawyer could not handle the case because in the past he had done work for us both . Mr Pettrey is a no nonsense , determined lawyer that WILL yield results for his client. My husband did not want to do anything , tried to change the terms of our agreement . I met Chanda after taking divorce classes at the Women's Center and hiring and firing two awful lawyers. The first was dishonest and the second was from a firm that charged a high retainer and exorbitant hourly fees and then took days/weeks to return emails. I ended up paying a lot over three months for them to create one document that went nowhere. They didn't offer wise counsel and just sat on things to get the case to court and squeeze more money from me and other clients. After months of their ineptitude and greed with no end in sight, I found Chanda. She has been a blessing and is simply, THE BEST ATTORNEY IN THE WORLD! Another victory and an exemplary proof that nothing can beat Ms. Kinsey. My ex-wife who attempted to obtain a restraining order against me based on false allegations, has faced a humiliating defeat, where the court quashed her request citing that the allegations were not 'Credible'. This wouldn't have been possible without Ms. Kinsey's ability to effectively present the case and expose the lies. --- My ex-wife tried to play yet another ploy, where she filed 'motion to rehear' to have the court reopen the child custody case citing falsely that she was coerced into signing the child custody documents earlier. I witnessed Ms. Kinsey roared in the court, she fought ferociously and argued so effectively that left all of us in awe. And not to mention we won the case!. Words really can't describe the level of professionalism and expertise Attorney Wade possesses. I had a nightmare divorce/custody case that carried over from North Carolina for a total of four years. At the time I came in contact with Attorney Wade I was on my fourth lawyer and I spent almost 20k in legal fees. In time, I had become a "professional court testifier" and became very familiar with the legal process. I knew a good attorney when I saw one. I did my research and Attorney Wade had pedigree (which I heavily believe in) and I read several Washington Post articles that she was profiled in. I was impressed. When I had my first consult with Attorney Wade, I knew I struck gold. She was able to listen to my concerns, see the big picture, and she dissected 3 years of my litigation timeline in 45 mins. A tentative gameplan was formulated and the strengths and weaknesses of my case were discussed. We worked together as a team and when it was time to make strategic decisions, she always had a plan in mind and I often agreed with her and we proceeded accordingly. She never blew me off. She responded to my emails and telephone calls within a very reasonable time. Even when she was caring for a sick family member she still found the time to respond. In short, Attorney Wade managed to convince my ex-wife and opposing counsel to a consent agreement that really benefited me and my children. Unfortunately I had 2 incidents within a 6 month period that I needed a lawyer for but fortunately I had Ms. Corcoran! For the first incident, a felony hit and run she reduced it to a misdemeanor and I was able to keep my license in addition to just being such a calming energy in the midst of what felt like the worst storm ever. Recently, I received a misdemeanor marijuana charge and of course I called her and not only did she give me a break financially she took care of the case quickly and efficiently with the best possible outcome in my favor.

Attorney Spindle is simply an awesome lawyer. He literally went to bat for me on the legal frontier at the Loundoun courthouse. What a day to remember! Knowing that I wouldn't have to see the inside of a jail cell was blessing enough but to go the extra mile and further negotiate with the tough police Officer to reduce pending court charges on me was for lack of a better word phenomenal. Attorney Spindle went from persuading both the Commonwealth attorney, Cop and Judge that a "not guilty" plea was in my best interest accepting all fault to winning the court case for me when the judge, the final authority decided an improper driving infraction was my charge. That was a slam dunk of a court conclusion given I had been charged with reckless driving and an accident. I don't advocate for what I did, in fact I apologized to the judge but to have the blessing of a Spindle will always go a long way. Definitely highly recommend Attorney Spindle's legal brilliance. Mr. Spindle represented me in a matter that was "unique" to say the least. Mr. Spindle helped me out tremendously. I had a very bad DUI, where the victim was pushing to go to trial and attempt to get me upwards of 30 days jail time. Mr. Spindle was able to get me only 5 days jail time, after a continuation, and with all facts pointing against me. One of the best and would highly recommend.

Elizabeth was an excellent attorney in representing my case in which I was dealing with a serious traffic infraction. She was very professional and knowledgeable from the get-go, helped me file a motion immediately, and was able to get my case moving in the right direction. I had fired my previous attorney for being unavailable and unresponsive and with Elizabeth I found her to be the complete opposite. She was quick to return emails, answered questions, easy to talk to, and explained the process very well. Mrs. Boone was the only lawyer that listened to the details of my case and was willing to fight for child custody and argue a fault divorce. The other lawyers were more focused on how to divide financial assets. I needed a lawyer that felt I had a case and was willing to work for me, and not just do the easy stuff. Mrs. Boone did an amazing job proving inconsistencies in my ex's depositions, fighting for child custody, and sole use of the marital home during the PL hearing. The two opposing counsels that my ex hired were no match for Mrs. Boone. Although Mrs. Boone tried to avoid going to trial, she had no choice, and she was prepared for war. I was in awe of how well prepared she was in comparison to opposing counsel. I am so thankful to the lawyer that referred me to Mrs. Boone because she was too busy to take my case. This lawyer likes to represent good dads.

It’s hard to know where to begin in saying thanks to Andy Tank, his paralegal Lisa Collins, and the entire L&M team for making the innately stressful process of separation and divorce as gentle and simple as possible. As parents of a juvenile who gets in trouble with the law, the road forward is often times confusing and terrifying. Aaron was recommended to us by family friends.
