Stephen Pfeiffer was very upfront with outcomes so we could figure out what options we were working with. We greatly appreciate what you did for us at the end. Although we didn’t get the results we were wishing for we are aware there are always consequences to not abiding to the law. I can say he did great in helping us out as much as possible when it came to my husband’s situation.

I reached out to Abrieno Law after my friend suffered a serious injury from a fallen tree at a state park. Even though I wasn’t a paying client, they were incredibly generous with their time and knowledge, offering valuable information over the phone. They went above and beyond, and offered to visit my friend in the hospital to discuss the matter personally. The customer service was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend contacting them if you ever find yourself facing a legal issue.

Lisa is phenomenal. My daughter was charged with reckless driving in Virginia just after graduating college. We were very anxious since my daughter was interviewing for jobs and a misdemeanor would hurt her chances. Lisa told us exactly what to do to help get the charge reduced. She was ALWAYS available when I called or texted. Weekends, dinner time, didn’t matter, she responded. She got the charge dismissed. I’m so glad we hired Lisa!

I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

The war on drugs is failing, and Jon Katz is one of its strongest adversaries. Jon had saved me once before, in a DUI that resulted in two possession charges (both of which were dismissed). During the end of my VASAP probation, I (in my opinion) was targeted by law enforcement in a traffic stop (where I was not the driver) that resulted in a public intoxication arrest with two possession charges, one a felony.
Within a half hour of leaving Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, I had already notified Jon’s assistant that I needed a consultation with Jon. Just shy of a couple days later, I was in his office near the courthouse. When I described my predicament, Jon told me of how his teachers in grade school used to get annoyed of him. One told him he’d be a great defense lawyer. “Dismiss, dismiss, dismiss” he said. He assured me these charges, which resulted in a probation violation, would be dismissed.
Fast forward to February of 2025, I had completed Jon’s recommended “homework plan” and I was primed for court. The day of the pre-trial hearing, I walked into the courthouse feeling, as though the case was already over, that I had enlisted the help of the best legal defense I could possibly get, and the outcome was evident.
All three charges were dismissed, and I am no longer on probation. The euphoria of freedom, I feel days after court. And it is all thanks to the experience, connections, and expertise of Jon Katz.
In the hour before court, I walked around the courthouse, feeling as if I wasn’t there as a criminal, but rather a member of society. For anyone reading this that may be in a legal situation, by fault or not, guilty or innocent, you have a place and purpose in life. Have had to hire Tom Burcher on several occasions where I was wronged and had to defend myself. Tom took care of everything in a professional manor and his knowledge of the laws and the justice system in the area is probably one of the best in the Hampton Roads area. Jad..was able to get my 107mph down to improper driving, in Fairfax. Prosecutor wouldn’t do anything for us so he took it directly to the Judge and got it reduced. Highly recommend, and his prices are very reasonable. He did for 1/3 The price of other lawyers.

I am in the trenches of a divorce. I have a 5 minute hearing via phone call to schedule a two hour circuit court hearing. I have a Caroline on retainer and its nearing its end of funds. I briefly had conversations with Caroline about POSSIBLY retaining other representation for a more aggressive attorney but nothing solidified. Caroline no shows to my 5 minute hearing/phone call. Even if she thought I had retained other representation which she knew I had not, she chose to not make time for me as a paying client. I am pretty surer this skirts the laws of some kind of malpractice. What is more is that Caroline nor anyone from Ambler warned me that they WOULD NOT continue representing me for trial. t would appear that Ambler Law is deathly afraid of trial. Now I find myself without representation as I am approaching my trial. As she is successfully avoiding helping a willing paying client or the court room. If you are navigating divorce and you seek representation that plays the terroristic game of practicing law to harass the other side of marriage to avoid trial then I would submit to you this is the law firm for you. If you seek representation that seeks not to get rich but to argue cases on behalf of those who seek justice, find someone else. Depending on how my trial and divorce goes, I may pursue taking Ambler law to trial or court for malpractice. Best of luck to you.

In high stakes cases, there is no better than Bose. I was charged with Reckless by a super tough State Trooper who was a ticked off donkey. He didn't like that I had a bad record. I had another Reckless conviction in the past, numerous speeding charges and a - 5 record even after taking a driver improvement course. On court date, the battle was on. Trooper was fired up and they at first refused to take this charge down to something which wouldn't end my job as a commercial driver. I saw it. Bose spent hours in that room breaking down that trooper and the prosecutor. Finally, I ended up with a 3 point charge and a fine. Job saved. Bose came recommended by my family and they told me no one was better. I believe them now. He charges a little more than other lawyers but he is absolutely the best. His experience as a former cop and his decades of experience at this shows. High stakes cases - Bose. No question.

I originally booked a consultation last year with Pervaiz to discuss my options since I was going through divorce. I didn't have enough info for her during my 1 hour consultation so she cut my session short. So I ended up having a credit for 150$ from the 300$ hour consultation.
After I finalized my divorce amicably with my ex, I decided to reach out to schedule a consultation to write a Will. No Money was collected for this appointment, I just reminded them I had the credit still in my account and they confirmed. I called and emailed the day of my appointment to let them know I had a 103 fever and that I was very sick and I am not able to discuss anything related to a "Will". I mean how could you? With a high fever!! This is a serious topic and you need you full brain capacity to do so!!
Pervaiz refused to reschedule my appointment and they told me if I do not call at my appointment time that they will not allow me to reschedule.
I was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia and they can clearly tell I am not making my sickness up from the way I was coughing. I offered to send a doctor's note however she just decided to take the credit I have left with them instead of being empathetic with my situation! This clearly shows you that she doesn't care about people! And she just knew I had a credit and took it!
Sickness happens and this unpredictable. I will not recommend her to anyone especially after what happened to me!

My truck slid off the side of the road and the brave Stafford police helped me by arresting me with a DUI.

I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I am incredibly thankful for Andrew Lindsey representing me in my case, my ultimate decision to go with him was because he went through a similar case and has great experience with criminal defense. I originally booked a consultation last year with Pervaiz to discuss my options since I was going through divorce. I didn't have enough info for her during my 1 hour consultation so she cut my session short. So I ended up having a credit for 150$ from the 300$ hour consultation.
After I finalized my divorce amicably with my ex, I decided to reach out to schedule a consultation to write a Will. No Money was collected for this appointment, I just reminded them I had the credit still in my account and they confirmed. I called and emailed the day of my appointment to let them know I had a 103 fever and that I was very sick and I am not able to discuss anything related to a "Will". I mean how could you? With a high fever!! This is a serious topic and you need you full brain capacity to do so!!
Pervaiz refused to reschedule my appointment and they told me if I do not call at my appointment time that they will not allow me to reschedule.
I was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia and they can clearly tell I am not making my sickness up from the way I was coughing. I offered to send a doctor's note however she just decided to take the credit I have left with them instead of being empathetic with my situation! This clearly shows you that she doesn't care about people! And she just knew I had a credit and took it!
Sickness happens and this unpredictable. I will not recommend her to anyone especially after what happened to me!

I hired shawn to assist with restoring my firearm rights.
He laid out what he needed from me, and what he would be providing as well. I had a rather lengthy criminal history, multiple felonies, but no violent charges.
Upon our day in court the commonwealth attorney immediately opposed the restoration. And the judge seemed she had made her mind up as well😑 we went ahead and gave testimony and produced character references. And somehow swayed the judges opinion so much that she went against the commonwealth attorneys recommendation and ordered my rights be restored!!! I was smiling, shawn was smiling, the judge was smiling! I truly was ready to walk out of the courtroom at the beginning and am glad I didn't!
This was a homerun in my book and I'm sure Shawn's as well. 5 stars all day!
