The only time this office was helpful was when they were getting paid. They are definitely one of the most deceitful and unjust firms I’ve ever used. Three months ago I explained to Bruce that I have a horrid baby mother who manipulates and tells story’s on the OFW app to make me out to be a bad person. I explained she was among my life miserable and that I had spent thousands of dollars already trying to stop her from moving my son away. I told him I needed someone to make it stop and to file an enforcement on the matter. He did nothing. He asked for a $3500 retainer and then proceeded to just drag me along as long as he could. My situation was getting worse and my son’s mom was insufferable and wouldn’t quit. I felt afraid and would call and ask what we were doing and all he did was tell me how much he makes an hour. He wanted me to do all the work and give him dates and times, but he would never get to the point of actually helping me. I became frustrated and called screaming and begging him to help me and he said he would need 5k more. I gave him the money and then waited for three weeks …. He did nothing and never once tired to help me at all. He doesn’t care about his clients or anyone’s situation. He takes money and then just drags em along for as long as he can. His whole office should be punished.

True 5 star experience. I work with our El Paso, Texas facility where Jessica handles legal issues we have problems with families (DOPA's) not paying their parents bill and refusing to sell property in order to get them eligible for Medicaid.
We have a resident who owes over $54,000. Thanks to Jessica that number will no longer go up. She did something I have never had an attorney do in all my years working in long term care. This financial abuse was reported to ADPS and law enforcement. Nothing was done. Jessica sent me a letter to review that she wanted to send to the Attorney General. It was so well written. Yes this was financial abuse but she also wrote with concern for our resident. She got the ball rolling with that letter. They assigned an investigator to this case. We now have a legal guardian for our resident, the family no longer has access to her pension checks and this guardian will see that the house is sold, the nursing home bill paid off, Medicaid is applied for and our resident's needs met financially. Sending that letter to the Office of the Attorney General was not only a brilliant idea but the fact that she was determined to see the right thing done for our resident - meant so much. We are here to take care of those in our care and with Jessica's help we able to accomplish this.

Jana Fay is a fantastic attorney for your estate! She helped me during a very difficult time when my Aunt passed away and I was left with a lot to deal with. I am so glad that I was referred to Jana Fay for help in probating the estate of my deceased father. I went to Jason with property/financial issues involving my aging sister with Alzheimer's. Jason provided many different options to assist me with her property, finances, Will, POA, etc. His knowledge and ability to explain in layman's terms is superb. Jason Hannah handled a lawsuit that my siblings brought against my mother trying to take away her half of my parents businesses from her. He handle her with kit gloves. I was her power of attorney. The firm that he was with at that time never sent us copies of the briefs that were turned into the court that they would file representing my mother. Almost 2 years later I finally got copies. I was so impressed with the way he handled the lawsuit brought against my mother, I was left speechless. As you can imagine, they did not win. Like many other families, we were faced with decisions that we really didn’t think we would need to make… my Dad’s dementia was deepening and my Mom, his Caretaker, was beginning to rapidly fail herself.
It came to the point I knew my Dad needed more care than what my Mom was capable of providing. It needed to be done quickly and correctly. Frankly, I was worried my Mom would pass before my Dad.
My parents are retired school-teachers. That means they are not rich, but they do have income. It certainly means they do not have the money for Nursing Home care that my Dad needs, and for that matter, my Mom needed for him to have.
I knew that trying to do the paper work and application for Medicaid was far beyond my ability and know-how. I recognized at that point we needed an Attorney to handle this for us.
I looked for a nearby attorney and found Richard Shea. This was one of the best decisions made in this difficult junction of our lives.
Richard reviewed everything carefully…. He answered questions timely… He worked as a partner with our family.
We are so grateful we hired him…it turns out that one of the accounts my mom had saved money through her job, would have been at risk if we had made the application first. Richard identified the situation and made suggestions on how to restructure it, which we did. While the amounts would not seem large to most people with an IRA or Pension, it was huge for my mom, and meant a lot to her monthly income. This one detail, more than paid for Richard’s fee.
My Dad is in a great facility. My Mom is able to relax and reclaim part of her life because she doesn’t have the heavy burden of caring for my father any longer. She can sleep at night and not have to worry if my Dad was going to get out of bed and turn on the stove and burn the house down! (He actually came close one time.) She is actually getting healthier. During her last check-up, her doctor told her he was pleased with her resurgent health.
I cannot recommend Richard enough. He is well worth his fee since he will fill out the paperwork and handle the application process and deal with the questions from the Examiner. These are details that are nerve racking enough, let alone during a stressful time.
If you are faced with these decisions, I recommend you hire Richard to handle the details. You have enough stress as it is, let him handle the part you that you are not an expert in handling. You will feel a lot better that you did.

Guy is the best attorney my family has dealt with. He assisted my father and me in establishing my father’s trust. We first met with Guy in 1994. My father passed in 2016 and having a living Trust was the best and easiest way to settle his estate.

Robert Jewett is a FANTASTIC estate and probate attorney.
I first met him in 2016 when there was an issue with a will being probated within my family. He drove to our home, sat there and spoke with my family in regards to the issue and gave us the advice free of charge. One of the biggest mistakes we made was not to go with him at that time.
Cut to May 2019 and I contacted him asking about a will being written. Not only did he have it completely done within the day, but he was also ready to file it then and there. Unfortunately, the person passed before it could be signed, but, again, I contacted him to probate this persons' existing will. From start to finish he completely probated it in less than 3 months all for a single flat fee. I was amazed especially seeing several peoples I know to take anywhere from 6 months to a year and a half.
Robert is the man to see if you need anything done!

Mr. von Hoffmann handled a difficult divorce for me. There were several complex issues involved and since I wanted custody of my children (I am the father) I knew it would be an uphill battle. With the frustration of the time that it takes to get a decent attorney, I was lucky in finding Brian. He is very knowledgeable and has taken away all of my worries. He sincerely cares about what happens with the outcome of my 98 year old father, and has been diligent in every aspect.
