I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titus Law Firm in Houston, Texas. I paid them $8,000, expecting competent and professional representation, but instead encountered a complete lack of follow-through. Communication was lackluster at best; I left multiple messages for my attorney without receiving any meaningful updates.
To make matters worse, I only learned that they had withdrawn from my case when the State of Texas sent me an email informing me of their withdrawal. There was no courtesy call or direct communication from Titus Law Firm to inform me of this significant development. Considering that I live in another state, this lack of communication was particularly frustrating and unprofessional.
I initially hired this firm believing they had the expertise to handle my case, but that confidence quickly eroded due to their behavior. The unprofessionalism and disregard for my situation left me deeply dissatisfied. I would NEVER recommend Titus Law Firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.

I signed up with this law firm months ago based on a recommendation. I’m giving them three stars because they did complete my case, but I was constantly worried during the process because they never gave me updates or progress and I had to call them multiple times.
The first person I spoke with while signing the papers was very nice, and I appreciated his help. However, after that, I was assigned another person who handled some tasks well but rarely communicated with me about my case’s progress. I had to call her multiple times to get updates.
One day, when I called, I was informed that she was no longer with the firm. I was then assigned another case manager, but unfortunately, she also failed to keep me updated. After waiting a month without any news, I called and found out my case had been completed without me being informed. They eventually sent me the final papers, but it took what felt like forever and several follow-up calls on my part to receive them.

They skipped our consultation call. No message or reason given. I tried to call them after, and no one answered. One would expect a law firm to honor their appointments.
Edit: Their reply is disingenuous. They did not attempt to call me, at least based on what my phone records show, until several hours after our scheduled call. Which, coincidentally if we are being generous, was after I left this review.
They call my opinion "misplaced and ill-informed." What about it is factually incorrect? If what I said is not true, then why make excuses after? And why have a calendar that shows nearly every available time slot is still open?
A lawyer should choose his words more carefully.

I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone. I was referred to Aaron by another client of his and I can say that he did not disappoint at all. In the past when I have hired attorneys I look for competence, customer service, timeliness, and ethical behavior. Aaron exemplifies excellence in these areas and then some. I hired Aaron on a retainer to be my lawyer after he helped me establish my LLC and trust documents for a new business venture. Aaron was swift, thorough and walked me through every step of the process. Aaron was very keen on asking me not only what my business needs where today but also helping me think about the big picture and where my business needed to be in 5 years and what legal steps I needed to take not limited to intellectual property protection, trust setup, and having the proper legal information for employees. Aaron next did a great job of negotiating my commercial business lease as well. The landlord and the realtor were attempting to screw me over and Aaron did the diligence to discover a lien that had been placed on the building that the landlord did not disclose. Aaron also did a good job of discovering that the landlord wasnt offering a true good guy clause as the landlord has promised in his letter of intent. These are only a few examples of where Aaron has saved me a great deal of time and money. This is why Aaron will remain as our company's attorney for the foreseeable future. Mr. Rubin did not act in my best interests regarding my case. I had a difficult time reaching him. He is unorganized and does not have the office staff to fully support him. Not recommend, My experience in dealing with this firm the sence 2019 is they have one managing partner that has become incapable of being upfront with basic cost and adds unnecessary charges. When I first hired this firm cost was upfront and fair. As of late when they say a dollar they charge 2 dollars.
Dealing with this managing partner I have found him to be unprofessional and agrumentivite when asked about cost or copies of documents that have been paid for.
