Jefferson was able to help me get justice and a fair settlement from the at fault driver's insurance after being unsuccessful on my own. When I first saw Sonia’s interview on YouTube, I got a very good energy from her. I called her office and made an appointment for consultation and I was eagerly waiting to talk to her. I had a one hour consultation with her and honestly that’s one of the best consultation I ever had with an immigration attorney. She gave me her full undivided attention and she answered all my questions in detail and gave me some additional helpful tips on my pending application with USCIS. I had consultation with many other lawyers which is completely useless and waste of money, most of the lawyers during the initial consultation do not answer any of your questions, they just try to convince you to hire them and they are the best lawyers for your case, but with Sonia it was different, despite the fact that I already have a lawyer who helped me to file my case and she knew that I am just reaching out to her for a consultation and possible way to help move my case, she did her best and provided me with best information. I wish I would have found her sooner before I hired my current lawyer. Also her office staff Nadia was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.
Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!!

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Ethan has a good grasp of knowing what is important and what isn't, which often provided relief for me on many occasions when I was overstressed out about something. He gave solid guidance prior to my custody/fact finder evaluation. Ethan was always available in some form or fashion, which is rare with busy attorneys. If Ethan was in trial or mediation, he would always make a transparent attempt to let me know what he was doing whenever he was available to do so. And after he would reach back out, which speaks to his ability to juggle many cases at once. I have personally witnessed how he works hard around the clock. I remain more than impressed in how he continued to provide support for my case despite sometimes having to travel long distances within the state of California to represent his clients in other counties/jurisdictions as not all of his cases remain solely in Los Angeles. To me, this speaks to his time management, character, and credibility of being an attorney who cares despite all that life will throw at one in their personal life. Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.
