Shiloh is a law-samurai. I’d give him ten stars if I could! From the outset of my need for legal help, I’ve felt that Shiloh was always on his A-game, always sees potential curveballs from opposing counsel before they’re pitched, and is a badass to have on your side. If you feel intimidated by cumbersome and confusing verbiage, feel overwhelmed, or just need a cool-headed, brilliant ally- meet Shiloh Coleman.
On top of his brimming legal-expertise, Shiloh is kind and listens with a compassionate and patient ear. His advice is colored by real concern and undivided attention when you might be freaked out by what is shaking out in your life. I have been waiting 3 months for my settlement check too! My accident was 2 years ago. My friend is hoping that the law firm didn't steal my settlement check! I never thought about it until she brought it up. I mean things like that happens. It's hard to reach someone to give me updates at the law firm. Have I been scammed?!! I don't want to believe it. I am Totally disappointed in This Law Firm. I have not met 1 person to this date. Unacceptable of the treatment. I've lost my job due to going out for surgery and no one is able to be contacted. No answered calls. My injury was 06/27/2022. I was not in my best interest, no lost wages was considered. My release forms was signed 06/24/2024 and I am still waiting on my part of wages owed to me. I cannot get in touch with anyone, It's as if they took my money and ran with it. The answering service just tells me that they cannot get in touch with anyone and that they will have someone call me back which never happens. It's almost 6 months of the release forms and no one will call on exception of Barbara and she states that she is unable to reach Lorena who told me that it will take less than 3 months for everything because they did not do my Loss of wages as they said they would.. I am sitting here no.help, no job and still with injuries. I.made a visit up to the office since I've never met anyone, the office was closed in which I was told that the person was out on Maternity Leave.I am not satisfied with the services. Poor services and where is my money. We are going towards 3 years since the injury and Nothing.

I got in touch with Brooks for some advice about a publishing contract I was about to get into. He took the time to go over the contract and explain it to me in a way that I understood, and advised me to advocate for some changes. Thank goodness I used him; I ended up with a much better deal than I would have otherwise. His fees were lower than the two other attorneys I contacted, and he was worth every penny. I will definitely use him again.

Sandy told me I was more involved in the drafting of my Trust than anyone she ever before worked with, yet I never sensed a second of resentment as we completed the project. Her lightening quick absorbing of nuance, instant recall of various provisions, and erudite additions were exactly on target - and beyond - with my goals and comments. The hours it took to complete the Trust were well beyond both of our initial estimates, yet her generously and selflessness in final billing should win an award for her industry. Do not hesitate to use Lefler Law.
Maintaining offices in California, as well as Texas, seems to be done seamlessly and all in stride. Our work was delayed due to a 2 week out of area trial, and then over Thanksgiving, but Sandy still managed to meet my legal deadline to have the documents filed. She even sent me a pic and menu from an outdoor restaurant she visited, via bicycle, during our project. This was a very satisfying experience, with a personable woman whom you feel you would love to become a personal friend of - all via Zoom, phone and emails.

I contacted Sandra shortly after my father passed away in 2012 and wanted to make sure that: 1) My father's name is removed from their home title, and 2) to make sure my mother's will is up-to-date and we had all the necessary powers-of-attorney/living will/et al in place. We had these done several years ago in Georgia, but wanted to make them current for Texas.
Sandra was very responsive and helpful with advice on what the next steps were for both issues. She made it very clear, simple, and straightforward for us and her fees were very reasonable in comparison to others we had contacted.
I will using her for my own will and estate plan. She doesn't try to impress you with legal mumbo-jumbo to make it look as though she knows what she's doing...she takes the time to take you thru the steps and is happy to explain any questions that come to mind during the meeting.

This firm is a powerhouse! The talent here doesn't only include the attorney's, but also the paralegals, legal assistants, and even the office staff. This is an eclectic group of well experienced professionals that will know how to represent you at trial, if your case goes that far. There isn't an angle they won't think about to get you the results you are looking for.
I had the pleasure of being represented by Walter Schouten. Ironically, he was referred to me by an attorney that I consulted with. I was told to call Walter because he is very knowledgeable and he's an outstanding trial lawyer. Walter took on my case and he was assisted by an amazing paralegal in Vanessa Enciso. This dynamic duo believed that they could help my situation in securing me a new trial for a custody case. They went to work immediately. This was 2 weeks after I lost at trial while being represented by a different firm.
Long story long...Walter was able to get me a new trial, and he was able to get the judge to change her previous ruling. I am now the custodial parent of my 7 year old son.
I have to admit that even if I wasn't awarded custodial rights, I was more than satisfied with the representation and would have been able to live with the ruling a lot easier. Knowing that I was being properly represented was huge for me. Especially since the previous firm I hired for this case was absolutely terrible.

I hired Mr. Stone off the recommendation from a friend. In the process of trying to recover my wrongfully withheld security deposit from my former landlord, I was countersued and subsequently lost in small claims court. After Mr. Stone reviewed my case, he gathered evidence in my favor through various legal routes that I would have been unable to myself. We then filed an appeal which was heard in a higher court. My landlord settled days before the trial and dropped his countersuit. Additionally, he returned my full security deposit and paid all my lawyer fees, including other accrued charges in the legal process. Mr. Stone put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case and I would trust him with any other legal issues that would require an honest, experienced lawyer.

I was facing a very long process from a wrongful eviction to my deposit of $1400.00 being kept. I covered myself knowing the type of landlord I had. Being a single mother of two with a grandbaby and never being in this situation before I felt hopeless, until I went online and seen this site and chose to try Mr Stone he answered we started to talk about my situation and from then on we never lost contact. Mr Stone made sure I was informed every step of the way. With his knowledge and firmness displayed to this slum lord it was without a doubt he was representing me and to the fullest. After all was said and done my results were a wrongful eviction WON also my deposit and court fees PAID IN FULL. Where this landlord took away from me believing that good people no longer exsist Mr Stone restored. I really appreciate all the work he did to represent me and the stress he took off my family. Literally are horrible people unless you pay them an arm and leg then they’ll just take half to the prosecutor to get the case thrown. Other than that if you or anyone you know loved ones, friends, family etc. They are in for it!! PREPARE to be treated as if you wanting to know what’s going on with your case is annoying them… they will not return calls or emails! The receptionist has the attitude of a 17 year old taking orders at McDonald’s!
