I needed a criminal attorney in Austin Texas that would handle a legal matter in a specific way for me so as to get my Austin, Travis County misdemeanor charge dismissed before I was arrested on the charge and was needing to post bond.
Joseph contacted the DA and arranged for a dismissal of my charge before I was ever arrested or had to go to court.
Before I found Joseph I interviewed a handful of high priced, high rated criminal lawyers in Austin, including a referral from another super lawyer in Dallas County that has handled matters for me. These other Austin lawyers I talked to seemed inflexible and wanted me to go through the entire legal process of turning myself in for the warrant, bonding out, and going to court. A bunch of time and unnecessary bullshit that I knew could be avoided with the right legal approach and the right lawyer to pull it off.
Joseph was the 5 Star Austin attorney that I was looking for and he cost me a third of what the other attorneys in Austin were charging. I am so grateful and appreciative I randomly stumbled across a review from another previous legal client that indicated Joseph was the legal representation that I needed.
I've been around the Texas legal system and I can tell you this is the lawyer you want on your side if dealing with a misdemeanor or even felony charge in Travis County or Georgetown. Seems like a good genuine guy as well. If I ever have another legal matter near Austin 🤞 I need help with i will be reaching out to Joseph.

I hired Hilton last year to help navigate my way through a divorce which was my first and hopefully last one I'll go through. You can imagine the kind of strength, guidance, and support needed to get through a divorce. My case was complicated with very stubborn other party. We were able to finalize everything on court day with fair deal with the help of his excellent mediation skills since other party also had very strong attorney.
His professionalism was beyond reproach and not only got me across the finish line but helped me from myself making dumb choices. During an emotional time like this, a lady definitely needs someone with a level head on her side and he was this 100%.

I called Devin to get help with reviewing separation documents from my previous employer. Devin was quick to respond to me, and was extremely courteous even though I could tell he was in the middle of something. He called me back, spoke with me at leisure and agreed to review my documents. After he had completed reviewing my documents, he called me back and walked me through his findings. I had some specific concerns on some language in the contract and he gave me confidence that the language was standard and that the contract was fair. He also pointed out some other clauses that he thought might be problematic for me. I appreciated that very much.

I hired Black Law Firm last month to deal with an employee who was threatening a lawsuit for discrimination on some bogus claims. He understood the value of my business's name and reputation and worked with us to take care of the employee. I didn't have to pay some secretive settlement or anything fishy at all. He just explained to the employee and his lawyer (SUPER calmly and professionally) that he didn't have a case and BOOM the other lawyer agreed and dropped the whole thing.

When we went to see Gabe we were unsure of the exact direction we needed to go with our legal paperwork. Gabe talked us through the different scenerios that applied to us, explained things in terms that we could understand, and guided us through the maze of different documents. He then sent us home with our "homework" to do. We communicated with him via email to iron out details and when we met with him for the final signing of documents he was very efficient and explained everything very well.

I was referred to Tracy by a corporate attorney and I am writing in now to express my sincere thanks to Tracy for her outstanding lawyer services on my case. I had a complicated civil court case related to custody that went on for far too long in the county court (it was so very stressful) and then resulted in my needing to file bankruptcy (which just added to even more stress), following also an appeals filing to the custody case, as well. The long-story short of it, is that it was a complicated and exhausting process that went on for months & months and I just needed a trusted legal counselor who could help me get to the proper resolution and allow me to gain peace-of-mind. Kathleen Macaulay is a go getter. She does everything with enthusiasm and efficiency. Mrs. Macaulay has a great knowledge of the law which has helped lessen the stress during the different stages of processing my parent's estate. She was was able to stop the foreclosure on my parent's house and facilitate the return of the house to the full ownership of the family. She been involved with all aspects of processing and settling the estate, like helping getting tax returns completed for various tax years that my parents owed and helping to find a competent realtor to help sale my parent's house. Mrs. Macaulay is always there to help me and to answer questions. She is very reasonable with what she charges for her services. I am a corporate landlord owner. I was presented with a discrimination complaint from a tenant to avoid eviction for nonpayment. I am a Senior Claims Manager for a roofing company. Mark was actually a client that I provided a roof for.
I had an ongoing Child Support issue. Once I found out he was a Lawyer I asked him for advice. At that time my legal issue weren't as serious. He gave me good advice free of charge. But a short time after, I was in a situation that took a nasty turn.
The Attorney General's Office had set my child support at a fair rate, I thought... I was told we would have to come back because the mother wanted legal advice... when we returned, what was originally agreed upon, dramatically changed... I was facing the Judge. Instead of the attorney who was just used as a negotiator the other times I went there... from what they were telling me, it was sounding like I was going to be paying possibly double to tripe what was originally agreed upon. This would have had me deep in debt and most likely ended me up in jail, as it truly wasn't fair legally to my actual income.
At this point I knew I needed a lawyer. Mark was the first person I thought of.
Mark has a great approach of trying to avoid the courtroom, if possible. Although we did have to go into the court house, Mark had turned all my anxiety into relief very quickly.
Days before my court date, with very little notice or much time for Mark to work with, outside of the courtroom, Mark was able to negotiate... First, with the Lead Attorney, at the Attorney General's Office, and then with the mother.
He not only negotiated a fair and reasonable child support for me, he negotiated it in a way that totally satisfied the mother as well.
Mark's price was fair too! He also has really worked with me on payment, because I was already in a pretty tough financial situation.
Mark provided me with much needed relief and total satisfaction! He also is a great guy and easy to work with, which is an added plus.
I would strongly recommend him!

Carole assisted me with a problem with a landlord retaining my security deposit and seeking an additional almost $600 above and beyond the security deposit for "repairs" to my previous apartment. My landlord threatened my credit rating if I didn't pay the additional money within 10 days of receiving the notice. The landlord didn't provide a list of damages, just a list of costs to repair things in the apartment. Carole sent my previous landlord a super strong demand letter. The landlord almost immediately dropped the request for additional money and agreed to "settle" my account by zeroing it out--keeping the security deposit, but not charging any additional money. Carole would have gone further for me, including filing suit to seek the return of the security deposit, if I had asked her to. But I'm a college student and just didn't have the time to follow through. My main concern was protecting my credit rating. Carole was incredibly responsive to me and handled this problem for me professionally and promptly. I know this may not sound like a big deal, but I'm about to enter the job market and employers these days often check credit ratings. Without Carole's assistance, my credit rating may have been damaged because I couldn't have afforded to pay the extra $600 my landlord was demanding.
