Found Lani by googling Seattle immigration attorney. I called their office to ask about my case. The guy answered my call was nice and helpful although he said he couldn't give me any legal advice about my case cause he is not a attorney. I understand that and he did consulted Lani about my case and returned my calls. Scheduled a consultation with Lani. She reviewed my files and gave me some very professional advice. He helped us with my mothers estate. There were no hidden costs and fees, he was very up front regarding what it would take and how we needed to go about it from the get go. I new NOTHING about estate planning before I met him and he took the time to make sure I understood what I want, and also what I didn't. He didn't speek to me in lawyer language, he spoke to me simply and directly so that I could understand everything that was being done. All though it was not cheap, but what lawyer ever is, he made it as painless as possible for our family.

I consulted Ms. Makker for a contract dispute for a house I was intending to purchase earlier this year. Unfortunately, the deal fell through and I was going to lose about $400,000 in earnest money because the contract was a standard commercial contract and was terribly drafted. With Ms. Makker's guidance and help, I was able to get a lot of it back. I had consulted other experienced lawyers in the area and they were misinterpreting the statues and contract and told me I did not have much of a chance. However, Ms. Makker was able to get this correctly and in a timely manner. I was e-mailing her every day multiple times and she responded each time with such a complete and though response whether it was a weekend or a holiday. She made sure I was calm and understanding the process and steps. She went a step further and send me her own guide on what to look for in contracts and what terms to look out for as I look to purchase another home. Pooja! Thank you so much. We hired Michael to set up our wills. I had tried doing it myself in the past with online forms but it was too time consuming to do it and I wasn't sure if all grounds were being covered. Michael was great to work with. We met with him for one hour and went over our plans - he made recommendations and guided us to think about options we hadn't considered. Within a few days he had our wills ready for review. We had another meeting scheduled to sign it and that was it. Very easy. It did not take much of our time. And the end result is a will we are comfortable with.

My review is for the specific purpose of recommending Melissa Storch as a Collaborative attorney . I heard her speak eight years prior to hiring her and was so impressed I wrote her name and phone number in my contacts in case I would ever need her . And when I did need her and hired her I was right away put at ease in the midst of my despair knowing I was in the best of hands . She is highly intelligent and disarmingly equipped to take on what I would consider one of the more complex of cases . While she is a great listener I was impressed with the larger perspective she conveyed to me and I felt secure by her experience , intellect and attention to the matter at hand . Without sounding cryptic , no matter what is going on in your marriage if you decide to get a divorce try Melissa Storch If it is at all possible . A lot of people are not aware of the benefits of this process but it is like the Mayo Clinic of divorce . My relationship with Geoff began in the final weeks before the death of my dad. As a college professor, I'm a professional but not in the way of being a Successor Trustee. That loomed large as a serious undertaking. That's where Geoff came in. I was able to do all the footwork, which was enormous and time-consuming, but at every turn I was able to count on Geoff guiding me through the thicket. Amazingly, he was always responsive...never a time he failed to return my call expediently.
Initially, I was apprehensive about meeting with Geoff because of previous encounters with attorneys, but we connected immediately.
I liked this man! He was gracious, friendly, professional, easy to understand, and came across as a man sincerely eager to help me through the legal exercise he knew I faced at a time I was emotionally strained by my father's demise.
I especially want to note that where other professionals were all business, I was so impressed that Geoff stepped out of that role for a moment to be human enough in my first moment of grief to be one of the only professionals to quickly offer his condolences to me. That was kind and thoughtful. I wasn't just a client, I was a fellow pilgrim on this dusty journey called life, and he wanted to share my pain, my loss.

My mother-in-law was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that potentially would end her life in weeks. Although she had a will and POA, they were 10 years old and she had moved from Kirkland, Wa to California to be near her son. Lots of estate loose ends needed to be completed and not only was Ms. Chang and her staff very responsive, their work product and detail was outstanding! They prepared all documents necessary, including a living trust, filing of a deed and even had a mobile notary handle the out of state signing. Really super service and also excellent work. She and her staff were also compassionate, in a high stressed situation. Very impressive (I use lawyers quite a bit in my business).

One thing you need to know about Mr. Yranela is that he will fight to get the BEST outcome possible for you without you even knowing. I am out-of-state and got a speeding ticket in a WA state park while on vacation (silly I know). Contacted Mr. Yranela through Google search. He set very clear expectation in terms of what he could do to help with my case and I was very happy about it already. Everything went on as planned and he surprisingly told me that he was able to get the case dismissed due to a technicality issue he caught the VERY LAST MINUTE. I find Mr. Yranela very down to earth and professional during the short interaction I had with him. He is definitely very client oriented. He even told me that he would provide me with a full refund under certain circumstances... My suggestion is that you should read the Q&A section on his firm's website first. I do not have words to describe how competent and patient this lawyer is. He always replies in a short amount of time( I do not have any idea how he manages all of these); he is a real example of multitasking. My husband had a difficult traffic ticket assigned to a court that was avoided by many lawyers. Roberto was the only lawyer who took our case and succeeded in amending it to a non- moving violation. Aditionally, I have never seen such budget-friendly prices. This lawyer deserves the best and I highly recommend him to everyone. He was a blessing for us. Thank you for your help.
