REVIEW UPDATE 11/18/24: After posting my earlier review below, Justin Gilbert literally contacted me within less than 30 minutes to follow up. I was very surprised to hear from him and impressed that he cared enough to immediately contact me. He apologized for the horrible experience(s) I encountered and offered his help regarding my initial request for a trust.
I accepted his apology and hesitantly decided to hire him to handle our trust and wills. I must admit, I am happy I did. We had a phone consultation the next day, drafts were sent about ten days later and today we met in person to finalize everything. All committed timelines were met as planned.
The entire experience today with Justin was very good - he was thorough, patient and detail oriented. He did not rush the process and effortlessly made last minute adjustments as we fine tuned details.
Justin is worthy of a 5 STAR rating but combined with my prior experiences, I changed my initial review to an overall 4 Star.
As a side note, Justin did explain the issues with their answering service and is making a change going forward.
I can now confidently recommend using this firm and specifically after working with Justin, I believe you would be very satisfied like we are.
I am not one to normally write a review but found my experiences with this firm to be horrible. Hopefully I can spare someone else the aggravation and frustration I have experienced, as well as the wasted time based on their inability to return calls.
INITIAL REVIEW: Looking for a law firm, I read positive reviews about this firm and reached out to have a consultation regarding a trust. Scheduled the phone consultation and then they changed the appointment two times before I was actually able to speak with Madelyn, an attorney at the firm. And the day of the scheduled call set for 12:30, no call, I waited 10 minutes and called the firm only to be told she would call me at 1:00. Not the scheduled time of the consultation, and no apology offered when she did actually call. Should have been my first clue about this firm,
We had an informative conversation but towards the end of the call, her phone disconnected. She did not call back to follow up to determine if we were finished or if I had additional questions.
I called this week on Monday morning - asked for Madelyn and was told to leave name and number: she would get the message. No call back - waited 48 hours and called again Wednesday morning. Same process with another receptionist - left name and number - no call back for another 32 hours. I missed the call back but received a pleasant message from someone else (Jenna possibly, name did not come across clearly on the voice message) where she asked to call her back. So two hours after receiving the message, I called back, the receptionist was unable to get me the person that I spoke with and said leave my name and number again. Completely frustrated, I explained my multiple calls to the firm, response was he would take my name and number and pass on the message.
Sadly, I have wasted 4 days this week trying to speak with an attorney at this firm to prepare a trust. I can only assume that their business is so good that they do not have time for a new client. And if I were a client, would I have to go through the same horrible process to speak to my attorney?

I am so happy I decided to have Jonathan handle my case. Right from my first time talking with Jonathan I new he was the Lawyer I needed, I was an emotional mess, but Jonathan's caring personally made me feel calm and better right away. He was always truthful and honest with me and never tried to sugar coat the situation I was in. I was so stressed reading everything I found online and how it would affect my future, family, and job, but Jonathan gave me a piece of mind and was there to answer my questions. He got my court date moved to a more convenient day because of my work, which coincided with his schedule. He will go out of his way to help you. I went to court but never had to do much because Jonathan did everything behind the scenes for me. My case took about 4 months from incident to be resolved. Jonathan was able to get my charge reduced to the lowest penalty (not dropped, but I knew from the beginning that was unlikely). I am so relieved the case is over and if ever need a Lawyer again it will be Jonathan. Don't hesitate hire Jonathan so you can stress less and sleep more, he will handle it all for you!!!!!

All in all he's reasonably priced & straight forward. No sugar coating and he doesn't beat around the bush. Communication was a little hectic but it's very understandable considering how busy a lawyer is and the system at the jail was all out of wack. When you call him about questions and concerns he doesn't rush you! That's a huge plus for me being as I've had quite a few attorneys for different reasons and they've all seemed too busy to hold more than a 5min phone call.

Kate was very important in helping my son navigate the system. We are from a different state and found ourselves in uncharted waters. I called five attorneys who were all wanting unreasonable retainers and suggesting unreasonable options for my sons situation. Kate saved the day! Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. They were prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues.
The day we met to retain Brad Carter and Sean was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right place. We were not made any promises, but that they team would represent my son with the goal of getting the best result.
When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.
I pray that, I nor any of my family will ever have a need to be represented in a court of law again; but should I ever know of someone who does, I think I could honestly refer them to Sean Aiello.

Jeff provided complete estate planning for me, including Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney for Management of Property and Personal Affairs, Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and a Living Will. Through each step of the process, he was careful to respect my wishes and ensure that I understood each form. Although we had talked through each form several times, at the final meeting when the documents were signed and witnessed, he once again took the time to go over each form and validated that I was comfortable and understood the legal vernacular. The divorce process has been a new and stressful experience for me, as it also involves my children. I did my due diligence, as a first time candidate, and interviewed 3-4 attorneys to familiarize myself with the process, understand the expectations and see which attorney best met my expectations on knowledge, partnership and engagement. After meeting and speaking with Marissa on a couple of introductory/exploratory meetings, I was convinced that she will be a great lead and I can confidently state that she has been that and more. Marissa has been a sounding board and strong proponent of me throughout the process and her passion/compassion and knowledge has been on full display. I do highly recommend anyone going through such an unfortunate and stressful time to find the right legal partner - Marissa is that person!

LOVE LOVE LOVE CODY GALAHER!! When the judge says “You make a really good point Mr Galaher”. You just know he's good! I watched him fight for me in trial- So, Yes- he's good, He owned that stand!
If he's arguing with you, it's because - he's fighting for you! When you feel like you can't trust him- it's not him you CAN’T TURST it's the broken system. Have faith in him and he will take care of you!
He goes well over and BEYOND! You have no idea! I had been through three awful lawyers in the same divorce case before I found him- you’ve got lawyers and you’ve got THE LAWYER make sure he's THE LAWYER for you. Him taking my case was a favor…. then after trial…I wasn't finished fighting for my girls and you know what? NEITHER WAS HE!! I hired him back in the blink of an eye. I'm so glad he saw through everything, saw the truth in me, and kept going. That's what I needed the most to fight for my girls. As he continued, he took the lead to help my new lawyer and gave her everything she needed to know when he couldn't go any further being an out-of-state case. As he continued to help with what he could do, he kept on! I Appreciate him, super thankful God placed him right where he needed to help with what only God knew ONLY he could do for us.
The more I got to know him and what he did and does for myself and my girls. It was like talking to a trusted friend, even a brother. One thing I know is… he took on a lot within my case. I wish I could afford more to give a better way to thank him. But I hope this helps.

My brother and I who both live out of state needed an attorney to handle a rather complicated estate for our father and step mother in the state of Tennessee. Bobby was referred to me by a local friend in Franklin and we could not have been happier with the choice.
Bobby and his lovely mother were incredibly responsive to our needs, budget and the difficulty of having clients who reside out of state. Bobby was able to handle the matter to our ultimate satisfaction and was able to navigate successfully the complicated state of affairs our parents had left upon their passing.
Once Bobby sorted out the estates he was able to refer us to another local attorney to deal with the real estate sale portion which was also fairly complicated.
My brother and I greatly appreciated the services Bobby provided, as well as the piece of mind that this matter was being handled professionally and in a timely manner without us having to fly back and forth from out of state.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing a quality lawyer with excellent values, and experience in the state of Tennessee, especially for matters in Williamson County.

These guys are all about the money they will get not your outcome. We were hit by a woman running a red light in Chicago. We had some minor injuries with ER bills, therapy bills, transportation bills since car was totaled and other small personnel losses. They accepted our case, we gave them everything they asked for and that was about all they did. We always had to contact them to get any kind of update. They never contacted us and most times it took several times to actually talk to a lawyer. They tried to hand case to another firm and they also did nothing. It will be 2 years in July which is the statute of limitations and they told me last week that they decided they didn’t want the case. Blah, blah, blah. Absolutely useless firm for us. Wouldn’t recommend for anything except sorriest law firm I’ve ever experienced. Save your time and get someone that will actually do something to help your case. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Carl Sterrett

I've had dealings with Megan for over two years now and I can tell you now, some of these negative reviews are either, flat out lies, or Google claims old reviews from years ago when she had partners as "recently ". There are no men operating out of this office as some of these reviews claim. It's just Megan, her paralegal, and a large friendly dog. Megan is a rare gem in the legal community. Worst scam attorneys ever.. after 6 months of prolonging are case only to get more money.we had a trail date. The night before the trail we were out of town. me, wife and witnesses was to meet for a reveiw. They showed up drunk and high on meds. The next day Tim was confused asking question's. The Judge was trying to make since of what he was saying.. Tim couldn’t even remember my name on the stand…How embarrassing !! They even asked for personal Favors. shouldn’t be allow to practice law.

This lawyer will act so caring and then she will pounce! She did (her paralegal) paperwork, I did the footwork. I carried, so my case would go quicker, paperwork to Chattanooga, paid a notary and brought paperwork back to Parker. She charged me. Then on the court date, she was 45 minutes late to meetme, we went to the court house, she charged me for meeting her when we only said hello and left for the court house. At the beginning of the whole case she said she would only charge me a certain amount, which I immediately paid in full. She said if there was nothing substantial happens, she would not charge anymore. Well she decided she needed more. I would try to talk with her or her assistant and they were not available. Then after almost 7 years she takes me to court because I wouldn't pay her for all of the work I did. I had a wedding I had to attend in FL on the court date, she would not talk to me nor would her lawyer. Of course I lost when I could not show up. Not sure how she sleeps at night, but people like this do not care. Stay away!!!!

Very disappointed in this legal console which cost me over $20,000 a few years ago. I felt she fought more for my ex than she did for me. She caved in the mediation which cost me over $250,000. Not to mention all follow-up advise that was given started off positive, then when it came down to action, she caved again. I wouldn't recommend hiring her.
