We thought we were only going to be able to settle on TO but she was able to get everyone to agree on final orders and everyone was happy with the agreement/outcome saving my clients money on attorney fees! Worst attorney you can get I would not recommend miss mokolo spent over $22,000 she did the very minimum She’s not worth the $500 an hour she was charging compared to the other party which the attorney was cheaper and they seem like they were more prepared than she was and she was getting paid less than Miss Mokolo she Was not prepare when we were to go to court At one point I quote she said “good thing we didn’t have to go before the judge today because I can’t talk today” Invoices were always wrong. They even charge me for trying to make sure the invoices were right eventually she took off $750 off my bill because I told her she did not do a good enough job and that she was charging me to talk to them about their Mistake with invoices she said well at least we didn’t get your Right taken away she did not put enough safeguards in our final order. I still haven’t seen my child. It’s been over 10 months since we did the final order The final order has a lot of loop holes that the other side put in place to prevent me from seeing my child or to have a relationship with him Miss Mokolo should’ve caught the loopholes if she was a good attorney I reached out to them about the final order and told them what was going on, and they basically said that I needed to rehire them put in another deposit to try to fix things which I was shocked because I just spent over $22,000 now we have to go back and rehire someone that knows what they’re doing to try to fix their screw up this case that I was going through was easy. I gave them everything they needed charge me over $9000 to submit the documents I provided and when I looked at the stuff they submitted it was exactly the same stuff I gave them when I asked they said they had to change a little bit of it I don’t think that amount of over $9000 to change the word just a little bit to me look exactly the same word by word. It looks like they just Submitted what I sent them. I attach a picture of how the billing was Saying I owe all this money on the top, but on the bottom, it said it was paid off . As soon as you lose them as a client or you come from them about billing or anything, they will take you off and delete you/cant access my case so I hope this post could help anybody who is looking for a good attorney. I would not recommend this law firm.

Miss Roque is the best of the best.. Her paralegal Joe is the best also.. I highly recommend this law firm to everyone.. I knew that I was innocent all along and wasn't talking no plea bargain for a crime that I didn't commit.. I was facing 2 to 20years in prison with a conviction.. The police and DA falsely arrested me on a warrant where I didn't commit any crime.. and violated my bill of rights and constitutional rights as an American when they arrested me .. this was a long petty hideous process.. I remained calm and I always knew that I was innocent from the beginning.. I don’t know how he got a 5 star rating. From day one he’s been a horrible attorney for me. Don’t communicate well. I had to text him from another phone number to see was he just ignoring me or was he busy. I found out no he’s just ignoring me. Shows up to court late. Don’t keep his promises and will take your money. My mom and girlfriend don’t live in Texas but they was warned about him. This lady told them to tell me to hire somebody else but no I wanted to keep my money in black people hands and got screwed on a Misdemeanor charge. Can’t even beat a MISDEMEANOR!!!

I had an attorney working my case for almost a year before I added Fitz. My previous attorney wasn't transparent, and as far as I'm concerned, he didn't do anything to prepare me mentally or help the stress of facing 2-10 years. Fitz provided transparency, and got the case dismissed without me having to go to trial. The best thing about it is the price that he charged me. For me, I think critically evaluating Google reviews of any business, service, etc — myself & my own business included — a lifeskill.
I am a big fan of basic respect, clear communication, & thorough professionalism. I myself make mistakes; I own them, 200%, made knowingly or unknowingly.
Some of Arpita Legha’s practices on the “uncontested legal separation” I initiated did not sit well at all with me OR with my former legal spouse either.
I tried to see all angles of Arpita’s actions & manners — very often extending benefit of doubt for her choices. I reasonably participated in how Arpita went about things. Then, I chose to take pauses as I needed from her obvious unprofessional (sometimes inhumane) behaviors.
My feedback for Arpita & the Oxner Legha Law Firm:
• I found Arpita’s conduct unprofessional on several occasions & accounts.
• Arpita laughingly mentioned a client’s identifiable name & case info — in front of them — with me present — on my 1st call with her & Madeline. I did not find it funny at all. Neither did the other client.
• I felt pressured by Arpita for my time, responses, & outcomes way too many times to count while conducting my paid services.
I liken her toxic behaviors to that of an alligator.
If I initiate a process — as humanly & professionally possible, shouldn’t I reasonably decide the pace of my OWN case — under the guidance of the “professional” I hired???
• I communicated in writing about my life-threatening documented illness & how I needed time (which was provided to me first), then it went back to the same pushiness for possibly meeting the firm’s targets, Arpita’s schedule, the court’s schedule, whatever else, etc.
It was literally sickening for me, at times, to deal with Arpita’s behaviors — despite making my voice heard in writing & by my actions.
• Once, over phone, after listening to how the situation was evolving, Arpita mentioned an additional service I needed — communicating very clearly to me over phone that she’d include that service under my retainer.
When I put that service in writing over email, it appeared Arpita’s language changed. Arpita went back on her word.
I found myself with an additional bill, albeit some deducted off at the conclusion of my services. A sales & an I’m-sorry tactic, if I may?
• At the end of my services, I still did not get a breather. I noticed Arpita’s calls & emails, pushing for rapid responses within 24-48 hours each time.
I think I am a pretty responsible grown up who paid upfront for (un)professional services.
I believe I am aware of exactly how things work & when, for whom. Especially through my experience with Arpita & her firm.
I kindly asked questions & kindly responded to those asked of me. I believe my former legal spouse chose to behave the same as well. How would I know? It was in writing.
I am not sure what Arpita’s main issue was — maybe my former legal spouse & I never reached the “contested” stage?
I believe in decent trust between client & service provider.
At the end, I relied on email alone with Arpita because I was tired of keeping up with her calls. Why? I found it hard to trust her word.
• In the end, after I completed my items — rather than own up to her chosen behaviors & style, I found Arpita did not close my case hospitably at all. It appears I was literally dismissed with an attitude.
• I am unaware of what Arpita’s deeper personal or professional issues may or may not be. I do not desire to know.
I wish I could speak about the positives. I wish I could share those things that stood out to me.
Unfortunately, the areas for improvement weigh heavily on my experience with Arpita & her firm. I neither recommend Arpita Legha’s services nor the Oxner Legha Law Firm.
I find basic professionalism & hospitality priceless. I believe no matter how much I pay, the 2 may or may not be guaranteed anywhere.
My experiences with Arpita Legha & through her, the Oxner Legha Law Firm, was one such stark example of that. For both my former legal spouse & I.

Omar Saman got my aggravated assault/deadly weapon charge dismissed, huge relief!! Omar was always there for consultation anytime day/night and assured me no jail time. Even though it was my first Felony charge he could have sold me out for a plea deal, “but” Omar stayed in for me and was worth every cent.
He’s definitely worth the time any money and new friendship. Straight up honest guy!

My family used the Holland Elder Care Law team to help us when our previous attorneys suddenly closed shop without warning us and my Dad's Medicaid status was not renewed. Michael Holland and Martin Sabel did an excellent job gathering the information, filing the right forms and ultimately needed to bring the HHS of Texas to court for failing to make a timely determination of benefits. I am an attorney myself but this area of law is so convoluted and so tricky that you really need someone on your side who knows how all of this works and can navigate the waters safely. They were instrumental in restoring my dad's Medicaid benefits. I highly recommend them.

Worst attorney you can get I would not recommend miss mokolo spent over $22,000 she did the very minimum She’s not worth the $500 an hour she was charging compared to the other party which the attorney was cheaper and they seem like they were more prepared than she was and she was getting paid less than Miss Mokolo she Was not prepare when we were to go to court At one point I quote she said “good thing we didn’t have to go before the judge today because I can’t talk today” Invoices were always wrong. They even charge me for trying to make sure the invoices were right eventually she took off $750 off my bill because I told her she did not do a good enough job and that she was charging me to talk to them about their Mistake with invoices she said well at least we didn’t get your Right taken away she did not put enough safeguards in our final order. I still haven’t seen my child. It’s been over 10 months since we did the final order The final order has a lot of loop holes that the other side put in place to prevent me from seeing my child or to have a relationship with him Miss Mokolo should’ve caught the loopholes if she was a good attorney I reached out to them about the final order and told them what was going on, and they basically said that I needed to rehire them put in another deposit to try to fix things which I was shocked because I just spent over $22,000 now we have to go back and rehire someone that knows what they’re doing to try to fix their screw up this case that I was going through was easy. I gave them everything they needed charge me over $9000 to submit the documents I provided and when I looked at the stuff they submitted it was exactly the same stuff I gave them when I asked they said they had to change a little bit of it I don’t think that amount of over $9000 to change the word just a little bit to me look exactly the same word by word. It looks like they just Submitted what I sent them. I attach a picture of how the billing was Saying I owe all this money on the top, but on the bottom, it said it was paid off . As soon as you lose them as a client or you come from them about billing or anything, they will take you off and delete you/cant access my case so I hope this post could help anybody who is looking for a good attorney. I would not recommend this law firm.
