This law firm is a joke,they have no problem taking your money and refusing to keep you informed on your case. I filed for divorce in August of this year,paid them $2000 ,then after a month and a half reconciled with my wife,motion to dismiss was filed and still after almost two months I am still waiting on the return of remaining balance of retainer. I have hired several attorneys in the past and have never been treated like a number by any of them up until now. I would never recommend this firm and am seriously considering a small claim suit against them.

Arlene Kline is an exceptional estate attorney! She is representing my sister and I in the probate process of my father’s estate. I found her on Thumbtack. And she called me on a Sunday!!! How many attorneys do you know that do that?! Not many attorneys ever!!!
My sister and I have never been thru a probate process, so naturally we have lots of questions. We’ve sent Arlene lots of emails, and she has ALWAYS responded sometimes even after her work hours. She has also always kept us up to date on the communication she’s had with the PR’s attorney. And she’s done so in a timely manner too.
Arlene is also a very well prepared attorney. At the first meeting we had with Arlene, she provided us with an estate checklist. On this checklist, there were important dates and deadlines that have to be met by the Personal Representative. The Personal Representative of my father’s estate is my other sister. This checklist also explained how closing the estate would work. I found this checklist to be very informative and helpful. She also provided us with all the documents that have been filed with the court to date…something that the PR’s attorney should have done but did not.
Arlene is also a very professional attorney. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner when dealing with my sister and I via email and in person. The documents, letters, consents, etc that she has prepared are done in a very professional manner as well. She has also dealt with the PR’s attorney in a very professional manner when communicating with him. She’s professional yet personable too. Very hard to find in an attorney. She’s very sympathetic and empathetic to your personal situation. She’s open and honest and a good listener too.
Finally, Arlene’s hourly rate is very, very reasonable. I consulted with multiple other attorneys and their rates were at least $300/hr or more! Her retainer fee is also very, very reasonable. It can’t be beat. The other attorneys I consulted with had retainer fees of $3000 or more! Hers only $500! She also gives you options as far as when you pay your bill. You can either pay your bill as she bills you. Or you can pay it after a partial distribution has been paid to you. Now that’s an unbelievable payment schedule! All the other attorneys I consulted with wanted thousands of dollars up front. Then when that money was gone you had to immediately replenish it. There was no willingness to wait until you got paid from the estate. So obviously Arlene is NOT about the almighty dollar. Something you rarely see when it comes to attorneys fees!
So if you want to hire a reasonably priced, professional attorney that’s not just going to take your money and run, then you need to hire Arlene Kline. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

We had wills that were 30 years out of date and 2 states in arrears. Arlene provided suggestions to what we needed, turned our request around within a week, was accommodative to our schedule, and took the time to explain why and what we needed. I have had to work with a lot of lawyers in the past for various things and Arlene Kline stands out to me as the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't say this lightly. She has taken her time after hours, not paralegal time to prepare documents herself at a very reasonable and fair rate, she is honest. Something very difficult to find now a days. We have hired Mr. Rethlake 3 times now. He has taken care of an eviction, where I am the POA. This makes things more difficult when dealing with court matters. Mr. Rethlake was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. He is also helped with my mother in law's estate and with the contract sale of my grandfather's home. We find him very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible for every question or worry. He takes time to explain every option in the process and make sure that you understand. If ever we need a lawyer again we will not hesitate to call Mr. Rethlake.

In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. She went out of her way to get things done quickly and thoroughly. It was amazing. My concern for my grandchildren to have a secure and stable home was the reason I stepped up to become their legal guardian, since they were in the system from early on in their young lives. However, issues which placed their safety in jeopardy was the reason I decided to adopt them.
I knew the adoption would be bitterly contested, nevertheless, I placed the best interest of the children ahead of any concern I had about any objections, and proceeded to look for an attorney who could help me.
I do most things online, but this time I went to the yellow pages of the phone book, and as I thumbed through the pages of attorneys one firm stood out to me. I contacted their office and was met with a friendly greeting and very helpful person who relayed my concerns to the attorneys. They set up a free consultation with me that was very timely, and during that consultation the attorneys listened closely to my story. They were honest with me and explained that there was a chance that I would not win my case, and they explained clearly why this was. They also told me that with all the information we had, there was a very good chance that I would win. I was encouraged by the attention and professionalism displayed by this firm and by Attorney Chad Rayle who took my case.
Chad was prompt with supplying me with information and asked questions whenever he need to via phone, email, or by face to face meetings. He gave me the impression that he cared about my case and especially about my grandchildren, and I felt comfortable that he had a good grasp on the tasks at hand. He also had the advantage of the advice and experience of two very knowledgeable senior attorneys who seemed always available, although they are also very busy. This gave me the impression that they were very good at what they do, because many people come to them for legal help.
The fee was very reasonable, and I was kept affront of the financial aspect so that I had control, and they also worked with me considerably to help keep it affordable and I appreciated that.
From my perspective Attorney Chad Rayle picked up my case with authority and confidence. He researched, information which helped us strengthen the case and kept me informed and included. Chad always contacted me with information so that I could make informed decisions whenever it was necessary and then allowed me to make them. I felt that he always let me have control especially when it came to decision making, by the way he gave me information, explained what it meant and whenever I was unsure of what to do he explained what choices I had in a way that made it much easier. He also made me feel welcome to contact him whenever necessary.
I was struck by Attorney Rayle's positive attitude, focus, professionalism, and assertiveness. These are important qualities that I look for in a professional and because of these qualities, I felt that I could relax and allow Attorney Chad Rayle to handle my case, which was contested and a very difficult one I might add.
When I needed assurance, Chad gave me that assurance and I knew that I could trust him. I felt that Chad, as well as the entire staff at the firm handled me with dignity and respect from start to finish which was very valuable to me.
This case was truly "one for the books" because of it's delicate aspects, and when it was all said and done, the court ruled in my favor; Attorney Chad Rayle had won my case for me.
Because of my experience I have nothing but the deepest trust, admiration, and respect for Attorney Rayle because of how he handled me and my case, and because of his intelligence, knowledge of legal matters, and professionalism.
If I were ever to need an attorney again I will most certainly go to Attorney Chad Rayle, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
I am exceptionally satisfied with Attorney Rayle's services, and because of him my confidence in the legal system has been strengthened.

I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree. Even though my wife and I had a will, our life had seen many changes since the last will was prepared, agreed upon and signed. Since then we had started our own business, our children had grown up and left the nest plus grandchildren now had entered into the picture. She thoughtfully took us through several scenarios concerning the business, family, potential divorce situations, existing and future grandchildren, adopted, future children should our unmarried son marry someone already with children....adopted or not adopted. Did we need a trust.... was explored. Scenarios we had not thought of were explored with Janet's keen guidance. I have a different kind of review. I can't actually discuss what it's like to hire them, because they didn't let it get that far. However, I can give a positive review of their honesty and responsiveness. I approached them with a frustrating tax issue that had crept up on me unexpectedly while living out of state for a couple of years. I got a very prompt response, and once I had forwarded on a summary of the steps I had taken and my general predicament, they told me that they believed the situation would be resolved without their intervention, and recommended following up if not. They were correct, and so I never had to hire them. The problem ended up costing me exactly $0. If I ever need the services they offer in the future, I will most certainly approach them first.

I was referred to Lance after another Attorney had turned me down. Lance looked over my case and assured me that he could help and man-o-man did he. Not only was he able to secure a maximum settlement from the car owner's minimum state coverage but his diligent research found that the out of state driver of the car had additional insurance that he could access. Mr. Hofer didn't tell me what I was hoping to hear, but he was quick to respond and to ask for information--on a Sunday, even! He spoke to me for awhile, long enough to make me feel "heard" and comfortable-- as opposed to the "I'm really busy; please hurry" atmosphere you find quite often these days.
Now, did I agree with what he had to say? NO...but he was straight forward on where he thought I stood and what the law was/is as he saw it. He was as compassionate as one could get if you these stories over and over...which is a sad thing, because in my case the person who took off with my money is a repeat offender in the construction business and is once again allowed to prey on the innocent over and over again. The laws are protecting the criminal while the victim suffers emotionally and financially when trying to obtain justice. The criminal? ...a public defender and off scott free for most of us can't afford the pursuit of justice. A thank you goes out to Mr. Hofer for sharing his time and expertise with me in a very timely fashion and that is commendable!
