🛑I do not recommending using this Company. They have a very rude unprofessional new attorney in there and her name is SOLLANO I will double check the spelling. She is very unprofessional and rude. It is hard to get an attorney on the phone once you pay your money. I was given services that was done, and the wording was incorrect on a trust, and I was not able to utilize my trust properly for approximately a year.
Once I noticed the error and contacted the company it was hard to get any real questions answered. I always had to go through the different people on the staff not a real attorney!!! Who played the phone in the email game for months!! You will speak with the secretary. You will speak with an accountant, but never really an attorney until they felt like it. Just be AWARE you pay this company the money you might as well do it yourself. They don't follow back up they don't care staff doesn't care. No one cares and I don't know if it's due to the fact that I'm African-American, but it felt like it. If I was you, I would go somewhere else. Do not give them your money.
Now I had to find another attorney and pay another attorney to fix this error. A big waste of time money and energy. Now my phones is locked in the trust that I cannot dissolve. Can you imagine I don't need the trust at this time? It wasn't set up correctly so I'm forced to keep the trust. Runnnnnnn from this company! 👋🏾👍🏾🛑‼️🏃🏿♀️🏃♂️🏃🏾⌛️

We had need of a updated estate plan after my mother in law passed away- both she and my father in law (90 years old) resided in our home, but their documents had no other heirs than each other. Transaction and process was organized,- the initial consultation in person went well, the review process afterwards used an online portal for ease of access and updates/review as well as phone calls as needed for Q&A. The final signing in person was concise and detailed enough to ensure all documents were understandable for my Father in law as well as answering all his questions. He sleeps soundly at night knowing his wishes are fully documented and in place for all necessary elder care contingencies - living will, HIPPA, medical care, will/funeral are in place.

I referred DeAnn to my daughter who was in college and searching for housing. She was able to walk her through the perils of being a renter, reading and comparing leases. And the obligations of life and signing on the line. She gave her sound advice and laid the foundation to use her services again. My father’s investment counselor recommended DeAnn Farthing to help me administer my father’s estate. It was especially challenging for me since I live in Illinois, and he lived in Indiana. Ex wife lied about past support. ..Nicole went to work with the facts. Nicole got my ex wife to admit legally on the record I did not owe 50 thousand dollars. $50000! Nicole stopped all illegitimate collection attempts. Nicole has always returned my emails or phone calls promptly.
When I was mad as Hell, Nicole calmly listened to my concerns, and always gave me sound advice, not making my decision, just plain, good, sound legal advice so I could decide how I wanted to proceed.

Arlene Kline is an exceptional estate attorney! She is representing my sister and I in the probate process of my father’s estate. I found her on Thumbtack. And she called me on a Sunday!!! How many attorneys do you know that do that?! Not many attorneys ever!!!
My sister and I have never been thru a probate process, so naturally we have lots of questions. We’ve sent Arlene lots of emails, and she has ALWAYS responded sometimes even after her work hours. She has also always kept us up to date on the communication she’s had with the PR’s attorney. And she’s done so in a timely manner too.
Arlene is also a very well prepared attorney. At the first meeting we had with Arlene, she provided us with an estate checklist. On this checklist, there were important dates and deadlines that have to be met by the Personal Representative. The Personal Representative of my father’s estate is my other sister. This checklist also explained how closing the estate would work. I found this checklist to be very informative and helpful. She also provided us with all the documents that have been filed with the court to date…something that the PR’s attorney should have done but did not.
Arlene is also a very professional attorney. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner when dealing with my sister and I via email and in person. The documents, letters, consents, etc that she has prepared are done in a very professional manner as well. She has also dealt with the PR’s attorney in a very professional manner when communicating with him. She’s professional yet personable too. Very hard to find in an attorney. She’s very sympathetic and empathetic to your personal situation. She’s open and honest and a good listener too.
Finally, Arlene’s hourly rate is very, very reasonable. I consulted with multiple other attorneys and their rates were at least $300/hr or more! Her retainer fee is also very, very reasonable. It can’t be beat. The other attorneys I consulted with had retainer fees of $3000 or more! Hers only $500! She also gives you options as far as when you pay your bill. You can either pay your bill as she bills you. Or you can pay it after a partial distribution has been paid to you. Now that’s an unbelievable payment schedule! All the other attorneys I consulted with wanted thousands of dollars up front. Then when that money was gone you had to immediately replenish it. There was no willingness to wait until you got paid from the estate. So obviously Arlene is NOT about the almighty dollar. Something you rarely see when it comes to attorneys fees!
So if you want to hire a reasonably priced, professional attorney that’s not just going to take your money and run, then you need to hire Arlene Kline. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

Arlene provided suggestions to what we needed, turned our request around within a week, was accommodative to our schedule, and took the time to explain why and what we needed. I have had to work with a lot of lawyers in the past for various things and Arlene Kline stands out to me as the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't say this lightly. I'm a single mom of 3 almost-adult children. While attempting to set my own affairs in order and make sure my children were well provided for in an unplanned scenario, I went to Sarah for advice and she took care of everything I had and had not thought of. In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. My benefits were reinstated and I received all of the back pay that was due me. Miss Everett was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree. I reached out for help on avvo about a personal injury . Originally we were assisted by a law firm in Indianapolis but for some unfortunate reason they transferred our case to Lance Worland. We (my wife and I) signed a contract with Mr Worland. Well I must tell you that I and my wife were absolutely thrilled with this attorney. Not only was he polite and always willing to answer questions but he was astonishingly fast to get us restitution and payment for our injuries. When I say astonishingly fast I mean within 120 days we reached a settlement agreement and got paid. We are very very happy with the results. I was referred to Lance after another Attorney had turned me down. Lance looked over my case and assured me that he could help and man-o-man did he. Not only was he able to secure a maximum settlement from the car owner's minimum state coverage but his diligent research found that the out of state driver of the car had additional insurance that he could access. Lance turned what was thought to be a lost cause into a sizable settlement that adequately compensated me for my injuries. Lance is a kind, compassionate and highly competent attorney that will move mountains to get his clients what they deserve. Mr. Hofer didn't tell me what I was hoping to hear, but he was quick to respond and to ask for information--on a Sunday, even! He spoke to me for awhile, long enough to make me feel "heard" and comfortable-- as opposed to the "I'm really busy; please hurry" atmosphere you find quite often these days.
Now, did I agree with what he had to say? NO...but he was straight forward on where he thought I stood and what the law was/is as he saw it. He was as compassionate as one could get if you these stories over and over...which is a sad thing, because in my case the person who took off with my money is a repeat offender in the construction business and is once again allowed to prey on the innocent over and over again. The laws are protecting the criminal while the victim suffers emotionally and financially when trying to obtain justice. The criminal? ...a public defender and off scott free for most of us can't afford the pursuit of justice. A thank you goes out to Mr. Hofer for sharing his time and expertise with me in a very timely fashion and that is commendable!

Anna May Howard is a most personable Elder Law attorney who looked after her clients well. She does not speak in legalese and takes the needed time to explain various actions that can be taken (with the pros and cons to consider) in making decisions we felt were right for our mother's situation.

I have used Elisha two times. Once for divorce and once for child support modification. She got me what people said I wouldn't get in the divorce. I got the house, she protected my 401K and more.
In the modification the ex tried to bump support higher and take away some time with my kids. Elisha got support lowered and kept the same visitation time I had. Do not hesitate to hire her! I am currrently dealing with my very first CHINS case through DCS and ms Pamela was appointed to me by the grace of God. She held my hand and guided me to treatment and now she’s fighting for DCS to pay for all of my medicine that my own Medicaid won’t cover.
