I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. I have never needed a lawyer to represent me in the past, so this was my first experience. I bet that, along with fictional depictions of lawyers, a person's first experience with a lawyer probably colors how they generally think of them. If I am correct in that idea, then my idea of lawyers is that they are awesome.
Levity aside, Ashlee and her firm (to include Sue, the paralegal) are fantastic. I was going through a divorce that was initially civil and was going to be a joint petition but my ex kept delaying for months. Eventually I had to hire an attorney and from day one Ashlee was attentive in understanding the particulars of my circumstances, my ideal outcome, and explaining to me what I could expect.
I am the type who researches and ask questions. Ashlee was always available via their client portal and, once she realized my personality was to know the details, she provided explanations of everything happening along the way.
I ended with a settlement that was in line with what I wanted. 100% without hesitation recommend.

My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. They treated my father respectfully and explained everything very simply and to the point. They were always happy to help in any way that they could and were accessible by phone or email at a moment's notice. My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be “nickeled and dimed” for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. James will not disappoint you and you will be very glad you chose him!

I talked to family and friends, and only one person I know has done this professionally, but couldn't remember details, so I decided to let my spirit lead me. I'm not from the area but my 90 year old mother is, she recently lost her husband and he had done nothing towards a will. I called a few places in Henderson, and all I had was SLOW responses, misunderstood emails, and sometimes triple the price for what Marshall law did for us.

Kim was recommended to us long ago. We are so glad now that we entrusted to her the revision of our legal/estate documents. Kim is really an expert in elder law. I really can’t say enough positive things about Sarah Ocampo and Nicki Beard! They helped me navigate the really weird world of probate after I lost my parents. I found Jeremy on the internet. He had no reviews and was a bit reserved on the phone when we first talked.
