Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend them; I would tell you if you are considering using them or not- do not waiver- you won't regret it! Carmine was personable, attentive and friendly. Carmine and Julia treated me as a friend as well as a client. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Both Carmine and Julia spent extra time with me explaining how the process works so I could make informed decisions on how to proceed. I never had a cell phone before the divorce and Julia offered to help me with the basics of using the phone.

My son suffered medical problems that resulted in him loosing his job and all income. We asked Krista to help us secure Social Security Disability for him. She was extremely knowledgable of the whole government process and forms. She guided us and helped us through each step. We expected to be turned down and have to submit an appeal. My local Social Security Attorney had done all she could right up to the 3rd
appeal. I was lost and had no direction. Then still trying to save myself, during an internet search I found Bradley! I got an appointment with him quick. I new right away he was going to win for me! I had severe malpractice with many insurance Dr's trying to cover it up and grossly underestimating the disability. I filed for Disability and was turned down then hired another attorney who appealed and lost again. I found Brad who read the denial and in 1 minute said " I will get this denial thrown out and we should win the case" . He said the judge used the wrong pain scale and applied something else incorrectly as well and cited the court cases!
He explained the best way to win a SS disability case including getting a SS Disability Evaluation by a Dr. Then Brad writes a brief for the SS Judge using the SS Eval and the Dr reports in your favor into a concise Document. He did a lot of work on my case and SS jerked him around for years about paying him (as they are required to do). Needless to say he got my denial thrown out (based on what he said) and he won my case. It was likely one of the toughest wins since I got the same biased, totally ignorant Judge who couldn't even pronounce the disease I have (who screwed up my previous appeal) along with many corrupt insurance Drs who were under reporting injuries trying to cover up the permanent injuries they caused by their malpractice and some saying nothing was wrong at all. Brad's staff was first class and answered any question quickly or Brad called you back personally and explained exactly how things work. He is a walking encyclopedia of Supreme Court cases and how they apply to SS Disability. He is the Best, Absolutely Amazing!

Our family hired Mr. Prentice to protect my mother’s assets from the 10k per month bill she was receiving from her nursing facility. Mr. Prentice swiftly stopped this bill from continuing and saved her hard earned savings. Our family paid Mr. Prentice quite a bit, but it was 100% worth it! Being an only child who is disabled herself as well as my father's only living relative, she helped me to quickly take care of matters so that I can legally and properly make decisions for my father's well being. Mr. Vaughn is a horse of a different color when it comes to attorneys. He has a true belief justice should be served, aggressive, making every effort possible, putting in time needed to find a way to make it happen. He takes a personal interest in his cases and though has to make his money has an equal interest in justice. He is more knowledgable regarding laws other attorneys I've spoken to never even mentioned. Mr. Studenberg has many qualities that would qualify him to be deemed an exceptional person to have in your corner, but the one that he exercises without fail is his understanding and communicative ability to deal with all aspects of the law concerning each case. He has handled not only my personal estate, but that of my late sister. And I have to say honestly, I have never found him to be anything but the complete professional in all areas of planning and plea's of the court.
I have met and dealt with many attorney's, Ganon's ability to show good judgement, empathy, and communication at every juncture. Areas of planning, trust, and execution of documentation is without a doubt what everyone wants, but not always what they receive. This is what set him apart !

We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. Kimberli helped me in my divorce this past year. What a nightmare from the start, when I first went to her I had zero hopes and felt defeated before we even started. She returned emails, calls and answered all my questions quickly and no matter how many times I asked the same question.
