My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate.
My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate.
As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate.
The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court.
Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate.
Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles.
Therefore, I am extremely grateful of the kindness , expertise and service rendered by Mr. Morey Law Firm.
Definitely I can recommend them.

We were served notice by our HOA in mid 2023, and needed to find representation quickly as our previous representation had retired and we did not know how to proceed on our own. From our initial reach-out to their office, they were able to lay out a fixed fee (and clearly defined what was included and what could become extra fees), get the case on the rails within 48 hours, and then carefully shepherded it through delays on the HOA's end over several months until it was resolved in early 2024. They kept me informed as status changed and when things were blocked on the other side, and were always ready to answer my questions as I needed. Wonderful experience, would hire again!

I am an invalid and could not go to Sanchez Law Group in person to consult with Attorney Sanchez, so everything was conducted on the telephone. I was so pleased with all of the hard work the employees did to help me. On the day of the court hearing, Mariely Vega, their Notary Public, came to my home to verify facts and stayed with me until the end of the hearing. My brother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, he did not have insurance or a will. I needed legal help quickly but did not have an established relationship in the area as I’m from out of state. I found Joe online and was impressed with his reviews.
I emailed Joe 4:30 pm on a Thursday with my brothers situation including the need for urgency, Joe called me within a hour. I was not a wreck but wobbling, Joe’s beside manner was comforting as much as his quick response.
Joe was out of town at a conference but he procured the information he needed from me , consulted with our family attorney back home and unbelievably produced a will, living will, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate and Lady Bird Deed by 3:30 the next day.
Joe obviously bent over backwards while at the conference to pull this off for a complete stranger with a small chance of repeat business.
I enjoy attorney jokes as much as the next guy, but from now on I will always preface a joke with “I’m not talking about Joe here…” so Joe is my hero and I cannot tell you how much pressure he took off my plate trying to protect my brother and niece in a dire time if need.
Ine last testament, I have never written a review in my life , good or bad … maybe that tells the whole story !

Joe was hired to assist my family with probate and trust work after the unexpected death of my brother. It was complicated due to paperwork that had not been updated , a divorce, a special needs trust for my nephews that had been poorly written by a different attorney, questions of dollars owed to the estate etc etc. Joe organized the family members involved, arranged meetings and taught us the law and what to expect. He let us know what was needed from us and very patiently listened to our concerns. All emails were answered in a timely fashion and all work with the courts, banks and other attorneys involved was taken care of professionally and as expediently as possible. The probate process takes time but I always felt connected to where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Mr Percopo for legal work in his area of expertise.

No one expects sickness to come. My father was hospitalized and unable to make sound decisions for himself. After a consultation with Mr. Bolves, I was able to obatin the propoer paperwork that would allow me to ensure proper care for my father.
After the initial consultation, documents were prepared and ready for review within a matter of a few days. I appreciated the care taken in explaining the process of what needed to be done and the professional manner in which it was done. Even after business was concluded, a follow-up conatct was made to ensure all was well.

I contacted Attorney Brown for assistance with a legal matter. He was kind and actually listened to what I was saying. He did not use legalese or talk down to me during our consultation. I spoke to several attorneys before hiring Mr. Dunaway, he put me at ease immediately when he gave me a solid price to do my husbands probate with NO what ifs to think about. It is hard enough to deal with the death of your spouse, let alone hearing that your fees could double, even though there was a will and the only thing left was a house. I was a victim of a storage unit robbery that turned out to be a clear cut case of negligence on the part of the storage company. After being turned down by several local attorney's (telling me I did not have a case), I was recommended to Wes by my neighbors daughter. He explained the ins and outs of the lawsuit process and took my case. We worked together for over two years and finally reached a financial settlement with a large insurance company. We requested Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and Health Care Surrogate legal documentation to be drafted based on our rather uncertain desires for eventual satisfaction of our personal final decisions.
Attorney Jacobs stipulated a fee, arranged a personal interview with us in quiet, comfortable office, and comperhensibly briefed us on the broad ramifications of end of life legal documentation and the decisions to be made by each of us. He followed the interview some days later in another informal meeting when our ideas were finalized and personalized in documents he later developed.
In the third and final session, again in a quiet, comfortable office, Attorney Jacobs explained in detail the documents put before us, introduced us to competent witnesses he had arranged to be present and guided us through each document, our approval of each document, the formal signing and witnessing of each document while responding objectively to any questions we offered.
