Kyle Walker is the best and the lowest price I found $1,000 for married couple living trust, wills, Powers of attorney, entire package. Professional and timely. We hired Kyle Walker to help put together our trust, wills and powers of attorney . I had searched on line for a local attorney and felt that once I found the right one it would just click in place. I found Mr Walker after much research. What I liked immediately was that he states right up front how much he will charge! He was very professional and knowledgable from the first phone call. He was easy to reach for answering questions and concerns. He was helpful and made the whole process very straightforward and comfortable. Most everything can be done over the phone, except the final signing. We just signed our documents yesterday at our convenience and he came to our house to do this! Mr Walker is a notary, and records the grant deeds with the County on behalf of the clients. I have waited way too long to do this and I feel a sense of peace with this behind me. I highly recommend Kyle Walker to help you with a living trust!

Since my previous probate attorney was not able to handle my case, I was referred to Ms. Borgia. I was very pleased how quickly she was able orientate herself to the complexities of the Conservatorship that was in place for my developmently disabled adult daughter. I found her knowledge of probate law and issues to be complete and her legal advise on my case to be viable. In our meeting, Herb truly provided a lot of support and helped us understand the whole entire process of preparing and creating our estate settlement portfolio.
We truly appreciated that he went step-by-step through the entire document to help us understand what we were creating, who will be the successor of our assets and how our children will be taken care of, and, overall, the entire family if an incident were to happen.
This is an amazing life responsibility that everybody needs to truly take advantage, for the protection of children, assets, and family members.
Complete our estate settlement portfolio gave us peace of mind, especially since the process was easy to understand and Herb took the time to teach us the importance.
The meeting environment was very comfortable and the staff was really helpful. Our meeting was greeted with a welcome sign in mine and my husband's name. That small touch of customization really shows the caring and importance of our meeting.
Overall, it was a quick and easy process, and anybody can get this done if they really put their time aside to complete it.

Pam helped us complete a trust for my husband's mother and sort out a neglected set of small investments. The goal was to structure everything so that my mother-in-law could stay in her home but be eligible for Medicaid if and when she required a skilled nursing facility. My mother-in-law was house-bound and Pam was so helpful with coming to the house, explaining everything, and guiding her through the process. When my mother-in-law died, Pam's work really made it straightforward and all the disposition of assets went smoothly with no problems or probate.
We liked Pam so much we had her do our estate plan soon after. She was very expert in her recommendations and made a process that can be a little traumatic, both easy and painless. We can now be sure that we will leave an estate that will not cause our beneficiaries undue trouble and will not cause our assets to be subject to unnecessary taxes or probate.
Pam really knows what she is doing and the cost was reasonable as well.

When you feel the need to hire an attorney, there is a "sticker shock" for most of us when we find out the cost. However, for my case, Pamela did everything to keep her fees and the court cost to a minimum. And, she kept me informed from the beginning to end, letting me know the pros and cons (I almost feel she was to cautious). In her, I found no dishonestly in running up the cost, and yes the cost did run up, but this was because of a system that can be very frustrating, it wasn't on her! And, she warned me how the 'system" works and of potential problems that might arise there too. You have to make up your mind as to whether or not the cost is worth it, but I strongly feel that you will have an honest attorney who cares, and wants you to keep as much of your money as possible. Oh, and for what is worth, she is nice person.

We were referred to Mr. Ask's office - Elder Law Center, P.C. by a close friend of mine. My siblings and I were looking for an attorney for our mother. She her health was failing and it was time for her to go into a skill nursing facility. My sisters and I inquired at several facilities and my friend told me that she hired Mr. Ask's office assisted her and her dad in applying for Medi-Cal Benefits and that Mr. Ask was highly knowledgeably in this area and in estate planning.
All of us met with Mr. Ask at his office and we immediately were very happy with the hospitality and generosity of Mr. Ask and his staff. Mr. Ask spent at least an hour and a half, well over the fee one hour consultation, to explain the process of medi-cal process and the asset protect process to preserve my mom's estate.
Me and My sisters are glad that we decided to hire Mr. Ask's office to help us and if ever asked for a referral of a excellent attorney, I would recommend Mr. Ask and Elder Law Center, P.C.

For the past ten years or so, Kathleen has been the court appointed attorney for my two grandsons who lost their mother. We have been the boys guardians since her death. He took the case but did nothing to help, he knew the court would rule in alignment the mediators recommendation. He showed up to court and delayed the proceeding by 4 hours to milk the hourly rate. He asked the judge for breaks to talk to me and the other party then started to make request on behalf of the other party. I wish I knew Iim advance he would be of no assistance, money down the drain. The other party made false allegations and scheduled an emergency hearing under false pretenses. Gary's advice be the better parent.
