I don't know if I can say enough about Mr. Olsen. He was recommended by a friend but she didn't say much about him other than he was "a good lawyer". Well, I will tell you that he is an amazing lawyer and a wonderful man. He didn't call or email me unless he had information that he felt he needed to share with me quickly to keep my costs down. He was always honest with me, even when it was brutal, and he kept me calm. I am not always the easiest person to work with. Now I want to tell you about Rose. Rose is Mr. Olsen's paralegal. She is the first voice you hear when you call the office and she is a breath of fresh air. Now, if someone saying "bless your heart" to you offends you, be ready to be offended. But she does it in such a loving way. After my divorce, on the same day, she called to check on me. I will probably continue to call the office just to say hello to Rose.

From when I was first charged he was patient with all my anxiety and answered all my calls. I was looking at 2 to 20 years as a habitual offender,he not only got the habitual dropped,but I was only on 2 years regular probation and a year later he went back to court and helped me get released from probation a year early. Mr. Davidson was first hired to represent me more than 10 years ago. Needless to say I was a troubled child going through the juvenile system. In almost every 8+ of my cases he found a dismissal with the exception of one (which was due to my own fault). Recently a case came up as an adult, and he moved swiftly in getting this dismissed. We consulted with Margaret in March 2019 to represent my sister for her divorce. From the moment we met Margaret, we knew we had the right person in our corner. Her knowledge and caring demeanor made a very ugly situation as painless as possible. During the entire process, Margaret kept us informed of what was going on and was readily available for any questions. She fought hard for my sister and the outcome was more than favorable.
In October of 2020, following the death of my sister's son-in-law and unforeseen and untimely death of her daughter to Covid-19, we had to retain Margaret's services to handle the adoption of my sister's grandson. Again, Margaret acted promptly and efficiently. There was never any hesitation on who should handle this very sensitive matter. Yesterday, not even 4 months later, we received the news that the order for adoption had been granted and signed by the judge!

Ten years ago when my charming Japanese mother was merely 75 and enjoying retirement, I would never imagined the family we are today. I doubt now the worthy of saving too much money your lifetime because doing so may be the dragon that eats you. Since, I’ve learned and witnessed and heard of through my associations with caregivers, this is all too common. Be careful what you wish for.
I cannot have chosen a better attorney for my guardianship case. I also can’t help but think Ryan Moe worked this case because he was sent out from heaven to me and Mom. He was supposed to and for good reason. The man is made from fine cloth and don’t judge him for his seriousness or his disappearing or his directness - he’s working it all out upstairs, metaphysically speaking - he’s got a natural clear intuit so keep things easy on yourself and answer the questions concisely. Ryan is remarkably intelligent and he imagines strategies and it’s fascinating to watch him dance with the pieces and “the bad guys”. Sorry! Had to. He’s my 2022 Super Hero!!!! Thank you Universe! I am so grateful to him and Elizabeth for taking us in!
While I believe justice and fairness are human constructs and we should not hold tight to the ideas of such - Ryan Moe will make you believe they are real if only a little while.

When my father passed away and it was clear that there were going to be disputes with my sibling I started contacting lawyers. The first 3 lawyers I contacted all told me to go to the state and file with Adult Protective Services. I didn't feel this was the way to go. I got on the internet and started researching lawyers with Elder law experience and found Mr. Ryan Moe. I contacted his office and went to see him a few days later. I liked him immediately and knew he was very knowledgeable about Elder law. When I had my first consultation with him about my mom's diminished capacity he set up a doctor's appointment so my mother could be checked by a professional. She was indeed found to have diminished capacity that no one else in the family wanted to admit to. I also advised him that my sibling was taking all kinds of money and wanted to see if he could get it stopped. Throughout the whole process I knew Mr. Moe was the best lawyer for the job. He was laid back but aggressive when needed to be. He put me at ease right away and I knew he had my back at all times. I very much respect and would recommend Mr. Moe to anyone having problems with siblings and disputes. He was easy to talk to and listened and offered advice. If the need arises for more legal help I will definitely call Mr. Moe. Very easy to talk to and puts you at ease. He is a compassionate and caring individual.

Jessi Garza is a great attorney. I had the privilege of obtaining her services about a month ago. I was unfortunately arrested for charges that I thought would never go away. I first met Meagan Block when I need assistance with my divorce. I had filled out all appropriate but I did not want to wait the 4 months to be seen by a judge. Instead I hired Meagan to walk my final petition in front of the judge to be signed. She was reasonably priced and helped me through every step by making sure I was prepared with what was to come. However when I say reasonably priced, I mean she actually went above and beyond just getting my papers signed. Mr. Finch was assigned to me as a court appointed. He showed up to speak with me pretty fast. He knew his stuff and what he was talking about. In court he was very prepared showed me all the evidence they had and helped me make a good choice in sentence I received. I recommend him. Hired Ray Adam's to handle my divorce and child custody case. Being a man fighting for custody of my children in Texas was an uphill battle not many Men can ever say they won. Straight from the start he informed me of the variables and battle ahead. Never did he fill my head with "over coincident result" or a sure outcome.
