Rosemary, is great I spoke with her on the phone for a while and sent her my fathers estate information. She carefully reviewed the documents and gave me a lengthy opinion without even discussing money. The other attorneys I spoke with (about a dozen) only cared about one thing, their bill rate and how much the retainer or percentage contingency was going to be, Rosemary, cares about me and my problems.

When my partner and I decided to formalize our estate planning and establish a trust we contacted several lawyers and found a wide range in prices. Gary was recommended by a good friend and his rate was very reasonable. He offered all of the same services as lawyers charging twice as much.
We met with him and found him to be knowledgeable, answering all of our questions in language we could understand. He clearly outlined the steps needed to create the trust and was always available when we had questions about the drafts. We ended up with exactly what we were looking for and were very happy with Gary's professionalism.

My husband and I contacted Adam in 2015 to prepare a Family Trust for us. We were so comfortable working with him. Adam made a very cumbersome and somewhat intimidating process easy for us. He explained things in terms we could understand, was professional but not stuffy, and always prompt with getting us the information and documents that we needed. Mr. Malloy prepared a complete trust package for me, including a will and advance health care directive. I chose him because he was recommended both by colleagues and clients. I found him very easy and comfortable to work with. I was very satisfied with the work that he did.
He even makes housecalls for her elderly clients who find travel to his office difficult. Mr. Malloy works very well with clients, who due to their age or condition, are sometimes difficult (and crochety). He is very patient, answers all questions completely and returns calls very quickly. I have been very pleased with his help for my parents and my husband.
I recommend him with no reservations.

Damien was originally my Father in Laws Attorney. He helped him amend his Will about 10 years ago.
My Father in Law lived in La Mesa, California, though originally from Southern California, my wife and I relocated to Alexandria, Virginia.
My Father in Law died last December,
He had seen at least one attorney, after Damien. His will had been amended in the last few years, at the behest of his caregiver.
He died at 99 leaving his entire estate to his caregiver.
We were struggling to keep our own home and Business. How we would find the money and time to fight this woman we couldn't even begin to imagine. Feeling all but hopeless we reached out to Damien; and he reached back!
How he extricated my Father in Law's property from the clutches of this woman was masterful.
He provided the best counsel, always clearly articulating what was necessary within the moment as to clearly assess and prioritize. We were able to expediently accomplish our goal wasting not time, steps, or money!

Damien Snow has a very quick grasp of facts; you don't have to explain a lot. We got a lot accomplished at every meeting. He has a good staff too. I liked his approach that the client can do a lot of the simple things by himself with a little guidance. Damien will take over when you get to the more complicated stuff, but he doesn't insist on doing every little thing because only an attorney can do it right. He is very generous with his time on the telephone and very fair in his billing practice. My highest compliment is that he shows empathy for clients. He puts the legal problem in perspective and encourages the client to get back to enjoying life. That's icing on the cake.

From the beginning, Robert Smykowski and his staff were professional and made the process very user-friendly. Robert was extremely knowledgeable, honest, practical, and thorough. Ashley worked on my case with another attorney. I met Ashley the day of the court hearing, and she was very professional. We talked about the legal issue that I had right in the court house, and from there she worked her magic. She is definitely on your side and will 100%. She sees through bluffs and nonsense in people, which I wholeheartedly respect. I needed an attorney to assist with a pseudo-domestic issue and Ashley was extremely professional, diligent, and helped to keep the costs down as well. Her legal advice was concise and understandable to someone such as myself with little to no legal experience in this area. She was extremely accommodating with working around my schedule, and she was able to handle all signatures on documents electronically, so I did not have to go out of my way to go to her office to sign documents. I had a very difficult case, though I am sure they all are, and had a consult with Tara Burd. Tara was the third lawyer I interviewed, and although ultimately the case was settled a different way than with attorney's, I would have hired her over all the others. I was impressed with the meeting as Ms. Burd addressed issues that were overlooked by the other attorneys.
